Kendall explained what she would be doing in the assessment and then did just that. She was thorough, considerate and impressed me as knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her and Physioworks.however, I would also recommend that Physioworks explain to their patients that they don't check their voice messages for extended periods of time. I had a situation with a very ill husband and was unable to attend a scheduled appointment. I phoned and left a voicemail as the business was not open. I was informed the next day that they only check their emails at certain times. That's fine if that's their policy however, it would be nice to let the patient know that beforehand so as to avoid any misunderstandings.

Aaron knows his stuff! After attempts elsewhere, and months of pain, I went to Aaron who relieved the pain and got me 100% back to normal when nothing else was working.highly recommend!

Only had 1 appointment so far, but Kendall seems to be more helpful and have more knowledge than my previous physio therapist

My first visit with Aaron and once I conveyed my issues with my left foot and analyzing my walking gait, he put together four exercises. After trying them out in the office, I noticed some relief from extreme leg tightness. I did the exercises the following day and spent several hours walking at Cross Iron Mill.
