I’m Alley, and I’ve seen Jhankar for about 10 sessions over 2.5 months. She has been so thorough, so gentle, and totally dedicated to making me well. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail each part of the treatment and each exercise she gave me for “homework”. She made sure I understood everything clearly and brought me from extraordinary pain to wellness! She’s friendly and easy to talk to, she is an exceptional asset to Jo-Ann’s PhysioWorks team!

After trying unsuccessfully for months, to improve knee pain, I visited Kingsview Market PhysioWorks. Josie assessed my knee and gave me an exercise plan to gradually strengthen the muscles and get the knee moving correctly. It did take about 3 months but Josie's kind encouragement and ability to adapt exercises really helped me to progress. I recently went on a trip and was able to easily hike and climb pain free.
Would definitely recommend Josie and PhysioWorks to anyone looking for excellent physio.
