I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. Brian was warm and personable the moment we walked in and didn't even flinch when he saw I had my two young boys who I was a bit nervous bringing in around such beautiful instruments. I wanted a digital piano I could plug headphones into and play after my kida went to bed. I checked out the typical chain music stores prior and wasn't happy with what they carried, or their lack of knowledge of PIANOS. Brian carries only Kawai digital pianos and now I know why. They had an amazing feel, sounded great, and for the features I wanted most (most realistic to an acoustic) I didn't have to pay through the nose for a Yamaha. Brian understood I was an intermediate player looking to grow into a piano over the next years. He sold me the one that had everything I needed, without trying to upsell me to a more expensive model. Even after I told him I could expand my budget if it would help!

At the end, he let me and my son play on the grand piano he supplied Billie Joel with his last show in town.

He doesn't sell what's marketed best or has the "best known names". He follows where the best piano makers go (the people!) and his collection of acoustics as well as digitals prove that he sells pianos of the highest quality and value over popularity.

Furthermore, he asked his colleague pianist to play the piano to show us the beauty of the piano sound. The piano has been delivered to our house by his colleague movers. Brian asked one of the best piano technicians in my area to tune and look after our Petrof. We really appreciate his professonal and kind services. My family was looking for a piano, as my two young children are starting lessons and I am eager to dust off the sliver of piano skills I once had in my youth. I had done my online research and settled on a digital Kawai, but Brian provided the real education that helped me understand and test the differences between models, and select the optimal solution for our situation. Do not buy a piano without first visiting the Piano Gallery. I had gone to several places that sell pianos to just see what is available and what I should get to suit my specific needs. The care and attention that Brian gave me when I walked through the door was unmatched. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect piano (and also spent time showing my toddler some of the special features to allow her to play "Twinkle Twinkle" on the new electric piano - much to her delight!) This is probably the only place you should buy a piano in the city if you want a quality and vetted product suited to your needs per the extensive knowledge of the owner of the store, incredible customer service and one of the few sellers left in the world who wishes to be honest to his customer and provide them the best product for their needs.
