Pindrop Hearing Centre-Avenida

Went to Pindrop for my first set of hearing aids. They had oticon in ear hearing aids. I thought Karen the front desk admin was fantastic but their products fall short. My hearing aids always needed sent back, I’m a super user and have 50% loss. Sometimes they couldn’t provide me with loaners which was horrible because I couldn’t really cope without them. They have good customer service but the products were absolute garbage especially since you spend so much money. I had to send them in multiple times a year. I paid half at Costco and haven’t had a single issue. Wouldn’t recommend based off this experience sadly.

We first came to Pindrop about a year and a half ago. Our son was 6 at the time and was needing hearing aids. I was incredibly emotional about it, finding out he couldn't hear us was a tremendous emotional bomb. David was absolutely incredible. He was sweet, understanding, handed me a kleenex and was just super encouraging. My son was never afraid or overwhelmed, and the look on his face when David turned his hearing aids on was priceless! We love this clinic!
