Pine Integrated Health Centre

My wife came to see Kelsey Hupka for pelvic floor physiotherapy. Did not assess her correctly and did not perform any pelvic floor physiotherapy at all! Diagnosis was weak deep abs and inner thighs. Provided two exercises neither of which were for these muscles. $180! Outrageous.

Every experience I’ve had at pine has been amazing.
I started seeing Liz 3 years ago for pelvic physio as I was having immense amounts of pain constantly. She was able to pin point what was likely going on and help to releve those issues nearly immediately. I continue to see Liz for any of my physio needs from pinched nerves to (literal pains in my butt) and with every visit I feel so well taken care of and that all my issues are addressed.
Liz is INCREDIBLE at what she does, she is so in tune with her clients needs and bodies and also such a kind and warm person.
With something as intimate as pelvic floor physio it can be a very intimidating appointment for the first one, but Liz has a way of making you feel comfortable and completely at ease.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking!

The receptionists/front end staff were highly deceptive throughout my experience at Pine Health. I clearly asked about my family’s insurance coverage of their psychology services and received a different answer depending on who I spoke to. I was never informed by the receptionists that intern psychologists would not be covered by my insurance. Apparently, the concern was brought up one brief time with my psychologist but eventually, I was directed to ask the front desk again. My family had to spend $250 out of pocket when it was not necessary. We called multiple times for the same incident before we got in touch with someone other than the front desk and deflected the blame by accusing me of signing an online form that detailed this concern. However, a remedy of a free closing session was offered, but was not our desired outcome. After asking about my insurance coverage several times, a simple response of informing me that interns are not covered under my insurance could have prevented the situation entirely. We felt like the money was forfeited and it was completely avoidable.

Came for pelvic floor PT before giving birth and Kelsea was awesome. Made me feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable.

I’ve seen Taylor for massage, Jessica and jada for acupuncture, Shenaigh for chiro, Alex for physio and I’ve seen many other practionners as well. All amazing treatments!

I have seen practitioners at Pine for pelvic floor physio, acupuncture, chiro, and massage and have taken my kids for speech therapy, massage therapy, physio and chiro here as well. It's an amazing place for family-focused multidisciplinary care.

I would 10/10 recommend Pine Health. I have been to Pine for multiple services but I want to talk about Physio!

Where do I even begin. Liz has been my pelvic floor physiotherapist post birth of all three of my babies and she is simply the best.

I can’t rave about her more. I could say she is magic, but it’s definitely more then that.

Liz not only knows pelvic floor health in and out…she is empathetic, she listens, she makes you feel safe, she empowers her clients, and she truly cares about your well-being.

With every birth came different experiences and challenges for me. Working through them with Liz has been successful, supportive and just what I needed to continue living my days pain free, in control and strong.

If you are looking for someone to aid on your journey, Liz may be that perfect person. She was/ is for me. Pine may be the perfect place!

I have been going to pine for 2-3 months now and have nothing but positive things to say. Both my chiro and physiotherapist are wonderful. I am currently navigating my first pregnancy and both professionals have taken the time to really listen to how I’m feeling and how things are going. It’s also awesome that they have other stuff going on in the clinic like prenatal yoga, push prep birth class etc.it just feels like a really supportive space. I will continue going here through my pregnancy and into my post partum journey and beyond

Could not say enough great things about Pine. I visit Pine for Physio and Massage and both my therapists have been amazing!

I have called so many times and not sure why no one picked up the phone. I left couple voicemails early this year and no one returned my call.

Jill is incredibly approachable! She shares her knowledge and expertise in pelvic health in a way that is relatable, easy to understand and that makes you feel motivated! I have also seen Lisa - she is professional and knowledgable and creates a comfortable treatment environment The clinic is beautiful and the treatment rooms are super clean, modern and private.

I can’t recommend pine enough! Phenomenal resource in our community. I have been going mostly for pelvic floor physio during pregnancy and it’s been a dream to become relatively pain free and learn so much important information about my body. Thank you pine!

I have seen Cali for physio, Laura and Vanessa for massage, Jess for acupuncture, and I am currently booked in to see Shenaigh for chiro! I have been super pleased with all of my experiences with these lovely women and truly recommend this place to anyone I can. It's very important to build connections with your practitioners and I find all of these ladies to be easy to talk to, approachable, and genuine. I always feel like my needs are met when I leave.

I love this place so much! Randa has really helped me and I feel so grateful to have met her. Also Carmen is pretty cool.

Dr. Shenaigh Newman is so phenomenal at her job. I have been going to her for years and trust her fully with myself and my children. After a small MVA, I would not have been able to move without her help. She has helped me immensely with my tension headaches and issues with my jaw. She is so knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommended her to anyone. Her treatment does not end in the room, she truly cares about your well-being and provided you with amazing advice.

Pine is a fantastic place with a great team, everyone is incredibly friendly and non-judgemental. I'm eternally grateful to have found a place that has helped my physical and mental health in such a profound way. Wish I could rate it 10 or 20 stars.

There are so many fantastic things to say about Pine! I personally have been there for pelvic floor therapy and have taken my kiddo for speech therapy. Both were amazing experiences! Jillian Palmer is my physiotherapist and is such a joy, incredibly knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. She absolutely changed my life with everything she taught me. I have recommended Pine to everyone and especially all of my pregnant family and friends for pelvic floor therapy! It IS possible to not pee your pants post pregnancy

Shenaigh Newman has been my one and only chiropractor. She recently joined Pine Integrated, so naturally I followed her. Shenaigh takes the time to treat her patients and genuinely cares for their well-being. I take my young daughters to see her and she is amazing with kids. She specializes in pediatric care, so I trust her in helping my daughters.

The clinic has a comforting atmosphere that is grounding and calm. The front staff was welcoming and friendly too. It was a wonderful experience!

Pine Health is such a wonderful healing environment. I see Jessica for acupuncture and every appointment leaves me feeling extremely calm and peaceful not to mention the instant pain relief she manages to give me for my TMJ! Definitely recommend.

I just recently visited Dr. Shenaigh Newan at Pine Integrated Health. She is an incredible chiropractor and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for either a new chiro, a second opinion, someone looking for pediatric care, or postpartum. She takes the time with each patient, listens to what their pains are but really listens to what's going on with the patient as a whole. She is caring and professional. I am so lucky to have her as an advocate for my health.

My chiropractor Shenaigh Newman moved to this clinic, so I followed. My first visit was yesterday, the clinic is very comfortable AND family friendly. The front desk girls are friendly, and Shenaigh is still great. She listens to my needs and gives me at home exercises too!

Over the last two years, both Jada and Jessica have made me feel safe and heard during my acupuncture appointments. This is so incredible to experience and would recommend to anyone in need of a holistic approach to their overall health and well-being.

I love this place! The staff are wonderful and inviting. Everyone makes you feel really comfortable while also addressing the reason for your visit. I was a huge acupuncture skeptic but wanted to give it a try one last time. I went to see Jess and I have been back every month for the last year. I frequently say that she must be magical because I'm so blown away by the results after each visit. Highly highly recommend this place.

Can’t recommend Jill Palmer and her team of physios at Pine enough! Both the staff and environment are welcoming and professional. Jill is passionate and extremely informative with extensive education and experience in women’s health - she also makes you feel comfortable and at ease immediately! I love the convenience of online booking and payments as well!

Everyone is so warm and friendly, easy to find, easy parking. Not to mention, Jada is the absolute sweetest human and most amazing acupuncturist. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I found Pine as my postpartum journey would have looked so different otherwise. Jill is an exceptionally knowledgeable PT and makes you feel at ease instantly. After a very difficult labour and delivery, she has helped me come back to feeling normal. I would recommend her to all my pregnant and postpartum friends.

A warm and accommodating facility for women's health! The staff are encouraging and welcoming. I would, and do, recommend Pine Health to all my lady friends postpartum and during pregnancy. Also, they are great for men and families. Great work Pine Health! Keep being awesome.

Nothing short of amazing. I saw Jillian before she opened Pine and she helped me get back to 'normal' postpartum. I saw her again after my second pregnancy pre and postpartum and she helped me immensely. Cannot recommend and thank her enough!
