My experience with Pineridge Medical Clinic has been great! Dr. Mathur does thorough exams and provides the care you need. Salma at the front desk is by far the most humble and caring person I have come across.

I love going into the doctors office. Salma at the front desk is by far the most humble person you will ever meet. The Dr. Mathur and the clinic staff will go above and beyond for you! After watching Dr. Mathur complete my wife’s AISH paperwork, I have a whole new appreciation for her. She puts the proper time and effort into her patients. Yes, she may run behind sometimes, but that means she is providing the best support for the people around you. She is providing proper medical care to her patients. If you want a doctor that truly cares about you and your health, go see Dr. Mathur. She is here to heal people, not make you more ill. She will provide the alternative solutions that isn’t medication while being mindful to your situation.

Absolutely the worst clinic, everytime I've called for an appointment they're booked, walk ins ha don't bother as they say the accept walk ins but don't. Rush people out the door, zero care

I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. Dr. Mathur's only concern is being able to bill as much as possible for services provided. When asked why she did not reply to my pharmacies request to fill my prescription she replied that if she were to do that she would not be paid for it. She will require you to book multiple appointments for very simple issues (referrals, prescription refills). It will then take weeks and multiple reminders for the referrals to be completed. When I advised her that I was not satisfied with her services as a medical professional she hung up the phone on me. Dr. Mathur needs to review why she became a medical professional and the oath she took in doing so.

Agreed! Don't waste your time going to this clinic. The staff are rude and not helpful and quick to excuse you and send you away. Can't believe this practice has any doctors or clients. A walk clinic that doesn't take clients for a week and the waiting room is completely empty. This is why both of our family doctor left this practice and I can see that they haven't changed any of their ways despite all the bad reviews. If I could give zero stars, I would have. Not even deserving of one star. Pathetic. I'll be sure to advise everyone to go to the new clinic that they are building down the street.

Very good doctors and nurses they will take care of all your needs. Pleasant and friendly.

Giant walk in sign on building go inside there's signs saying apps will be seen before walking but they don't do walk ins what a joke!

Third time I checked with front staff about doctors availability and same replies received, "no doctors is fully booked. " Don't even care to ask that do you want to book an appointment on another day? Really is this way medical profession deal with patients?

Best clinic I’ve been to. The staff is extremely caring about their clients and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Salma at the front desk is amazing! Even though they were fully
booked, she made an effort to speak to the physician about my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could squeeze me in between 2 appointments! I was able to come in only 45 minutes after calling! Felt like family

Be careful to know what the doctor writes in your file, things can get misinterpreted in the translation and the wrong information can be passed along. Make sure you know what your doctor writes in your file (warning). The staff treats you like a number - not much humanity in this clinic.

This review is for the front end staff, not the doctors. I arrived at my last appointment on time but they told my doctor I was late, so she saw other patients before me. Actually she didn't see me as I left after waiting an hour. She called me on the way home and told me what they said. Absolutely ridiculous and incompetent front end staff. Stay away. This also led to me not picking up a perscription on site and since I haven't been able to get it yet, I've stopping taking it completely.
