I love the staff they most of them are very friendly and accommodating, to the point the owner very kindly came in on a day she normally takes off so she could fit in a appointment for me and my mother. She was very quick with her work and did an amazing job. She always was checking in with me to make sure that she was not being too aggressive and also took time in each step to insure i liked the shape length coverage and any concerns I mentioned she made sure to address to the best of her abilities. I have came here 3 times every time I have been satisfied with the results.

*they care about their customers enough to respond very quickly to any complaints you have. They strive to make sure their customers are not upset with them for any reason.

I love these women, I think I found my salon! They are so friendly and professional. Last week Ellani did a great job on my hair highlights, and today Van did my nails. They look so nice. I'm feeling like a pampered doll! I'll be back for sure.

I just got my nails done by Kevin and his wife said that they are expensive but I thought one flat color was going to be $50 plus tax and I got ombre and it was only $52.50. I'm very pleased that my daughter said to come here!

I came here with a friend, all the way from Edmonton. She highly recommended this place for their professionalism and quality of work.

I usually have difficult to handle ingrown toenails, but Ellani was fearless. She did not give up until they were out. The foot massage was

The best nail salon and spa in Calgary! A one stop shop for alllllll your beauty needs. No words describe how amazing I felt walking out, a very big thank you to Van and Ilaina for my manicure and pedicure I left very satisfied and cannot stop showing them off! They treat you like a close friend and make you feel very comfortable during your treatments. This is the place to go I will definitely be coming back and recommending to everybody!

I went to this salon for the first time today, amazing and adorable staff so friendly & welcoming. I got my hair done my Mona and let me tell you she is amazing. She washed my hair and gave the BEST scalp massage and was so gentle. She gave me a trim and framed my face and I have always been disappointed by hair salons cutting my hair and this lady did NOT disappoint I was so happy with my hair and she educated me on hair tips and she was just the sweetest. So easy to talk to and such a great personality. From now on I will always be coming back to her because I’ve NEVER been so happy with a hair service. I went there today to get plastic tips for the first time, absolutely wonderful place and Van did an amazing job doing exactly what I asked for!

I went here for the first time and Ellani did my hair. I don't always go to salons as I had a bad experience of them overcharging and not being upfront with the prices. But this has been a very good experience for me. I have a thick hair and Ellani's the only one, amongst all the hairdressers I've been to, who made me feel good about it. She told me that my hair is beautiful and that she really enjoyed cutting and styling it. I love love love my hair after Ellani cut it! She's fun to chat with and she gave good advise on what hair style we should go for. Thank you Ellani! I will for sure come back and get my hair done by you again:)

The folks working here are so friendly. Not only do they make me feel like part of the family but they also extend that to my husband and adult boys. They will sit down with you to discuss what you want done. They are true artist in their job. I am always receiving compliments on the work they do. I highly recommend this place for both women and men.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible! Blaming the customer for their errors. They don’t ask what you want or don’t care, they do what THEY WANT! Very rude and offensive. I’m paying for a service, I should get what I ask for. They hurt you and don’t care. They need to learn the nail shapes and difference between colors. Train their employees properly, learn how to treat customers with respect. I will be telling all my friends and family to NEVER come to this place! This place is HORRIBLE and they treat their customers like a BURDEN!

I absolutely love getting my nails done at Pink Bamboo! I have seen both Kevan and Hoa for services and they are so thorough, gentle and do a fantastic job. The spa is so friendly, everyone there is wonderful to chat to and the spa is always clean and well managed. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for great service, reasonable pricing and an excellent results. Thanks PM team!

My 3 girls and I had an appointment at Pink Bamboo yesterday (Feb 10) and we will 100% be going back. My nails look amazing, Kevan did an awesome job replicating the photos we had brought in for our inspo. The staff were very courteous and treated us like family/friends. They were very sweet with my young girls (ages 4 to 10) and made their first nail day experience one to remember. I can't remember the name of the lady who did my girls nails but she was very sweet and patient with them. Absolutely would recommend Pink Bamboo to anyone who asks. Thanks so much everyone, can't wait to see you again!
