Ram came to our home 30 minutes after our call. He was quick to resolve our problem and had our house warm within an hour of his arrival. Very kind, will absolutely use his service the next time our pipes freeze!

Our hot water tank stopped working on Saturday night so I called Pipetek Mechanical and Ram was very friendly he even went on a video call with me to try and diagnose the problem which he did. He then called me on Monday morning with some options to replace the tank and hour later he was at my house with the new tank. He got us up and running within a few hours very clean install I must say.

HE was very pleasant and honest even went over and beyond to install screens on the exterior piping to block objects from coming through. Very happy with his workmanship will defiantly use his services if I needed. Highly recommend him if you are looking for honest, fair price and great workmanship for your plumbing needs.

We had Ram come in to replace ducting and perform general upgrades and changes to our gas dryer so that it would be up to code.

Ram was friendly, skilled, knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. He also went above and beyond, taking the time to explain our "vintage" furnace to us and helped us fish out something we dropped into our dryer vent. All at a very reasonable price.
