I don't even want to give one star. Worst place I ever been to. Staff is always rude and never felt welcomed. Never going back!

Ordered off salad menu through door dash, payed near $50 for a bowl full of chicken, olives and feta. No salad, selecting salad as a topping is what they need. ORDERED OFF A SALAD MENU, NO STANDARD SALAD TO BUILD OFF, $50 dollars.
Employee working there is useless as well full of excuses worst purchase ever worst first time experience what a waste of my time and money.

Racist restaurant. They treat people based on skin color. Considering they're Indians, I'm not surprised because they discriminate against even black Indians in their own country. I was there to pick up an order and was asked to show the number after loudly saying it. Meanwhile, a white person came in to do the same thing but was only asked to say it. Pathetic & racist manager, you should expect the same line of workers.

Worst customer service I ever received in Pita pit. Guy working over there is arrogant who turns out to be the owner too. I paid for extra meat and cheese and he started arguing that I just paid for meat and not cheese. His service was rude for the rest of my order. Being a owner, he should be more focus on his job of providing best customer service, instead of that he is seen many times working at superstore. Atleast girls working there provide better service than him. I am never going back over there and will ask my friends and family the same and also will recommend the same to everyone. DON'T GO OVER THERE!

Pita Pit are horrible for helping out doordash and Skip drivers. Our orders come in and then they help tons of people who show up after the driver horrible customer service

Sooooo cheap with there veggies only gives you a handful of veggies and when you ask them for more they give like two extra peppers I miss the old owners and worker. We're they actually filled you pita full in stead now you get a small pathetic pita. For they price you pay for. I would say go to subway it's they same but they actually put enough veggies on your sub

The lady was super rude and offensive to my girlfriend that needed to use the bathroom. She called her homeless and accused her of smoking in the bathroom when she didn't. She actually has gastro intestinal problems and couldn't hold it in. And to be subjected to that kind of treatment at a restaurant after being a regular customer.we won't be eating there again and plan to share our story

Disappointed! I ordered chicken sovlaki pita. It tasted nothing like it used to. Both chicken and sauce were different. It tasted so bad I tossed it out. It's too bad because the old recipe was delicious. I gave 2 stars because the veggies were good.

It's a shame to give them a 1 because the food is actually good.

But I made an oder for delivery, and waited over an hour before calling to inquire.

The person who answered seemed genuinely confused and tole me they would call me back right away.

After waiting another 10 minutes and not receiving a call back with an update I decided to cancel my order and order from somewhere else.

Quick place to get healthy options for food. With each choice of meat, you can have it in white or whole wheat pita or made into a salad (choice of spinach, romaine and/or iceberg lettuce). Although it's not posted, you can ask them to grill your onions, mushrooms and green peppers with your meat at no charge. There's no limit to your vegetable toppings and there are several options for sauces. You can also ask for spinach to be blended with your smoothies (at no extra charge) for a healthier kick.

They weren’t so slow I’ve ordered pick up 30 min ago and still had to wait 15 min at the store
The guy there wasn’t friendly, and he was rude when I asked about how long it’s gonna take
He said 2 mins and took him forever

Not very good food, when we got this for school lunches, they gave us one ketchup. I was mad and everyone else in my class was asking people for ketchups and some other dips, would not be going again but the food was a little okay.

Staff is always friendly, and my order is always fresh and correct. Definitely been nice to have during the pandemic.

How i love pita pit! I come from grande cache and always make it my "go to " place to eat fresh healthy tummy stuffing meal!

I love pita pit for healthy fast food! But I was super unimpressed with today’s visit!
The owners came in to help since it was pretty busy (which is awesome!) but neither one of them washed their hands before helping customers and touching things. The woman was also eating a cookie on line in front of about 5 customers. Hand washing matters at all times but come on.during everything that’s going on I was not happy when I saw that. I don’t know if I feel comfortable going back or recommending anyone to eat here until they can get some proper cleaning & hand washing put into place. I know masks suck because I have to wear one daily but rules are put into place for them to be followed!

Pita Pit is fantastic. Always super friendly service. The Pita they give you is rather enormous, but then you remember it's almost all vegetables and don't feel too bad about it. The food is always really fresh tasting and generally delicious.

Always remember to add lots of pineapples.

Pita Pit never disappoints! All of the staff are very friendly and the owner is a stellar guy to say the least. Always fresh and never a guilty choice if your looking to grab something quick.

I dont know how 5 people wrote good reviews about this place. Must be fake, the workers didnt even know the recipe for a pita I ordered that was supposed to be premade. It was called the crispy chicken and the chicken in it was white with 0 breading on it not a single crispy item inside the put and they didnt even toast it. To top it off they loaded it with so many unfresh veggies I think the ratio of veggies to meat must have been 10 to 1. Also my favorite sauces that I asked for it were absolutely disgusting. I never ate week old worn socks but thats the feeling I got when tasting this pita. Guarantee it was not healthy either the whole thing tasted so processed. Will never come here again
