Pita Pit

Had a great Buffalo chicken pita, hot of the grill, so many fresh ingredients in my pita and multiple sauces! Checked all the boxes.

Our first time at a Pita Pit. The 2 young ladies that were working at 1: 30 pm today were AWESOME! So kind and helpful making sure we had everything we needed, making suggestions. It was a great lunch

The staff were quick and friendly. I love how plant based stuff is labelled openly. Overall a great place to get a delicious, quick, healthy meal.

We threw ours out. The grill wasn't even on. They messed up every step of the order. Would give zero stars if possible. Awful. Will never go back.

Rude service. Terribly made pitas. Owner had her pita made before the customers and was interrupting the workers in the middle of making mine.

I don’t generally leave reviews but being in management and walking into this store tonight I was appalled by the customer service! The lady was so rude, did not speak, no smile, no hello what can I get you! Literally stood at the till just waiting for to speak my order looking annoyed! Only for I was tired and did not want to go anywhere else, I would have walked out. Unreal that she is permitted to be servicing customers!

You can never go wrong with a fresh pita from Pita Pit. Love the variety of toppings. Wish Subway would diversify their toppings and learn from places like Pita Pit. Customer service top notch here!

Ordered a twisted chicken pita just 2 hours ago through uber eats and started having stomach ache since then. Very awful taste pita, filled with too much jalapenos.stale food. Threw away the whole food
I ordered thinking it will be the same taste as in Brampton pita pit.won't recommend anyone.waste of money!

Just went there first time, ordered a small pita on my first bite found a plastic wrapper inside. Such carelessness

Rubal is very friendly and made delicious pita for us. It was little busy but she treats everyone well with smile.

We stopped there for lunch food was really good even the customer service was best. Two girls were very friendly and helped us with gluten free options.

First time to this location. Very surprised as there are so many negative comments. I had a great experience. My sandwich stylist was pleasant and very patient with me. I stood there taking forever to decide what I wanted. I got a small wrap, she put everything on it that I asked for, in abundance! And everything was fresh, it was delicious. No complaints, enjoyed it very much, and I totally recommend.

The two girls working June 14th around 4: 15PM, didn't seem to want to help. Worst customer service ever. Very unhappy looking which reflected on the food. Couldn't even finish, ingredients seemed old, soggy and the taste wasn't fresh at all. Not sure how this place is still running with the bad customer service and not very good tasting food. Should've spent my money elsewhere yesterday and I definitely won't be going back.

Gave it 2 tries assuming I just caught them at a busy time. Not good service or quality when I was the only customer in store.

Food doesn't look very good after it's prepared. There's only one girl working. And she can only do a sandwich at a time and 1 drink at a time. Food was good but it looked terrible after it was prepared.

Love their pitas, but man, the cost of eating here is just ridiculous lately. $15 for a pita and pop?
It was $11 about a year ago.

When entered this place, lady came from back with the big disappointment on her face. It felt like she just wanted to sit at the back and we disturbed her peace. After ordering, another lady cameout from the back with ear pods while talking on the phone. She started preparing our order. She wasnt paying attention to our choices and wanted us repeat over and over again. Its because she was talking to someone over the phone while preparing our order.
I can go on and on, but the botom line is this is the WORST CUSTOMER service we have ever received. Owner should do something about this.

As an explorer, here's my spin. Hungry for lunch, two ahead of me, quick service, generous fare. Dine in was allowed with proof of vaccine. Meat was heated on grill fresh and whole pita warmed by sandwich grill.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The ladies at the front were so rude. The time I went there it was empty but still tables were so dirty.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.

Easily the worst pita pit I've ever been to. The guy who took our order was super friendly but the two ladies assembling the pitas were awful. Extremely sparce on the ingredients and got upset when I asked for some more lettuce. Came out with a $12 that's 95% bread.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I felt unwelcomed. Owner should definitely take action as i see lots of people writing negative review. Girls at front had earpods in and not really interested in wat i was saying.

Bad customer service.
You are making someone's lunch or dinner so please at-least make it with good intentions and don't make your customers feel that you don't care if they come in or not.staff needs a lot of training on customer service.

Bad service, lady behind the counter put the wrong things even after I pointed out what I wanted and said what I did not want. Very rushed.

When I asked the lady making my Pita to put her mask up over her nose she basically told me it was none of my business. I said it is mandatory especially when working in restaurants and she chose to ignore me

Worst employees ignorant and rude. And why does the franchise involve in corporate discount when the employees on store are not willing to offer. Had given a 0 rating

Had a very bad experience last night. My girlfriend and I decided to try Pita Pit for the first time. Both of us ordered a 9" chicken pita. It tasted delicious but 30 min after eating the food we both got sick. Both of us experienced multiple trips to the bathroom and intense stomach cramps. First and last time eating there.

Gross veggies and dirty place
They wouldnt even refund me my money i asked before they made my food.
Ill never ever return and tell anyone i know how horrible of an experience this was.
Hopefully they will do better in the future.

Servers were quick.
So talk about going over and above. One of the rep here working on Saturday afternoon did that for me. Helped get a contact of a nearby store. This is why I will go the extra drive to be a customer here. Thanks you

Worst customer service ever, two girls over counter has no experience to serve the food, they were totally rude. I think store owner must need to take some action but won’t visit again in future

Horrible customer service. Took my money then told me they had no bacon!? I would have gone next door to Quiznos had I known in advance. Worker had her mask beneath her nose and was smug and rude throughout the whole interaction. I used to love this location but every single time I visit the workers there are SO awful. It’s like none of them want to be there and it shows. This was my last visit to the pit.

Worst customer service.
The server was so rude and racist, when she was taking our order she was having a rude tone while conversing and any other customer who was not asian she treated them so polite. Even on filling the pita she was just throwing the veggies so badly.

Awesome! The offered to grill my pita, and that was a game changer. Will definitely be back, the ladies were fast and polite.

Pre Covid I visited this establishment and it was okay, just a basic pita. But yesterday, my boyfriend and I had got pitas. Both chicken, that was the last thing we ate and woke up with vicious stomach pain and have food poisoning.
I don’t recommend any chicken items from this place.

Visited this place for a bit to eat and the lady behind the counter seemed to ask a question then turn around and ignore me. I felt this was very rude, I was simply trying to tell her what I'd like on my pita. Then when they made my smoothie and gave it to me it was extremely runny like almost juice. It was the worst smoothie I've had, not thick at all and was almost completely liquid. I was not impressed.

Staff is very rude. I couldn’t hear her through her mask and she got rude instead. I suggest she needs to work on her costumer service and her professional skills.

Food is fine. But EVERY time we come there, the place has only one staff member working. Waiting 30+ minutes while there is only 2 people ahead of me is a bit annoying. Stop being so cheap and have a second staff member!

Update: Lol. Since we've been waiting, 5 other customers have come in, waited a bit, and then left.

Very good food I ordered the Greek pita. Staff are friendly and luckily they haven't reduced hours due to covid as other places have

The line up to the till is not set up to be social distancing friendly. And the staff was wearing thier PPE incorrectly with thier masks halfway down. The tables were not wiped and there were food scraps under the chairs. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned. The food was good but I would not come again based on the lack of follow through on basic Covid protocols.

On August 6 2020 I visited this establishment. The server was not engaged in doing her job. She neglected to use proper hand hygiene before making my pita as well her mask only covered her mouth. She did not chop up my black bean patty to cook resulting in it being cold to eat. I asked her to toast it upon completion she replied the veggies will fall out. I have visited this location numerous times with excellent staff, but will not be coming back if this staff member is working.

Great service & delicious food! Why are there so few of these left in Edmonton? ! The buffalo chicken with extra tzatziki and black olives is something I routinely crave for months until I get one.

The staff doesn't even ask your preferences. Please train your staff to give little customer service.

Never coming to this Pitta Pit again.

Great service! It’s too bad there’s so few Pita Pits left in the city because they’re so so so much better than Extreme Pita.

Food was okay, but the staff aren’t just interested, their service is outright poor when compared to other outlets!

Worst location in edmonton. Manager will argue with you about their negligence, save your money and time go to a different location.

It's only 5: 45pm and they have their chairs up when it shows that they close at 7: 00pm. It felt super awkward so we didn't go in. Not sure why they started their closing process when it's theres still over an hour to go.

It seemed to be a very small pita with very few ingredients in it. I think that they need to add more vegetables to fill the pita properly. Too expensive for the small amounts they fill it with. Tastes good though.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered through Skipthedish and not only did they not get the size right of my pita (I had ordered a 9" and received a 6") whoever answered the phone proceeded to argue with me that it was folding technique that took up 3" of pita. She advised me to look inside the pita to ensure it was my order and let's say I'm glad I didn't eat it. There was uncooked mushrooms (every other location will sautee them with your meat) and absolutely no cheese (even though I had paid for feta). Disappointment management who takes no accountability and what looks to be subpar food. Save your lunch hour and go to another location or a different place. I don't even write reviews yet here I am. Disappointed and hungry.

Excellent food and very healthy! So many choices and very accommodating staff willing to substitute and add extra whatever you want. Was absolutely excellent flavor and piping hot just the way I like it. Lots of parking and a few handicap spots as well. Clean restrooms and clean restaurant. I would definitely go back there again!

We had chicken caesar pitas and a kids meal. It was just under 40 for 3 pitas, 3 drinks and a cookie. The service was fast and they had no problem adding extra topping (yummy pickles!)

The smoothie which I paid $6 ish for was literally the carton of oasis smoothie from a grocery store mixed with ice - so not real fruit.

The ladies who were working were super polite and accommodating but the food wasn't amazing. It was just good.

It's tasty, quite tasty, but I had two fairly big issues with my visit. First, for paying somewhat over $10, I'm surprised that my pita didn't actually fill me up. Secondly, for some strange reason they had it on the Sirius-XM preview channel which was simply a gigantic ad back to back, with some rather annoying ads. This really pulled away from the experience of an otherwise tasty meal.

. Even if it wasn't all that filling. Portions for meat seem small compared to other companies.

Additionally the two staff that were on hand seemed ill prepared for the lunch rush, as some people in line behind me waited easily twenty minutes before being able to order, and the people who came in shortly after I did didn't even have their food by the time I had finished slowly eating my food.

If you have to go the fast food route, you could do far worse. I only wish there was an outlet handier to ppl in the SE
