Tessa is great at her job She is very gentle and a great physio therapist I am so glad that she takes care of me I broke three bones in my foot and on my way to a great recovery all thanks to Tessa She is an angel

I haven't been to physio for about 5 years. In the past Pivotal served me very well.
This time it was for a different ailment. The experience was even better. The online questionnaire was effective. The Reception was friendly. Patrick and associates made me comfortable and took time to listen to my self diagnosis and analyze my ailment then followed through immediately with a variety of remedies that really helped. Thank-you.

Allison was very attentive to what I had bothering me. She communicates well and had a bangin’ playlist.

What a fantastic place. Greg came highly recommended from a friend.i must say he's lived up to his reputation. Calm, courteous and takes the time to elastin everything thoroughly.

I brought my teenage son in for joint pain in knees and elbows, we were more then satisfied after our first visit! Patrick Toner is not only knowledgable but was very thorough and explained everything that was going on with my son since he started weight training. He had the knowledge and experience to make a teenage boy appreciate and listen and learn. I was very impressed and so was my son.
We were at our wits end trying to figure out why a 16 year old would have such pains and had been tested for every possible medical reason. To finally understand why and what we can do to fix the problem was very encouraging. Thank you Patrick and all the staff that made our visit a great experience. We will definitely recommend Pivotal and Patrick Toner!

Danica was amazing from the first time she worked on me. 6 weeks post hip replacement I had a muscle snap on the side of my quad. When I told her she seemed to know exactly what to do. She got in there and worked on it and it relieved my pain within days. I have been fortunate to have her work on me throughout my recovery. I highly recommend her should you get a chance to experience her professional delightful attitude.

Bianka is very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. She explains what technique she is going to use on you and why she is going to use that particular technique on you. She is easy to talk to and such a lovely person all around. I can and will recommend her until I am blue in the face!

Experience wss good from the time I walked in door to the time I left my appointment. Staff very friendly and explained everything to me of what they were doing, why they were doing it and what the next steps will be. Very highly recommend Patrick there.

I had a massage with Allison Martin. It was amazing! She was friendly, informative, and provided a quiet place where I could relax and enjoy. Would highly recommend booking with her for anyone who is interested. She mentioned she enjoys doing deep tissue massage, but could also provide a more relaxation style.

Just started seeing Greg and he is fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone. Super patient with explaining exercises and making sure I understood everything.

I have been with Pivotal for just short of 7 years for a long list of issues from piriformis to teeth clenching to knees to hands. Literally head to toe for chronically shortened muscles. I have seen part owner Raj Dhillon at three out of four locations, and now keep it local to the fort Sask location with Greg Bamber. In this time I went from a very sedate life and 280 lbs needing three times a week to now once a week Physio and once recovery at ARC AND the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been, about to run my first 15km race and almost 70lbs lighter all because of the influence of everyone employed at Pivotal and like minded friends I’ve made there. If you are willing to put trust in all of their hands and follow through with the home exercises, you will feel better than ever. Thank you Pivotal fam!

I went for a shoulder/arm injury caused by an issue in my spine. Common apparently but very limiting and painful. The therapist managed to remedy the injury through corrective exercises. She was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding and gentle.

The staff are incredible and kind. Appointments were easy to get and without a long period of waiting.

I am very grateful for the treatments for my injury. My life is much better now because of the aid.

I’m only giving a three star because even though the Therapy was excellent, when they cleaned the beds they sprayed them down and didn’t even let the Solution Stay on the surface for 30 seconds. I’ve had infection control training and I know for a fact that the minimum time would be two minutes but it’s usually a 20 minute time Depending on the solution that is used. I know of no solution on the market that is used in disinfection for equipment or services that is under a two minute time. These solutions need to. Remain on the surface to disinfect properly.

Excellent physio and massage therapy. Some items can be purchased there, such as exercise elastic, water pillows. Service is friendly.

Absolutely fantastic place. Got injured at work and Danica got me up and moving again. They were able to accomodate my schedule everytime and everything was safe during these trying times. Thank you again to pivotal physiotherapy and especially to Danica!

The place is a the best of the best. I've been to alot and I mean of diff physiotherapy places over the years. Gregg has helped me more in the last year with doing more then hiding the pain. He works with you to resolve or learn to live with your limitations.

First of all I would like to say that I felt like I was entering Fort Knox. Yes I was forewarned that I would have to call before entering and answer some questions. However upon arrival there was a sign saying I had to call but no phone number? Ok so a suggestion. Put Ur phone number on the sign?

Then I was asked to fill out the forms which I did and then told how much so I get my wallet and hand her 100.00.

"I'm sorry we do not accept cash, debit or credit only"

I only had cash. Nowhere on their door or in the initla phone conversation was I told they were not accepting cash. In my opinion this is an acceptable form of payment and should never be not accepted. However some forewarning should be given.

I completely wasted my time this morning rushing there filling out forms. I could have booked somewhere else. I'm having shoulder pain and now I'm going to have to rebook somewhere else and who knows how long I will have to wait with only a certain amount of time left this year to use the benefits.

If I could give no stars I would. I have never given a bad review to any business before and I'm sorry but I Beleive the public needs a warning since they didn't deliver one themselves.

I wasn't even given an apology. All I was given was a Wierd look "you don't have a debit card or credit card you can use? ". Not like those wouldn't be potentially fingerprinted and dirty also. My fiancé had given me the money as a gift to get this done. Pretty sad.

They are very knowledgeable and that’s why they received a star, however the receptionists are not very kind. Judgmental and difficult to make appointments with. Would not recommend going here as they act entitled and very rude from the minute you enter

My experience at Pivotal has been excellent. Went in for knee pain and hip tightness (that massage and stretching alone was not curing). I met with Kaila, she did her assessment, decided to do IMS and the knee pain and hip mobility has been recovering beautifully. After just three sessions the pain has subsided significantly. Kaila is professional and fun to talk with. Highly recommend!

Seeing Tyler there about my neck, he is incredibly talented at what he does, give him another raise

Greg Bamber is by far the best Physiotherapist I have been to. Every staff member is friendly and highly knowledgeable.
