Jenna seems very knowledgeable, confident and a great communicator. Very pleased with her assessment and initial treatment plan.

These people really know what they are doing. I have been in pain for months and after my first treatment I was already feeling some relief. My doctor just wanted to treat me with ever stronger pain meds.
My physiotherapist Jenna knows just where to apply the pressure and just how much. It will still take more visits to work it all out but I leave there feeling like I could kick up my heels a bit.

Physiotherapist malpractice @Pivotal physiotherapy treatment.was 10 min without my under shirt & shirt was off the room was cold no blanket & I was not offered a hot pack to warm my neck up before Physiotherapist CORK SCREWED MY neck I felt instant pain I felt sick to my stomach and other things, then I passed out, and then started to slur my words,

After Damage caused by physiotherapist @ Northgate pivotal physiotherapy My medical doctor ordered x ray of cervical spine x- ray were very different than other x -ray and the Neurologist ordered MRI & MRA the findings were physiotherapist caused MY STROKE.

Neurologist said I couldn't work because of MY STROKE that caused massive headaches, dizziness pivotal physiotherapist caused major stress & financial despair to our family.

Since my injury I'm still feeling, dizziness, nausea, sleep disturbance fatigued more easily, more chronic headaches, poor memory, poor concentration, restlessness, ringing in ears, anxiety, Now taking RX pain & nerve medications because of pivotal Physiotherapist & Elizabeth.

Pivotal Physiotherapist deep screw treatment on my neck has caused so much pain & grieve from pivotal incompetent physiotherapist has had a major effect on doing my daily chores and functions.

Mike is the best physiotherapist we have ever known. Such and amazing and caring human to say the least. Mirelle is an absolute treasure. Full of so much positivity and encouragement. She is so understanding and compassionate. She is extremely professional. I first met her about a year ago and my back had been super messed up, and the fact that i am walking and working out without blowing it ever 2 weeks, and able to lift my son and daughter with ease, is all thanks to her. And Shout out to the receptionist too. I never caught her name but shes an absolute sweet heart too. Super professional and quick. Very impressed with every step in the process. Mirelle (my PT) was fantastic, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The online booking and intake processes were also shockingly easy so I was simply able to show up at my appointment time and just wait for my appointment (less than 2 minutes). 100% would (and will) return for PT services as needed.

Mirelle is an excellent therapist. She targeted the body parts that are impacted by the pain. She makes her clients comfortable by chatting with them. Excellent customer service and a superb personality and competent therapist.

Flora was amazing! She is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. The entire process was great and it was easily the best massage of my life. I instantly felt a lot of relief throughout my entire body and left feeling very relaxed. The office staff is also very nice. I’ll definitely be a returning any chance I get!

I had a great experience at Pivotal. I was able to get an appointment quicky. Checking in easy. I was having back and shoulder pains from sitting at a desk for a long period of time, and Flora did a great job in getting rid of that pain. I felt completely better after just one hour. She always made sure I was feeling OK, and that the pressure was not too much. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She seemed very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. Her room was also very clean and relaxing. I will continue going to Flora for months to come. Highly recommend!

This was my first time getting a massage from this place and it was so amazing and professional. First when I walked in the place is so clean and had a great atmosphere the ladies and the desk were welcoming and super sweet. Second the massage I had was absolutely the highlight of coming here. I had Flora give me a massage and she was very professional very kind and amazing at her job. I left feeling good and waking up the next day feeling even better.
