I’ve been seeing Craig for years. Easily the best physiotherapist I’ve been to. All the staff is super welcoming and helpful!

Had a run assessment with Kim. She was kind and thorough and answered all of my questions. I have a great plan for moving forward now! Half marathon here I come

Had a great deep tissue massage that was exactly what I needed. Quinn was able to very quickly identify the underlying issues in my problem areas and work efficiently in fixing me up. I have had many massages in my time and I will definitely be back here as he was a true professional and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend!

From the moment I entered Pivotals space, I was pretty sure I had made a great choice. After my session with Robyn and Tyler, it's a certainty. Robyn explained everything in easy to understand terms. The treatments she recommended and performed were very effective. Much more so than I expectec going in. Robyn is fantastic!

Tyler was a breath of fresh air! He actually demonstrated each of the exercises while explaining them to me. I found this to be extremely helpful in emsuring that I was getting the most out of my efforts. He was present enough to answer any questions while not being right on top of me during the work-out. Also appreciated sonI could focus. And the "cold hug" at the end. *chefs kiss*

I have seen Quinn a few times now. He is so personable and kind. His skills are amazing. He is really helping my back and neck. He remembers his patients and the reason you are there. He has even added a spot in for me when I was in need of a treatment really bad. I couldn’t ask for a better practitioner. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Marissa is the best! I've seen a few physios over the years and have yet to meet one as knowledgable and friendly as she is. No matter what the injury, she gets me back to 100%. The facilities are Pivotal are excellent, all the staff is exceptionally friendly. It is a very welcoming place!

Kim provided consistently good assessment, diagnosis, and treatment exercises over the last 3 visits. Ample teaching of exercises and always leave with a sense control and confidence over the injury. Always supportive and cannot recommend enough.

I’m so grateful to have Craig on my corner when I want to heal (and prevent) an injury. It is important to me to stay active and Craig is excellent at teaching how I can do that while also providing the treatment when exercise alone won’t be enough.

Raj and Emily i think her name was (i have short term memory issues due to concussion) were both soooooooo amazing! They really helped to understand my injury and helped educate me so that I better understand my symptoms as well! Honestly the best physiotherapists I've ever been to in my whole life! I've never had someone share so much knowledge and information with me before to help me understand my situation better. It has really helped put my mind at ease, concussions are not easy to deal with bc you have more than just typical symptoms, also psychological symptoms that affect your mental well being. Thanks so much to both of you for helping me to better understand, I feel a weight lifted and it's the best I've felt in the last 30 days!

Marissa is very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions. Have been dealing with sport related ankle issues for a long time. She set me up with some great exercises and the next day notice a decrease in the swelling. Very happy with my experience.

I have been seeing Kim at Pivotal over the last year for various injuries that I have. She has helped me with knee and wrist issues, as well as a current muscle strain that I have had. I've now referred several of my clients to her and she's also been able to help them as well. I would highly recommend Kim & Pivotal. They have a beautiful space and everyone is super friendly there!

My physiotherapist Farhana was so amazing. Her bubbly and sweet personality made me happy and I'd look forward to going for my physio sessions. She is beyond kind and was thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of my recovery which was key in my healing journey. Going through pain and trying to heal is no fun but going to this location and it being such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere made it a lot easier! The best experience I have had in visits to physiotherapy, all very professional. I had an incredible first experience at Pivotal Physio! The booking and form filling process was so simple and easy to navigate. Raj is highly knowledgeable and always engaged with the patient, he makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. His explanations for procedures were easy to understand even for me haha. His protege Bryson has a bright future in the industry as well, very nice to meet and work with him for the 2 sessions I was able to.

I got muscle strains while lifting stuff at work and went for physiotherapy at Pivotal High performance centre. Dr Mirelle and Dr Byron were awesome and they went through some great exercises and pressure therapies with me. I felt my pain subdued after the therapies and hope they’ll be fully gone by the end! I really liked the detailed but understandable explanations provided by the physio. Additionally, there is a 'gym' right there and a kinesiologist to guide me through a set of exercises to ensure I knew what to do and how to do it correctly. The physiotherapist then followed up with me regarding questions/feedback. Other physios I've seen have given me exercises but no 'onsite' gym nor kinesiologist. This approach.seeing your physiotherapist and then a kinesiologist in the gym.makes so much sense to me.
