I decided to come for a fill on a whim after breaking my nail at work - I am extremely happy with the accommodations they made so quickly and the wonderful conversation we had! This was the least awkward a nail appointment has ever been for me and I also of course love the outcome of my nails! This is my new go to place for sure!

Acrylic was put on very thick and uneven. Wrong size tips were used. Most nails have large gaps underneath between the natural nail and acrylic so debris is constantly getting stuck deep under them very easily. Have definitely had way better elsewhere. Gave 2 stars because the guy who did them was super friendly.

Service was good, nails done just right.spent way more than I thought I would based on their base prices.the mark ups and extras were way too much!

Been getting my nails done at pixie for a while now and can honestly say they are top notch. It had been years since getting my nails done and I'm glad I chose here to get them started again. They last for 3 to 4 weeks before I personally feel like k need to change them (although I'm sure they'd last longer). The couple that run the place are always so nice and will have a conversation if you want it will be silent if you need that too. I know I'll keep going back!

First time having my nails done and I was nervous and excited. I brought inspiration photos for the style and color I wanted and. They are perfect! I am so happy with my nails. The price was better than I expected.

I’ve tried out a number of nail salons throughout the years, and Pixie Nails blows every single one of them out of the water.

I had a pedicure last week, and had a fantastic experience. Zoe took great care of me, and made me very comfortable from the get go. I let her know that I had thin toenails, and she took extra care removing the old shellac. Overall, super relaxing experience and she made my toes look and feel great!

I was so impressed with my pedicure, that I came back for a shellac manicure. My nails had been previously butchered and, once again, Zoe took amazing care of my nails. She was extremely gentle with the electric file and shared her knowledge with me regarding shellac and the best way to continue to take care of my nails. She shaped them beautifully, and trimmed my cuticles perfectly (I don’t get to say that very often).

This place is an absolute hidden gem. If you’re looking for a super professional experience, and want to feel taken care of — this is the place to go.

Super great salon, the service was awesome and the prices are much better than other salons I've been too in Edmonton. The person who did my nails was extremely gentle with the removal of my previous set and did an amazing job with the new one. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon with friendly employees, clean supplies and perfect work!

Got a mani/pedi today and not only were the prices really good for what you're getting but the customer service was phenomenal! This was my first time going to Pixie nails and I'm definitely going to be going back! My first impression was that the salon was very clean. There are lots of colors to choose from and very relaxing. I didn't grab the nail techs name but she was so friendly and we conversed the whole time. She had a great energy. She was very gentle and precise, took her time doing my toes and hands and made the experience a good one. The prices were upfront and there wasn't any hidden fees and nothing changed from the previous day when I booked the appointment and was told the total than. Def recommend you give this place a chance if you are looking for somewhere to go!

A professional family-owned business with very accommodating hours. The owners are so kind and make the experience very special! We have and will continue to come here often.

Zoe & Bill are both amazing.

Highly recommend this salon for nails! I haven’t had my nails done in 3 years and went based on reviews! I was more then please! My nails look incredible, the pricing is affordable and they treat you like they have known you forever! I will for sure be a regular customer!

I go to pixie for all my waxing needs. Zoe is very professional and gentle. They use great products and facility is clean. So you dont have to worry about have bumps after your Brazilian!

They were efficient and had very friendly service! So many colours to choose from as well. I was very happy with how my nails came out. Definitely returning soon!

Hands down the best nail salon experience I have ever had. This is a family business and they show so much care for their customers. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and they are QUALITY. I had a genuine conversation with the girl who did my nails and I will definitely be back. Pricing is extremely reasonable as well.

My daughter wanted to get her nails done for her birthday. Booking was easy. The shop is clean and I love the ventilation to keep the fumes down. Great price and my daughter loves her nails.

Pixie nails used to be my goto when I worked in the west end before I moved to the southside & they moved to their new location. So when we were on that side of the city, I called to see if I could get my daughter and myself in for pedicures to celebrate back to school & see their new space. We were in luck! It was great to see their new salon, it's nice and open and set up nicely. I also liked their choice in paint colour & decor.
As for our pedis, I had regular polish while my daughter had shellac so I had to sit a bit longer, and they had let us know a lady would be coming in for a brow wax that was booked before we called and honestly it didn't interfere with our services at all. They also had another couple waiting to have services done after us, but the couple admitted they were really early, then another person came and this my favourite thing about them.if they have a walk in.they tell them the most accurate time of when they would be free to do it, not just take a seat.someone will be right with you & 35 mins later you're still waiting. They respect people's schedules and are always punctual for which I am super appreciative.
The parking lot is bigger & better & in turn easier to get in & out of than the old location, it makes me wish I still worked around the corner! So although I can't be as regular as I once was, I look forward to visiting them when I can.

Just perfect! I got a full set of nails for my upcoming wedding and I love them! The lovely couple were both very friendly and had great conversation. Really great prices and a warm, friendly environment. I will be going back with the girls a few days before the big day:)

My boyfriend and I came here to get manicures and I also got a pedicure. The staff is a lovely couple who are so genuine and have great conversation. I had a lovely foot massage and my toes look great, highly recommend this cute little place.

It was my first time at pixie nails today. I walked out completely loving my nails! I was very surprised that Bill did such an amazing job in 35-45 minutes on a new set of acrylic nails. I will definitely be going back every time and I will be telling my friends and family:)
