The price of the two toppings pizza was 14.99$, but after paying the bill I realized the cashier deducted 18.99$. I talked with the cashier again but she said that they need to update the prices on the menu and didn't issued a refund on the extra amount. They should have told me about this before. This is scam!
I have ordered the 12pc meal where you get coleslaw, gravy, fries, and 12 pcs chicken. I told them instead of coleslaw I would like macaroni and want the chicken well done. They didn't put any macaroni or even gravy. The chicken was not even well done and I had to put it in the oven. It's better to go to the Saddletowne Fritou than here. Wasted my money.
I recently ordered at Fritou Chicken and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. Let me start by saying that the chicken burger I ordered was truly revolting. In fact, I must go as far as saying that it was the most disgusting food I have ever had the misfortune of eating.
To begin with, the burger arrived in a deplorable state. The bun was inexplicably soggy, as if it had been sitting in a pool of water for an extended period. The texture was unpleasant, and the taste was far from what I expected. The chicken patty itself was cold, stale, and seemed to lack any form of freshness. It was a sad excuse for a burger, to say the least.
Moreover, the overall presentation was lackluster. The burger appeared as if it had been hastily slapped together, with little attention paid to evenness or care. The ingredients appeared to be haphazardly placed, and the burger lacked the vibrant and appetizing colors that are usually associated with a well-crafted meal.
Additionally, the burger seemed to be excessively wet, almost as if it had been drenched in a sauce that failed to enhance its flavor. This overwhelming wetness further contributed to the overall unpleasant eating experience.
Having sampled various burgers from different establishments over the years, I genuinely cannot recall a time when I've been so disappointed. Fritou Chicken's chicken burger simply did not meet even the most basic standards of quality and taste.
In conclusion, I regretfully state that my experience dining at Fritou Chicken was nothing short of atrocious. The chicken burger, which should have been the highlight of my meal, turned out to be an abomination of flavors, textures, and presentation. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to proceed with caution. There are far superior options available that provide delicious and satisfying meals without the disappointment that Fritou Chicken delivered.
This was one of the WORST eating experiences i’ve ever had.me and my friends ordered 2 medium pizzas.an EXTRA LARGE onion ring for 22$, pasta salad and chicken wings.to start off, the pizza was SO insanely greasy and barely even cut properly? The onion rings were maybe a size medium.the bag was so small and riddled with grease, as well as the onion rings were obviously store bought frozen ones.the “hot and spicy” chicken wings weren’t even spicy at all, and they were so little! It took my order 2 hours to get to me because the lady i called on the phone told me it was done forever ago and nobody was picking it up, even though halfway through the call conveniently somebody came to pick it up.such a rip off and such a scam, absolutely disgusting food.i’ve been on the toilet ALL NIGHT since i ordered their food.obviously disgusting and dirty kitchen. DO NOT GO HERE.
Pricy chicken wings! Paid $38 for a 12 piece meal take out and 5 pieces were just chicken wings. If I'm gonna order just that, I'd go to a pub and eat twice as much for half as much. And the guy said this is what it is, it was the supplier (I say it's his hands, I say it was my last time). Not coming back.
The food here was so dry and wasted $30 on some food that I’ll never come back to again. The service was way too slow and waiting 30 mins for at least 3 things. If you guys think that this is the best chicken in calgary then you’ve obviously never tried KFC’s specialty or Popeyes
Good food, good service but one of the workers forgot about my order and I ended up not getting my food in time for the bus. I waited 45 minutes just for nothing. Still good fries though.
Not great. I ordered specifically for pickup at 1pm. I came a little bit later to give them a little bit of time, but I came in and they said they gave my order to somebody else because I was late, and the chicken wouldn’t be good. They reasoned most customers want ‘newly cooked’. I ordered for 1pm because I was on a strict time constraint. Not a good reason. Next time, it’s the customers’ fault if the chicken is not good because they come in very late for their orders!
I'm actually in disbelief how they can think this is an acceptable amount of rice. It's honestly just laughable that's it's literally just two spoonfuls. The chicken is good but I understand why they don't call it 'crispy' in the name.
Didn’t receive fries with chicken meals and received a chicken and mushroom pizza versus the pepperoni, bacon, green pepper and onion pizza ordered. The pizza sauce was very strange looking, it was pepto bismol coloured pink. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody.
We ordered the 9 pieces of chicken to dine in, find out the chicken pieces were too small and there was not any sauce with it and the coating of chicken was not good as compared to other location. Girl who served was good but the food it self not good at all. Not going to this location again
I placed an order through UberEats and I accidentally made a mistake so I called the store to kindly ask if I could make adjustments to my order and they were very attentive and accommodating!
Ordered from Ubereats on the menu says chicken leg $2.99 so I expect to get a chicken leg I order a couple of them with few other things and I received a couple of drumsticks for $6 which isn’t the issue the issue is give the customers what you are advertising not what you feel like. Especially if a customers is ordering online expecting to receive what they ordered no what you feel like putting this is against the law and false advertising is illegal in Canada.
The menu and pricing is misleading. They have prices listed above their specialty pizzas that apparently are for only 2 topping pizzas but no where does it say that. The pizza was terrible, and they used what appeared to be canned tomato soup for sauce. The top of the pizzas were overdone but the crust was wet and undercooked.
Worst place for any food ever don’t order anthything from this place absolutely no care into the food and it was so dry had to throw out save your money go to popeyes across the street
