Pizza 73

I placed an order for pickup for 2 large veggie pizza and refused for extra cheese when they asked me over the phone. When I go in to pickup, they say they can’t take 100 dollar bill because they don’t have enough change, so I had to go back and get change. Then the pizza had added EXTRA cheese, had no traditional sauce, big chunks of tomatoes and it had no taste whatsoever! It’s wasteful of my money when I’m paying for $40 for food and not receiving the desired quality

Everytime I ordered from ellersile location but today I order2 medium pizza’s about 40$ it was overcooked and taste was worst I was very disappointed I had a guest at my home and when I opened the box it was burn from top and tasted was wired our dinners was spoiled and wastage of money next time I have to think and order

Manager stepped in to fix a miscommunication with one of the staff (I ordered cheese and got pepperoni non halal instead) good thing I opened the box to check. When the guy at the front told me I did order this the manger stepped in and apologized on his behalf and said the customer is always right. Very commendable service from her and deserves 5 stars. Food was great too

Ordered via Skip the dishes. They shorted me on my order of boneless wings and refused to acknowledge it

I called in my order and was provided with a 20 minute timeline for when the pizza would be done. I showed up at the store 30 minutes later and was told they never even started my order, let alone recorded it. I checked with the store whether it was the right number that I had made the order in and everything was correct - I had to wait in the parking lot for an ADDITIONAL hour for the food to be ready. As I approach the counter to finally pick up the food, it practically is tossed at me by the aggressive and extremely impolite worker. If this is the standard of customer service, Pizza 73 needs some serious reevaluation of its employees.

Amazing pizza, delivery on time, and the employees are always nice. Would recommend for those family or game nights

Was quoted 15-20 minutes to prepare my order. Ended up being 45 mins. Wings were very cold, and pizza toppings were about an inch away from the crust. Pretty disappointed all around.

Very good! About the 9th time I have gone here and every time the pizza was cooked, the toppings were reasonable and the crust was good. As nothing lasts forever I hope they continue to do what they are doing as this particular pizza joint is very good. I do have to say though if you order wings ask them to put in a bit more sauce. Sometimes they cut back a bit too much and the wings are dry.

Decent pizza at reasonable price.
The email confirmation on online order says 20 minutes for your order to be ready. Took 45 minutes for them to prepare my (1 large) pizza since they were busy. If you are picking up, I’d suggest waiting a little longer than the suggested 20 minute timeframe or calling to confirm when your order will be ready first.

They forgot my order. Then told me they would bring it. I did not hear anything from them. When i called back, they said they were 10-15 minutes away but no one ever came. I called the next day and spoke with Abdullah who was very patient and understanding about the situation. Unfortunately the company does not have better solutions for situations like this.

Ordered pizza from here, they got my order wrong. Sent a new pizza, got that one wrong too. Couldn't eat either pizza and they decided the best offer would be a $10 credit for my next order. I asked for a refund from the email they tell you to contact and they did the exact same thing.

If there were stars less than one I might’ve given to this store. I ordered an pizza last night at 11: 20 something. First they said we delivered your order at wrong place we will deliver your order just give us some time. Then again they went to wrong address. When i called driver. He said i am home now and i m sleeping. I can’t come now and store is closed and it was 1’o clock. What the hell? I paid for my order. Pizza didn’t came and they closed the store and went home. What’s going guys? Very bad experience. You need to teach your drivers how to talk to customers.

I ordered pizza from this store today. I specially mentioned in the instructions that we don’t need olives and tomatoes at all due to our allergies. But instead, they added too much.
Called them and they were like we have no clue about this. Very bad customer service.
I would have given them zero stars instead as customer service representative was very rude.

I made an order on skip which there’s no tracking because the restaurant takes care of it.
I made it at 730 and I called at 845 to see where it was because it was supposed to be here between 8-830 and it wasn’t. They said the driver just left so it should be here within 10 minutes.
Fast forward to 930 I still didn’t get it so I messaged skip and he said it should be there by 10: 03. Which is already 2 and a half hours past when I ordered it.

Still wasn’t. So I called back they said I had to call skip, tried that didn’t work so I messaged them. They can’t even get a hold of you guys.
So it’s been 3 hours since I ordered and no I’m just starving and very disappointed.

Delivery is terrible. Ordered a second order and they canceled it on me. Spent 20 mins on hold just to get it. While the other pizzas I had got cold. Trash service. Call centre agent had so much attitude

Worst pizza ever! Half it had no cheese and we found a hair. They offered a credit instead of a refund. No thanks! Never returning
Edit: i emailed and what they offered was a $5 credit! How insulting. Worst pizza place. Do not order!

I just wish there was an option not to give a star. I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza and 10 pieces salt and pepper wings through Skip the Dishes from Ellerslie Rd location to be specific. This is worst pizza and wings ever! And I am not exaggerating. The pizza crust is completely pizza raw, with some parts of the edges burnt. The meat topping was so sparingly done (I could count the pieces).

Now, the wings had feathers on every piece I lift from the box (really Pizza 73? We are not animals), and seems as if they dumped a bag of salt and pepper on them. My family and I could not eat this.

This is not good for business. Please make people’’s order properly. It is not free, I paid for it and it is not cheap as well.

I am so disgruntled at this point because my order was so poorly done. This is last, never again! I NEED MY REFUND!

Lots of cheese on my pep and extra cheese, like border line being almost too much. I've seen way less on double cheese pizzas elsewhere. I'm of the understanding extra cheese is not as much as double cheese. Great price on 2 pizzas 4 pops, considering they didnt chince on the cheese. Happy

I will give them 0 stars if I could. We are in a pandemic still, and people was working without a mask or gloves.they were chatting and touching everything. I will be like if I dont get sick. When I ask why nobody have a mask on the answer was WHY? I cant not believe it.

UPDATE:
So, PIZZA 73 serves raw pizza and screws up on an order of wings and takes full payment for it but only offers to give half as a refund.
Don’t worry PIZZA 73 (Ellerslie location), keep the money clearly you need it.

BEWARE - we picked up a pizza from this location tonight and the dough is completely RAW. I put the pizza in the oven to try and cook it but because of the toppings, the dough is still raw. Eating raw dough can cause food poisoning, I’m pregnant and I hope I don’t get sick. I just threw the entire pizza out. They also screwed up on our wings, we ordered 10 (5 & 5 should have been 2 different flavours). Anyway, we sent them an email so waiting to hear back.

If only less than one star was available.

Ordered two pizzas, wings, popcorn chicken & fries through their website (because Skip doesn't offer any of the promos, which is a huge bummer considering there's zero order tracking available on the website)

We specifically requested that at delivery they didn't ring the doorbell or knock, as we have a 7 month old baby in bed. The driver knocked several times. But that's not even the worst of it.

Probably 8/10 pieces of our wings had hair baked into them. We literally had to sift through the box.

Could that literally be any grosser or off-putting?
