Ordered through Uber Eats because of their BOGO deal. Honestly speaking without any exaggeration, WORSE Pizza I've ever had. Bland, flavourless and Just had two slice and had to toss out the rest.yuck

I was a big pizza 73 fan for years. I ordered pizza online last night and I'm assuming it came from here.
It was very poorly made, unfortunately. The cheese was not covering the pizza at all, the sauce was not good and the chicken wings were very.ok.
I was really hoping they were still good but I've learned my lesson. I was charged 60 bucks, I tipped well and now we have 2 pizzas in the garbage.
Nice delivery guy, I hope you get it together pizza 73 cause I grew up on you guys.

TERRIBLE. I ordered because the Crave coupon was advertised both online and I received a flyer. Order arrived with no coupon (yet my receipt said they issued it). I asked the delivery man where it was and he said “It’s not my job to know that”. I called Pizza 73 support and they called they store and learned the store doesn’t have anymore coupons. So why didn’t they call me and let me know they couldn’t fulfill the order? Had they called me to tell me that I would have cancelled my order. The ONLY reason I was ordering was because of the promotion. To add insult to injury the pizza was cold and terrible. DO NOT order from here, unless you like wasting money and eating terrible pizza.

EDIT: Pizza 73 Support responded to my email and supplied me with the code. They said they would also be reaching out to the store to ensure they didn’t do this with other customers.

Waited iver an hour and a half to get a cold pizza that had a full long hair in it. None of them wear hair nets or hats or anything so be cautious from ordering here unless u wanna eat hair. Sat outside waiting for my pizza and the person making the new one everytime she walked past the window was playing with her hair aswell.

Caution this location sold me RAW CHICKEN.
Ordered popcorn chicken for my kid. He ate a few pieces and complained that it was soft. I cut open a few of the remaining pieces and they were raw.
Called Pizza 73 and offered replacement chicken or gift certificate.
Never ordering from pizza 73 again!

Had to wait over 10 minutes past my scheduled pick up time. Not acceptable for me when my time is being wasted. Would expect at least a freebie in a situation like this.

Previous time I was here I came in 1: 15, sign said open until 2am, and were closed. Would look to get your pizza somewhere else.

They were very behind on their orders, had to wait an extra 20 mins for pizza but other than that Pizza was good as usual.

Overall, pizza is, ok, fast, warm, the problem is they have a habbit of NOT fulfilling the extras we ask for.
Today we ordered an extra box of wings, got NO dip. Even paid for an extra one. Neither of them were Included.

I had already asked for a $5 credit that was owed to me.

Clearly THEY NEED the extra. 43 of what it wuda cost that I paid for.
No worries. Noooo worries at allllll

The pizza here had always been on point. Comes quick and got Everytime. Staff are pleasant and wait times are short. Pick up yourself for an even hotter pizza at a better price.
