Pizza 73

They delivered our pizza and wings to the wrong address and then said it was a contactless delivery and their driver said it was dropped off. It was not we were watching the whole time and have cameras to show no delivery was made. They still refused to even give us credit for the order. I will never order from Pizza 73 again. Both for me personally or for my workplace.

Great and friendly service. Tuesday night last week bought some pick up pizza for a friend and I and we both enjoyed the food. The pickup was quick and the cashier/cook was friendly. He clicked through the tip options on the machine with no tip which I found nice as it eliminated the thought of whether I should tip. So here I am a week later reviewing since he asked me to. Haha.

Very nice place to visit and staff is very polite and nice staff they also recommend tasty and delicious pizzas and also provide good deals

Tried to help them out by ordering directly from the pizza 73 site. Showed up after an hour ICE COLD. Don’t order from here.

Amazing service! I like that they are upgrading their menu! I’m originally from Ontario so I’m a poutine advocate and the classic curly fry poutine is spot on!

One of the BEST pizza73 locations I’ve ever been to. Happily accommodated my request to make the wings extra crispy, added me extra wings, and then wouldn’t accept my after payment for an extra can of ice tea. Ami and his crew go above and beyond with St Alberta best wings to go. Thanks guys!

Ordered the 2 medium pizzas an 4 pops for $21. Was charged 42$ went an asked for a refund an was told no. Was told manager was on a break an will be back, than employee called manager an he said he's not coming back. I just wanted the value difference an was argued an refused a refund. In tough times I would think customer service would be higher. Worker kept trying to justify their actions and repeatedly calling me bro, an dude. I'm not your bro or dude I'm a paying customer trying spend money locally, let's try some respect.

Showed up at 11: 30pm on a Saturday and waited for 15 minutes with not a soul showing up. Opened the front door a couple times to trigger the chime thinking they hadn't heard me, but nobody ever came. Typing this in the empty front lobby right now.

I had an order called in advance to be ready for 11: 30 Friday night. I show up and there is nobody at the counter, staff are blowing me off and walking past me, and they are not even wearing any uniform or gloves or hairnets. The manager was sitting beside the counter the whole time and didn’t come out until another staff called him to. The wings were full of feathers and broken bones hanging out, and were not golden brown. The pizza bottom was like cardboard, and the fries were not very crispy. And the food wasn’t even ready until 11: 45. I will not be going back to this location.

I tell them what happened. He asked if I got the order. Of course I did. That’s why I know it’s wrong.

He then tells me to call the call centre. No you messed up. You fix it. They don’t answer. He hangs up on me

Call back he says he sending a replacement. But he doesn’t even know who I am so how does that help

Finally confirms address. Let’s see if it even shows up

I visited Pizza 73 location at Tudor Glen St Albert on Jan 25 2023 at approximately 5pm. I ordered 40 golden crispy wings and a small ham and pineapple pizza. When I returned home, the wings were cooked in old oil and the coating had no taste which usually has a great flavour.
Not happy. Customer service told me to visit the store where I bought the wings and complain to them. I’m not returning to that location. The pizza was good.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt like I had to for this location. I had an order today where both pizzas were easily the worst takeout pizza I've ever had. Dough was undercooked in many parts of the pizza, yet the cheese on top was completely browned out. Toppings were minimal compared to the usual place I order from, and asked for extra sauce on one pizza, it barely had any sauce at all. Avoid this place at all costs and choose a different location. Can't believe $30 was spent here.

My Daughter and I went to pick up an order from here tonight around 10PM and were ignored for almost 10 minutes while the guy sat at the computer playing games. We tried calling out to him numerous times, with no response (he actually turned his back to us), and only responded after I slammed my hand on the counter and yelled loudly to get his attention. We got there around 10 pm and he kept yelling "We're closed! We're closed! " and refused to accept our order. It clearly states on the sign they were open til 11pm.
Horrible customer service! Don't even know if the food is good cause he refused to make it!

Great service from the delivery driver, Saturday Nov 26 2022. Ordered medium ham and pineapple and ground beef/bacon. Dispatched from Tudor Glen location in St. Albert. I live in Forest Lawn neighborhood of St. Albert.

Ordered from this location. Food never showed up for a 150 dollar order for 2 pizzas and some wings. Tried to find out where it went but was never given a solid answer. Never ordering from here again
