Pizza 73

My recent experience with pizza 73 in saddletown was terrible. Their pizza s are stale n terrible. We had a bad stomach and literally throw pizza.
Previously it used to be good now the quality is definitely gone terrible i would say. Wil never go back nor recommend this place. We ordered butter chicken n hawaii pizza

Just bought paneer tikka pizza and no taste of salt at all. Can't believe how could they prepare it without salt. Waste of money waste of time.

Horrible tasteless pizza I had. Just the chicken wings was good. Your butterchicken pizza was horrible I never tasted anything such bad in my life. Also tried to contact the customer service after their revert on my previous feedback who I think can do better while replying back to customers rather than giving false promises to correct the experience. This is not the way to just write off to customer anything and just saying sorry. Making my experience with pizza 73 a little more bitter.

If you order online, they will skimp on toppings. Not so great if there is less of toppings. Just dough and sauce. Order was unevenly cooked.

Jalapeño poppers were re-fried and outer layer was coming off if you keep re frying and serve stale stuff

Happened 3rd time in a row. Specifically mentioned “No Tomatoes” & “Thin crust”. Still the staff has audacity to cook “Regular crust and put Tomatoes”. Not gonna argue every time with them. Just prefer not to order again. Note to management: Just check what’s been ordered and what’s been served. Thank you.

One of the best Pizza 73 location’s in the city. The staff and owner’s are wonderful. They go above and beyond each and every time making it a wonderful experience every order! The pizza is worth every dollar. Pure, premium and fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. The gluten free crust mimics the original crust which is a blessing. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended to everyone in close vicinity to this location.

I like the burgers here and the curly fries. Sometimes curly fries have been stale feeling. But mostly has been a good experience

I was still hungry after the pizza so i ate the box. Same texture.same flavour. Do yourself a favour.plan ahead an buy a frozen pizza.

The pizza 73 location on Saddletowne circle is the best they have a friendly staff and the choice of food is best for family dinner with reasonable price and the service time is great and this place is busy all the time

I ordered veggie and tandoori paneer very thin crust. I want give you 5/5 stars for cook black and brown pizza. Which I never seen and eat before. I think this name will go to Guinness book Cheese was like dark brown and pizza was not eat able it’s like a concrete sheet. Who gave them licence and government food process control or health professionals why they do not check these ripe of shop and restaurants and un professional pizza shop. And those radio advertisements who announced again and again for few Dollars

Huge variety of pizzas to select from. Food is tasty and staff is very professional. We always order pizza from saddletowne pizza 73. They are the best.

This can easily be called as the best pizza store in North east.
The prices are decent as compared to Pizza hut and the quality is quite good.

Dont deserve even one star. Zero customer service.owner or the main person who was on the location on 9july night was very rude, dominating and not listening to me at all. After one hour of order, he was blaming me instead of saying sorry for not understading properly. He did not allow me to speak, First they said my order is not there. I called customer service, guy from customer service called them.they were not picking the phone.then customer care guy said me to go to the location and say them to pick up the call.then
i went to saddletown calgary location, to say them to pick up the call.then guy pick up the call from store.then they said you did not said exact name and all. I said whaterever name we said to the order taker over the phone, we are saying the same name.then owner or boss came, he did not listen to completly, he was rudly talking and debating, I paid and pick up the pizza after 65 minutes to my order.still the main person was rudly taking and saying that he is not rude but I did not say anything and left the store.this whole time, I was with customer care guy over the phone, I explained him everything. He start saying, he will give me $20 credit at all, that is there policy, now he was not listening to me at all, because he was thinking owner was right, he was worse customer care guy. He said there was not 40 minutes over the wait, in actual I was on the phone with around 35 minutes.it was not cutomer service, it was complete torture like I did some crime. If you guys can not give service, why you say so.you guys dont understand properly what ca I do. Owner of the store was so arrogant, he gave that cold pizza after one hour, he was not stop talking, eventhough I said my kids are in car, he was keep blaming that its my fault. I think he thinks that a common person can not do anything to him. He is owner or main boss of the store, so he can do whatever he wants. If they record our calls when we order, that it should be listened, also what I said to customer care guy and what happened on the store. Everything should be listened so that what is true, it should come out. Then these kind of owners or boss start behaving properly.

Worst place to order a pizza.last time my order was wrong.i was like ok we all make mistakes I ordered again today.driver was sooo rude.when I ordered I mentioned them that its basement.he was talking to me like he is giving me free pizza or something… man! Appreciate your job.we all work here and at end of fay we need peace of mind thats why we order … not to hear ur things…. I’ll never order again from them

The vegetarian pizza taste so disgusting.
Its like veggies on bread, no flavour or anything.
No salt at all.
Its so gross.

Probably the worst pizza in Canada. I don’t even know how this trash franchise is still open. I rather die on a hunger strike than eat this garbage pizza.

Horrible employees. I went in for funnel sticks, got home, they tasted like they were spicy onion rings, and there was no sugar on top, just a box full of fried bread. I take it back and explain the problem, the rude employee just sprinkles sugar on top and slides it back to me. Mind you, I asked for it be remade because they tasted like onion rings. Employee refuses so I ask for a refund because that’s that outrageous. She throws my money on the counter. Disgusting service

Went in to grab a pizza at lunch. Lady working was to busy chatting on the phone to even acknowledge my existence so l decided to save my money and I'll go to Little Caesars on my way home. Won't be spending my money at any Pizza 73 again. Busy or not, its no excuse for poor service.

I ordered 2 topping pizza and every slice hardly had 2-3 pieces of topping. Pizza was looking totally empty. First time ordered from this location and I can say this was the worst pizza I ever had. They want money but don’t want to put enough topping. Waste of money. Zero stars

The worst Pizza I have had ever had tastes like Cardboard the Crust is none existent very dry even when supposedly Fresh never seen anything this bad. What happened to good Pizza that taste like a fresh bread from an oven?

I wish I could give them a zero stars.we ordered 2 veggie pizzas.the base was soggy.hardly put a cheese on.not spicy at all as per our requirement. A complete waste of money.would never buy from them in future.gud bye forever.

We r regular customers, we order the pizza every weekend from here. It used to be my fav. Pizza, But not any more. Since, last 4 weeks there are not making delicious pizza anymore. Sometime they overcook the pizza, sometime forget to add sesame seed which we paid for. Don't know whats wrong with them. Hopefully you guys take it seriously! We want the pizza that we use to like.

Today we ordered from this location it was my last order from this location because drivers do not know how to talk with costumers they are super rude don’t wanna see them again at my door (worse experience ever) they made girls so uncomfortable which is ridiculous.

Ordered a pizza with extra original pizza sauce, but I can't find any trace of sauce anywhere. 2nd pizza ordered with regular sauce has one or two spots you can see a bit of sauce. No sauce or light sauce is a common issue with this location. Last time went back and was told some people don't like sauce. This time called 310 7373 and was offered a remake at the same location or $8 future credit.

First time ordering from this location. Ordered 10 piece wings and a box of curly fries late at night, came to 20$ and some change. Upon delivery, I was handed a box of curly fries nothing else. I kindly let the delivery driver know that I had ordered wings aswell and showed him the receipt of my order in my email. He began to tell me that that’s not his problem, entered the tip amount for me? And proceeded to make me pay 20$ + tip for half of my order. He offered absolutely no help. I called the store but by time the order was delivered they were already closed. Now I’m going to bed hungry because of this mistake. Curly fries were also burnt and seemed like the hard burnt pieces at the end of the night. Not a good way to retain customers.

PIZZA 73, PIZZAs always fresh and delicious. We always enjoy and whenever we want to eat pizza we like this location. They serve very well. Staff is really friendly and quick service.

I stopped coming here a long time ago. This place is the definition of an abomination. The owner came to a location I worked to 4-5 years ago and he left some snobby comments on how the washroom was not cleaned properly. Very ironic that he runs a business that has the most inconsistent pizzas I have ever received I do not order from pizza 73 anymore I recommend everyone go to PIZZA HUT way better and when I order a pizza I know I will get the same quality as last time instead of this joke of a place. Wonder how they got the go ahead to open a franchise location. I use to order here on a consistent bases but after what I have experienced I could not take much more. I live 5 minutes away so it is still the closest place but I rather pay extra for delivery then get a bad pizza at this point

Everytime we order pizza from this location but disappointed twice as they are very lazy to update their website, we ordered something else and got something else, if you are not able to provide the same thing you show on your website then it's better to let your customers know about it, thank you for ruining our weekend, worst service,

I have had a bad experience with pizza 73 but this particular location did a good job in cooking the pizza!

Went here at 11: 45 pm last night and just wanted to order a pizza and well I was looking at the menu the employee working there abruptly said can you hurry up. So I picked my pizza and told her you guys are open till 12 I shouldn't have to rush especially if it only takes me a quick minute to pick a pizza. So after paying for my pizza I went out to wait then came back in to grab my pizza. I said thank you to the employee in a friendly way as she tossed the pizza and cans at me then walked away. I find that if you are going to run a pizza joint at night you could have a friendlier attitude towards your customers not only that the pizza was not made properly and made me a bit sick after eating it. So for future wise I don't recommend this location to anyone and don't expect a good customer experience at this location.

Order pizza in with easy sauce they didnt put non on. Pizza was over cooked wings and fries over cooked. Called to complain was offered 10$ off next order. I dont understand how accompany can justify charging almost $30 for pizza and wings not stand behind their product when they over-cooked it it was not edible it was not what I ordered and they thinks giving $10 off your next order is a way to keep business.
Shameful well not recommend Pizza 73 save your money go somewhere where they take pride in the food they serve and stand behind their product! What a joke!

I always have a bad experience with this location's delivery guy. Once I ordered here and he called to tell me to open my garage so he could give me my order. Why wouldn't you go to the front door?
This time during covid he left my order at my neighbor's door. Only my outside door light was on and the unit number is on the door. When I heard him knock on my neighbors door I opened my door and saw him leaving and told him I'm the one who ordered. Instead of looking for the unit number he just counted the doors and left my order for someone elsr.
If I could give no stars I would. Definitely never ordering from here again

Best pizza place in town always fresh and hot when I order fast delivery too the staff and owners are amazing always great customer service when I go in to take out a great experience here all around keep it up guys! Well recommend 10/10 to everyone not many pizza places like this in town no more they're the best

Worst experience ever with the closing lady at store. No manners to deal with customers. Will not choose this store in future.

Pizza is good and tasty. But this location is charging 1$ each for simple ketchup packet. This is no dipping sauce simple ketchup, common guys.

Your service is so bad. Your employees are so rude. If a customer is getting free drinks on pizza then why your employees having problem. It’s not first time with me. Always happen with me. I just ask to change dipping sauce with drink. But your employee is so bad. She started to gave me rude expressions and treated me so badly.

I wanted to order pizza for pick-up because I just stay 1 block away.when I called this saddletowne location they said pick-up is not available only delivery. I have ordered just 5 days before & pick-up was available and suddenly no pick-up. This was something strange. I guess you lose 1 customer on this.

These guys are awesome i ordered my pizza at closing time but they made it for me as i was there even after closing time thnkue so much guys pizza was really good

With all the incorrect orders and late arrivals, the best pizza was the ones with the sweet sriracha sauce. Ever since they stop serving the sauce, I’ve stopped buying their pizzas.

Second time delivery, order incorrect. Had to call them and wait for half an hour for the CORRECT pizza. Buffalo chicken pizza with no buffalo sauce. How difficult that could be? Always order from NorthEast location, always the best.

I ask them to make my pizza on thin crust n they made it on regular crust.this is not the first time they screw my order BUT I'm gonna stop going to this location from now onwards!

I have in Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia. Till date these guys are best in veggie pizza. I am currently in BC from few years but haven’t tasted anything like that.

Guys bring this franchise to BC as well and I can guarantee you I will be your first customer

Never order pizza from here. Horrible service. The lady was very rude and didn’t even care the slightest about the customers. Pizza was burnt and the chicken was completely dry. Will never order here again. If you want pizza go to any other pizza place.
