Pizza 73

Staff were in a good mood even though it was midnight. It's the day after, and I feel healthy enough to continue life as usual.

I ordered a meat-lovers pizza but the older woman working behind the counter explained how there was none left in any size. She insisted on me purchasing either an already cooked bbq chicken or cheese pizza multiple times, despite my lack of interest. Understanding that this location must have been out of ingredients for meat-lovers I politely replied “that is ok thank you” and began to walk away. Only when I was almost at the door did she finally say “ok I can make a meat-lovers pizza”.

Why lie about not being able to make something and insist on selling completely different pizza that’s already cooked, maybe even old? Maybe someone cancelled or no-showed for these pizzas and she was desperate to get rid of them? Shouldn’t be my problem to eat someone else’s pizza if that was the case or such a big ask to make anything besides bbq chicken or cheese right from the get-go.

Thankfully after waiting for not too long the meat-lovers was ready and tasted great. I’m just not sure as to why it had to be a struggle to get to this point though.

I ordered for pick up and when I showed up, there wasn’t anyone there for ten minutes and the place was pretty unclean. When the woman working did show up she was rude and hard to talk to. She seemed very confused about everything and it took me five minutes to pay. The pizza was yummy though.

Decided to try the pizza 73 in canyon meadows, but realized, worse location in calgary. There's ants and bugs running around. I put my order in, waited the 20 mins, got there still not ready, had to wait over 45 mins for my order. On top of that I had to sit and listen to the 2 workers shouting at eachother back and forth. Never coming to this location anymore.

Ordered my pizza, arrive 15 min later for pick up and the staff wasn’t there. Waited and they finally showed up and started the pizza. Not once did I see the staff wash their hands ect before making the pizza. Toppings were minimal in some spots then burnt in the heavy areas. Food poisoning for 2 days.

Too late, we should read some reviews first before we proceed here.no wonder almost 90 % of a review are too bad, We ordered donair pizza and we got no meat and no onion just tomato and donair sauce. We came twice to complained about it and the staff insists or keep pushing that he made the pizza with meat and onions.then we opened the pizza box in front of him and he says the meat is inside the dough and i was like it should be on the toppings. It’s so bad, we been supporting some business since pandemic because we knows they are straggling, and i hope some business owners out there would understand or pay attention on this kind of complained, this is very simple complained.please give your staffs a proper training and follow the right recipe to get your customers satisfaction and consistency. Then customers will keep coming back for their another business.

Dont buy here.they are servibg garbage pizza and rhey dobt know what they are doing.bought donaire pizza and look at this.nit ever a donaire meat or an onion on it.its its cold.dont patronize this location.i would give zero on service as well.never ever will i come back here.dough is old and the lady dont even know what costumer service is

We ordered last night. A uncrust 3 topping pizza and salt and pepper wings.
They were absolutely delicious and beautifully packaged. The pizza was still great today.
The delivery was also very fast considered we ordered around 11pm.
Overall very impressed and will order again.

Every time we order from here the food is delicious and the service is amazing! This is our favourite pizza 73 to go to!

Say no more it one of the best customer service I had ever experienced. The staff are very friendly they even gave me complimentary Pizza cheese sticks! Their Wing it Box is excellent with really good value!

Best pizza in town fresh everything great price will be coming for much more loved the generous portions and lots of sauce and great customer service

Ordered online and received a confirmation email that it would be ready in 20 minutes for pick up.

When I arrived 25 minutes later l had to wait another 35 minutes before my order was ready.

The kicker is that it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered from many Pizza 73 locations over the past decade and this one is by far the worst. It’s not even close.

It was so bad that I will never patronize the pizza 73 franchise ever again.

Fresh pizza delivered hot at door and huge amount of toppings and best customer service will be back

Friendly staffs, it just they should check the expiration dates of their dip, got 40pc chicken wing today and found out that one the hot sauce dip was expired jan 03 2020, not sure about the one that we just consumed coz we already thrown it into the garbage,

This store is completely BS. They always give merchant copy not a customer so the customer cant complaint.

I was working on this location please guys don't eat from here he tell us to make pizza and we are delivery driver omg this restaurant please don't eat

I am a skip driver, I Went to this location to pick up customers order. As I get the pizza it was too big to fit in the small food catering bag and decided to put in the large pizza bag.while I was doing this I accidentally left my small skip bag @ this location and drove to the customer. I came back after 15 mins to get my stuff unfortunately, i couldn't find it.the chubby kid came from a car that was parked out side and asked me what I was tooking for.i told him and he just said he saw a skip bag left at the pick up area. Suddenly his father and the mom inside spoke in their native language and said "this kid doesn't know any thing about it". While looking at the kid with a bad face that ultimately forced the kid to say "nothing". While I was standing to communicate I got a chance to observe how they were handling the food definitely they need a food handling training.if not improving AHS should take a corrective measure before people get sick.

Insufficient toppings on pizza will not buy pizza there again. Purchase chicken pizza I want to see chicken.

Went in as a customer and was very unhappy with what I saw and heard.there was a young boy laying on a bench while his mother was working. This kid had his feet all over all the pizza boxes no socks shoes on the grounds I have photo will be posting when I know how! And talking down on skip/delivery drivers. With comment like “you work for me”. Very disgusting if there was an option for 0 stars I would do it. This kids is maybe 10 and the way he sits there talking to people as well as his feet all over the place where our food is being cooked. I will never be going back.very unhappy.

Constantly dirty, excruciatingly slow service and there always seems to be workers just sitting in the side room on their phones despite the customers waiting on their orders

We ordered pizza and wings for delivery when we had some friends over tonight. I was told 20-40 minutes for it to arrive and an hour later part of the order showed up. The delivery lady put the pizzas on the ground (out of the bag for some reason) and then asked right away if anything was missing. The wings clearly were and she knew about it as soon as I said yes, so I’m pretty sure she knew she left them behind. We were told she would be right back with the wings but 50 minutes now and we have no idea where she is. Unfortunately the pizza was also stone cold the moment it arrived as well.

I called the number for them and was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to email at general address and let them know, which I am sure will result in me getting a please F off in response, not any sort of refund.

This pizza company sucks based on my personal experience, I will never again make the mistake of ordering from them again.

Ordered wings online, and when we got there for pick up the only one there was the delivery guy, the cook had run home to get something to eat then got my wings home and there was no sauce and all drummettes. Not Happy.will go elsewhere from now on

Watched someones pizza get dropped on the floor and put into a box while I was waiting for mine. The guy tried to play it off to the manager who was lounging in the lobby and couldn't see behind the counter that only the towel hit the ground. Have usually been able to overlook the amount of cold meals Ive gotten there but after watching that happen ill never be going there again.

Today was my first and last time having Pizza 73. I was a walk in customer and decided the "Everyday Deal" sounded good. It was for ANY pizza and a choice of side including a 2nd pizza.   But when the price quoted was $10 more than the sign I asked the lady (presumably the owner, how exactly the pricing worked). She squinted and said "huh? ". She pointed at some signs and squinted and eventually the price was what I thought it should be but no explanation of prices was provided.   I wanted a 73 pizza and a 2 topping.
Once the pizzas were ready I realized I didnt get what I ordered. She certainly did not explain that "Any" pizza is not in fact any pizza but rather only a 2 topping pizza so I ended up with not getting the pizza I ordered but a different 2 topping instead.
Also while waiting for the pizzas I witnessed another customer upset about her order but it also turned about to be a communication problem.  
The actual pizza was ok but there is no way I'll go to this location again.

I wanted to take advantage of the dinner and a movie offer that pizza 73 are offering. I called their customer service line to ask if they had gluten-free pizza, they informed me they did. Now here’s were it just gets stupid. If you are ordering gluten-free pizza you cannot take advantage of the dinner and a movie offer! So since two members of my family are gluten intolerant, no dinner and a movie option for them! Really Pizza 73!

Ordered a pizza with lactose free cheese. Pizza arrived with such a tiny amount of this cheese that I could see through to the crust underneath. Pizza showed up cold and spongey with no real flavour. Close to being the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

I have no idea how but despite how dirty and unfriendly the actual location the pizza is consistently decent. $20 for two pizzas.you can't expect much.

Friends and family im assuming of the owner of this location threatened a friend of mine after this location was reported for health actually multiple health violations. I would not eat here ever. Filthy. And the response is threats, racism etc. AHS was contacted.

Saw a review on Facebook from someone who walked through the kitchen. Says there are hundreds of fly's in the kitchen on the food and in the coolers. Not healthy whatsoever. DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL GET SICK.

Before moving, ordered from my local pizza 73 with little to no issue.
This location.this location is something else.
Multiple times received quite simply the wrong items, sometimes missing items, an entire box of 4 different types of wings completely void of sauce, burnt or re-cooked jalapeno poppers.
After so many wrong/low quality orders in a row, i don't think I'll be ordering from pizza 73 again, since this is the location that delivers to my new home.
