Pizza 73

This location was awesome but recently it’s gone down hill. Ordered wings the other week and they were way overcooked. Spoke to pizza 73 and the gave me $10 credit. Gave them another chance and got a pizza and of course it was burnt top and bottom. I give up on all Pizza 73s now. I rather spend double and go to a local pizza place.

Always the best service! The owners are so kind and make our pizzas exactly how we like them! They actually remember our order better than I do! I would drive across town to support this location.update: 2 years later I still feel this way. Our family has enjoyed food from this location forever! Amazing service, really nice people and the food is perfect EVERY TIME!

Overall the pizza & hot wings was great, I definitely always buy or order from this place, but the delivery guy was awful, and had a comment to make after he walked away “ very rude and outrageous

I been ordering pizza 73 for years they make great pizza and service has always been great however this time it was horrible. We ordered a pizza for delivery it showed up on time But the instructions were not followed by driver to buzz intercom. He did not push our buzzer and he drove away in a very fast mode. We phone pizza 73 customer support and they made excuses for the driver making it sound like the error was on the customer. The driver stated he pushed the buzzer to his employer when asked but it was not working. We tested the buzzer several times from diferent phones and it works. I felt ostracized by there management as if i was wrong. The driver obviously lied and this is not exceptible we dont eat cold pizza. Who brings back a cold pizza.

Not only the best Pizza 73 location I’ve ever ordered from, but also one of the best overall pizza spots in all of Edmonton. The quality of the food and service is top-notch! I will only visit this location. There is a reason they are always busy (without compromising quality or service speed).

I always have great experience with pizza 73, but today was not it. I got a email today telling me that I could get a medium 2 topper pizza for free with a code. When I tried the code it said it was expired, I went back to the email and it said it expires on the 29th of December and I got the email today. (The code was ‘NBZ4DQT’) I called customer service to see what they can do and all they said was to right a review and hopefully the owner will respond. Please let me know what you can do for me cause this is unfair!

This is my autistic daughter's favorite pizza place we often buy their pizza but tonight was really different and upsetting i came and i ordered 1 large chicken pizza the lady at the reception said it will take a long time 35 or 40 minute to get the pizza done she said she's behind and i said thats ok i can wait and she said you know you can go to another pizza 73 which is close to here i said its ok i can wait i have child who will not understand why we are leaving without the pizza and then she said but you have to wait 40 minutes i said thats ok and she kept saying no you can go to another place i said if you dont want me to buy your pizza its ok, and on my way out i could hear her laughing and telling the next customer what happend. And when i first came there, there was Caucasian guy before me the tone of her voice was very different when she was talking to me she was loud with an attitude, i dont know what triggered her! Please train your stuff better

You know sometimes it's just nice to have someone do the cooking for you lol vegan cheese is the best in the city even compared to my store bought one. Kids LOVE the vegan pepperoni and cheese which is a huge plus! Service is A+. Every person ive come in contact with, either in store or delivery drivers everyone is absolutely a breath of fresh air lol.

I'm not sure why there are even any bad reviews. This store is absolutely amazing! Always greeted by name and we only order 1 or maybe 2 times a month. The last time we ordered they even cut the pizza in squares just like I usually love it, but because I usually do pick up order you can't put any special instructions lol. It's nice that a franchise acts like a mom and pop store! Keep up the great work! Thank you so much!

This is the best Peezah 73 in the whole province! They make the best pizzas here! The toppings are generous, the dough is always proofed well, and its sooooo cheesy! I always order extra cheese but thats the way we all like it. I feel they really pay attention to making a great pie here rather thank saving a couple cents to be stingy.
I highly recommmed this location for all your pizza and wing needs.

This location is nothing short of Amazing. Frankly this this is the only location of Pizza 73 that I order from. Staff are friendly and the food is next level. ZERO competition with other locations.

Ordered delivery, food was hot and full of flavor. Boxes were all sealed for safety. Delivery guy was friendly and was wearing protective equipment. Order arrived before expected time.

Andrew one of worker there doesn’t know how to take orders respectfully and he doesn’t know any manners there’s no point in ordering food there if the worker is going to treat you with no respect. And while I was ordering the food Andrew pretending like he didn’t hear me and pretending like my mic was cutting off, like who does that to a Customer. I’m not ordering food from here unless Andrew learn how to respect people or gets fired. I want Andrews manager to see this, he has no respect #Gethimfired

From the first moment you step in that restaurant the stuff gives you a pleasant feeling. Very hospitable team, it is a happy restaurant to to go out with buddies or with your date.tasty food, professional chef, decent pay and courteous service. Highly recommended.

I honestly hate ordering delivery from here too bad it's the only thing open at night. $6 for delivery and tax and such a small portion of food. What happened to free delivery during the pandemic. Never again I rather starve foods not even good I could get this from save ons for $6 and taste better.

If I had a choice I would give zero stars! They gave me a flattened pizza and told me I have no choice but to wait for another one even though I wanted my money back.

I ordered a chicken wings 10 minutes before they close the chicken wings had chicken feathers on them that was really disgusting i was gonna through up then I threw them in the garbage

Always prompt and quick with their orders. Great staff and pizza quality has never been bad. Close to home and a good place to stop by at the end of my runs when I want to bomb myself with some carbs. Thanks for working during this time, stay safe!

This Pizza 73 location is clearly quite passionate about what they do, and cares about their pizza quality. I have friends who say “Pizza 73 is nothing but cardboard” but when I let them try Pizza 73 from this location, they say “this pizza is life changing” honesty, this franchise deserves an award.

I always order from here until today. Walked in and was told there is an 1 1/2 hour wait, and the excuse was sorry I'm getting all these orders in. They way she said it was like she did not want any more customers, and we are not taking any more orders. Very very bad customer service I have never been so turned away from this location. I will never order from here again.so we went down the street and went to domino's and they gladly took our money for a 15 minute wait.

Food has definitely improved since a few years ago. The pizza is well made and delicious. Wings are fantastic. Very pleased.

Best delivery driver ever! My door dashing kitty ran for it when he was giving me my pizza box and by the time I got my shoes on and headed out to go get my kitty he was coming back around the house with cat in arms. Thanks delivery man! That was above and beyond!

I have ordered twice at the 66 st location. Both was not good. It was too greasy with no much topping i paid 30buck. Too expensive for such taste i got. I was really disappointed. I am going to try another place next time.

As you all know, all major pizza chains have this miserable rule: buy 3 topping pizza and you'll get same amount as 1-2 toppings

Lobby smells like wet dog.
Toppings are never spread out evenly.
5 different times have seen drivers with dirty hands touch the pizza and cut them.
They count money, touch their keys, rub their face, hair and don't wash their hands.
So unprofessional and disgusting.
Drivers shouldn't be touching food!

Ordered a jalapeno and tomato pizza with light cheese. Received jalapeno only with extra cheese. Called to inform of the mistake and they brought over another pizza (nice enough) however dude came with his debit machine out expecting a tip I guess, even though generously tipped the first time around. Open the box, literally the same thing just with diced tomato on top as u would if u were to add it at home rather than cooked with the pizza under the cheese. So frustrated with this.

I love this place they make the best pizza in edmonton, and they know us very well now lol about to make a order of some yumminess.: D
