I highly recommend Pizza Hut for their amazing pizza and outstanding service. Sukhi, the order receiver and pizza maker, ensured my order was accurate and prepared promptly. The pizza was delicious with fresh toppings, and Sukhi's friendly and attentive service made the experience truly memorable. Thank you, Sukhi, for an excellent dining experience at Pizza Hut. When you first enter, your told that you can eat in the restaurant, but have to order at the front and sit down. There were no waitresses, or even plates to eat on, You had to eat off a napkin. The bathrooms were locked, but someone lost the key. Will not go there again.

Good and fast services, Behaviour is good towards customer. Nice place to sit and eat. Pizzas are delicious.

My wife and I had a great dinner eating delicious food at your restaurant. All the staff are so nice, especially Tim, who was very committed to great service and was very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome as well. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great. We'll definitely be back!

I go here fairly regularly and the pizza's I order are always excellent, the people treat you like you are a loved one. Couldn't ask for more, and lit close to home.

I am really sad about the state of this Pizza Hut. My sister and I used to go there on our sister date days! We decided to go again the other day. The ceasar salad was slimy and the washroom was absolutely filthy. I wish I would have seen the washroom before ordering. We will not be going back.

The hours for the dinning room were not posted. Otherwise, this is our usual Delivery location and it is always fantastic! The staff is accurate and their drivers know their local area and are always polite. A special shout out to Moe who has been delivering out to us for six years! Always happy to see a reliable driver!

Absolutely ruined my experience with pizza hut I ordered some pizzas with minor changes which the call center messed up apparently so I asked to have my food remade the way I wanted it the employee at the counter said they would only make the 1 pizza again and the rest had to sit in the warmer for another 20 minutes while I wait I said no I want everything fresh as it is not my fault the call center messed up the employee went to the back then came out and said he can make everything fresh I watched as he took the cookie breadsticks and wings out and left them on the counter while they were making "fresh" food I asked again if ALL my food was going to be made fresh he said no the deserts and stuff were going to be put back in my box I said again that was unacceptable he argued again before going to the back and returning without saying a word I watched as he put the 2 fresh pizzas back in the box with the cookie breadsticks and wings which had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes I called him out on it he argued again so I walked out without my pizza this is not the first time I had this type of experience at this location so I will not be going to pizza hut ever again

I had a really good experience here our waiter was quick and our food came pretty fast and the food was really good I have no complaints

If I could give 0 stars I would… not only was the customer service horrible but now I have food poisoning I’m pretty sure. First of all we ordered two medium pizzas and some wings. We ordered the pizza with the amazing stuffed crust (paid extra for it) there was no stuffed crust. Second we ordered 8 wings we got seven and one of them was so tiny and it looked funny but we ate it anyways. Aswell as we got breadsticks they were absolutely horrible. Took one bite and spat it out they were stale and still cold in the middle. A couple slices later I feel like my stomach is being ripped out of me. Definitely not a good experience. If I could give anyone advice I would say stay away from this place! My whole family feels horrible and it’s from the pizza because we dealt fine before. It’s been about 2-3 hours since we ate it and I am regretting the decision of even stepping foot into this establishment.

Disgusting! Way too undercooked and mostly bread. Very little sauce and grey meat! Save your money don't order delivery from here. SHAME ON THE THE OWNERS!

Don't answer the phone, so i drive there and order said 15 mins, here we are 30 minutes later.horrible customer service completely ignored in the lobby. Don't bother wasting your time here, find another pizza hut, hopefully they don't all stick as bad as here.

Please think twice before choosing this Pizza Hut. I ordered delivery on the Pizza Hut website where you cannot choose the restaurant specifically but just input your home address. After paying for the order online I was told by the staff at this Pizza Hut that they cannot deliver my order because it’s further than 5km away and I need to call the Pizza Hut support line to figure it out with them. After being on the phone for 40 minutes and being transferred from person to person, I was told the Pizza Hut staff at this location were supposed to help me and I should have never called the support line. I finally get through to this Pizza Hut and they tell me they don’t know how to cancel the order and for me to be patient and not worry because “Pizza Hut is a big company and they aren’t going anywhere”. Six days later I received no refund and was charged AGAIN for the same order I did not receive. I call Pizza Hut back where a staff recited some other person’s order to me and told me I was confused and forgot what I had ordered even though I had the receipt and order confirmation right in front of me. Then I was told they could not find the order I had placed and I needed to drive down to the location to figure it out. Nobody apologized for their mistakes or for the hours of phone calls and inconvenience I had to go through. I ended up ordering from Dominos and had a much better experience. As a loyal customer to Pizza Hut for the last 10 years, I am very disappointed in the service. I will think twice before ever ordering from Pizza Hut again and definitely never returning to this location.

I could barely even give this a star, we ordered a veggie pizza because it was the closest thing to a Greek pizza we paid to add feta cheese and some other stuff to it and the pizza came with barely anything on it, my sister ordered a pizza from pizza hut in prince George BC and her Greek pizza looks so delicious, so disappointed won't ever order from pizza hut on 17th Ave SE Calgary ever again! You would think with all the bad reviews they would listen to there customers
Especially when your spending 40.00 for a pizza!

Food was burnt, items were crushed and the delivery guy literally barricaded my door with the food so I wouldn't open. Won't order here again.

Yes u have to pay a little more than dominos. But you can tell they have fresh ingredients, cooks that know how to actually make dough/sauce, and the pizzas are always quality! Thier chicken cesar pizza is bomb, great sauce!

The pizza dough was raw! We had to drive back to return the pizza. We will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered pizza last minute for dinner and food got here in a very timely manner and was nice and hot.perfect job on the pizza and with the deals you can get ordering online is great I know I have had pizza hut from q few locations this one is by far my favorite

Been buying walk-in special here for 4 years and now I can’t have have one thing and half another thing on pizza and a $3.00 dollar increase in price, what gives?

We have been coming here at least 3 or 4 times a week since covid hit. We always get half and half as I can't eat hot peppers etc. It's may 20th and we came here for a pizza and the guy said we couldn't get half and half And he raised the price by 3 bucks. Not impressed.

What can I say it's been forever since I had a P'Zone
And it's going to be a long time before I have another one they used to be nice and thick and lots of food in the middle and this one is crust all around the sides and a very small lump of food in the middle of it I know it's not massively expensive at $11 but it still expensive when all you're getting is crust so I used to love them and when their food is actually filled with them but they're not that way anymore so that will be the last time I have another Pizza Hut experience.

Ordered online a couple days ago, normally I have no issues with pizza hut however.my boneless bites where undercooked!
When I called the restaurant to complain. Some personnel was very very rude and very ignorant towards me! She accused me of lying, and that there was nothing wrong with them! She even mentioned that it may be her deep fryer or her pizza oven fault. Where is it would be the cooks fault not to machine. They did not offer a replacement whatsoever! But just kept accusing me of lying that the food was not undercooked! I will neverorder from Forest lawn pizza hut in Calgary Alberta ever ever again! Worst customer service experience ever!

Went in to order and take home. The young employee was not attentive when taking the order. Had to repeat our order 3 times. Delivery guy walking behind the order counter without a mask on. Got home with pizza and 2/3's of the pizza dough was not cooked. Yuck!

This day i went at this place order the 3 for 5 bucks and the "manager" not sure if he is that's waht he told me he is, a young guy who cooked my pizza gave me 3 of them with 2 inches all around empty of any ingredients. I went back to complain and have been told by this guy that this is a regular pizza and it was totally normal. I am not paying for baked flour, so I got refunded.

They really really need to learn how to cut pizza, it's a joke with finger thin wedges to hand wide wedges in one pizza, poor.

I’m changing my review I use to like this place but last night March 15 my boyfriend and I bought a pizza box for supper when my daughter came out of her room with a massive hair I will not be going back to this place what so ever

ALL YOU CAN EAT FOR $10! All the main stays are included from Caesar salad to pizza, to pasta and dessert breads. Everyday at lunch and weekdays in the evening they have thus crazy special!

I have even come here when there was only 30 minutes left and the pasta was pretty much gone. Rather than tell me sorry come back next time, they made me my own fresh order!

Suzanne was my waitress and I found her to be friendly, attentive and very efficient.

In fact, I find ALL the staff to be this way. The service here is comparable to some of the pricier high end restaurants here in Calgary believe it or not.

What a surprising find in Forest Lawn!

Ok. Pizza and overall are pretty good. We usually go once a month to this location. Their carpet need a deep clean and i think the whole place could use an update. The shopping plaza where is located is one of the dirties in Calgary. But again food is alright.

I’ve order through Skip the Dishes a couple times & it’s alright, never had any issues until now. I don’t know what possessed this knob to put the cinna parts together with the garlic bread and my “12 inch pizza” in one bloody box. It’s common sense, really I didn’t pay 45 bucks for my meal to taste like icing with every bite.

I went for the dinner pizza hut buffet. The place was clean and when they started at 5 they brought out five pizzas and the rest of the food. The pizza tasted very fresh and delicious. Everyone was happy to be there. Service was friendly though not super fast.

I called on two separate occasions and both times the forest lawn location was very friendly and also the pizza hut call center was nice to me also.

For $10, this buffet is excellent value if you want to eat a bunch of pizza. They had cheese, supreme, pepperoni, meat lovers, hawaiian, vegetarian and canadian. They also had three types of desserts (one apple cinnamon "pizza", icing and brown sugar " breadsticks", cinnamon pullaparts, lettuce salad, pasta salad, breadsticks, a baked cheese tomato pasta and marinara sauce.

They sent me the wrong wings, no big deal, but then trying to tell someone, 3 different time on the phone at 10 mins each, just to be transfered to someone else was a nightmare, after a $5 delivery and $5 tip on a $30 meal! Last time I order from Pizzahut!

Lunch buffet was disappointing 1 type of pasta and a couple pizza options! Nothing worth the time and effort! The 5 buck deal is better than the buffet you get choice! Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!

Great place! The staff are super nice. The food is always consistent, and comes out quick. Definitely love this place.

I have been here twice as one of my clients always picks this place. Both times I found the women who served us at lunch very helpful and efficient. The food is pretty good too as a vegan I don't have tons of options but the group I was with enjoyed their meal.

The food was good and up to Pizza hut standards, but the restaurant itself was messy and unkempt. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Alright, I'm just a regular guy so you can trust this review. I just came home and am in my bed, after a lovely lunch here. I went as a solo for the lunch buffet. For $10, that was stellar. Don't expect to be eating some gourmet pizza where the dough was spoken to in a soft tone for 3 days before it went into the oven. This is pizza. This is grease with a hint of crunch, sauce, and cheese. Typically, when I order pizza hut, there isn't much cheese. Not the case today. Toppings were at a good level too but let's be honest, there's never enough toppings no matter where the za is coming from.
Options were the most options I've ever seen at a pizza hut buffet. I don't eat pork but there was pepperoni, deluxe, pepperoni/beef, vegetarian, cheese, Hawaiian options. Then there was Caesar salad, pasta salad, breadsticks and a warm pasta dish in a marinara sauce. The dessert game was on point. There was the dessert pizza, cinnamon sticks, and I'm not sure what they are called but it tasted like I was eating cinnamon roll bites.
Service was nice as well. I dont recall the servers name, but she was very talkative but not overly to the point where you want to stop speaking with her. Drink came quick-had an iced tea and it wasn't watered down.
I let the staff know at the end of my meal, and I will certainly return. Buffet hours M-F from 11: 30-100 or maybe it was 130

Went for the buffet and was actually impressed. For ten bucks plus your drink extra of course. They just kept bringing out different kinds every few minutes, so if you didn't like one it changed like Calgary weather. Then they had salad, a pasta salad, two or three desserts and a hot pasta. Oh and of course breadsticks. Lunch or supper except Friday and Saturday supper are not buffet. It's cheaper to go buffet than order in.

Food, pizza is great here. You get to try out different types of pizzas. There are salads and monkey bread also. Children are 12 and under.

Ordered pizza and refillable pop. Had to ask for a refill. When the pizza came, no napkins were given. Had to ask for them as well.
Poor staff, wondered if the waitress was mute as she didn't talk throughout the meal experience.
Restaurant was still dirty from the buffet that ended over 30 minutes ago.

We were skeptical to go here, the reviews are not all good. Still, though, it's close to our new home, and we do love Pizza Hut. The dine in options in the city are limited for PH. So, we have checked it out, and have returned a few more times. The service has always been great, the food comes quickly and is piping hot, tastes great! Refills are always offered before we have to ask for them. We have not personally had the buffet, but it seems to have a great variety of options, and is a great choice! Strongly recommend this restaurant!

The buffet pizza area was empty for most of the 40m; they only put out one cheese pizza which was gone immediately. Toppings were very thin 99.9% dough.
Dough is so oily. Cheaper to just order pizzas than to go to the buffet. Much better to order pizza anywhere else if you want toppings and not just a dough ball. Buffet is only good if you want variety but the variety comes down to lettuce; cinnamon rolls; fries; pasta meat lovers or deluxe. Flavorless food; not very vegetarian friendly.

HORRIBLE BUFFET! The dinner buffet is horrible I mean I guess if all you want is pizza it’s a good deal. The salad consisted of just lettuce and croutons and I think there was dessert but it was empty so not sure. We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. For a lunch buffet it is good but for dinner you need to step up your game maybe add some more items not a lot just a few more. Will not be back for the buffet.

Food was very good but the staff was disorganized they served up the buffet late and forgot the serving utensils, they were very apologetic and pleasant though.

Tried Pizza Huts Boneless Chicken Bites. Gotta say they were good, especially since it's a pizza place.

Good value for our luncheon, from the buffet. Spiral noodles served hot in a tomato sauce, plus a choice of five different pizzas, one been a sweet dessert item.
Toss salad with different dressings.
Only negative comment, high chair was dirty, from a build up of soild food for a long period of time!

Order place at 10pm pizza got to my house at 10: 13pm and of course it was undercooked the whole middle of the pizza was just dough, called to tell them about it and the woman who takes calls at the 17th Ave SE location was unbelievably rude, so I asked did you cook it in 5mins and she said no it was 10mins lol how? How'd you cook it in 10 mins and get it in the box and cut the pizza and drove here in 3 mins? , smart a$$, I have the order confirmation of 10pm and it got to my door exactly 10: 13! It was not cooked! My dough was more runny than the cheese, You can get people sick, when someone tells you the food is not cooked dont argue, and offer to send a cooked one, instead of arguing first, I'm to pissed off to eat the new pizza now
