Pizza Hut Calgary

Dono is it cuz of management changes here alot but there food quality has gone down as well. I believe they should never put deals out there like buy one and get one for $5 or something or buy one get one free its just like topping and cheese is disappeared from pizza.

Food is Great like the 5$ pizza deal after buying a large pizza besides that point. The pizzas are good the crust don’t taste like dough and it’s still hot.but the wings sometimes they over cook them idk why …the delivery was on point

I called to get pizza delivered. It was burned. Called back. The rep was amazing, ordered a replacement for me and reconfirmed all. Said it was going to be a half an hour. An hour later I called back cuz the pizza was not here yet. The customer service agent that I spoke to said she was going to call the store. Instead of coming back and talking to me she transferred me to the store and the man that answered said that he never got a replacement order told me that he would replace it in a half an hour. I called back customer service to complain. They explained that they did get a replacement order that it's my word against his word that I didn't get it. At this point I've been waiting 3 hours to eat. And what they offered me was $10 as a credit. After I've been waiting 3 hours and spend $43 on a burnt pizza. It's now going on 4 hours and I still don't have my pizza never order from Castle Ridge. Don't deal with Pizza Hut. They don't speak to each other. And their customer service is terrible. Very unhappy

Always come to this pizza place the service here is amazing and they always make it nice and fresh.

I recently tried the pizza at this shop and was blown away. The crust was perfectly crispy and the sauce was tangy and delicious. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious pizza experience.

Worst pizza ever. Just big edge of dough and some topping and its so overpriced and on top of that they expect tip on take out orders.

Ordered homestyle chicken bbq large pizza yesterday. Unfortunately it was a really hard job to find chicken pieces in the pizza.

The sweetest people and excellent customer service. She took the time to explain all their items with so much patience. This is the best pizza place and my kids only like Pizza Hut.

I have been ordering quite a lot from here and the food has been excellent always. No complaints from me. Staff is quite friendly.

The Castleridge location never disappoints, pizza always gets delivered on time or earlier, and always very fresh. No complaints at all.

I preorder pizza here often, its always on time and ready when I arrive. Kind staff and delivery drivers.

Poor customer service. We called for about 4 times for a preorder so we decided to go there and order. The time we gets there we find out they don’t have creamy butter chicken and they don’t even updated it on menu. It was totally wastage of time and fuel.

At Pizza Hut Castleridge BLVD, I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years. There pizza is always good. I’ve never had a problem. The staff there has always been receptive.

Everyone if you ever go to this store and make sure you check your bill what your paying for. She always charge you extra.it happened to me last two time when i asked her. She try to make me fool.i will never go back to this place ever!

Seems like they finally got it together, though I would remind them that here in the west the customer is always right.

My grandmother and I decided to order some pizza for a late night snack. Not only did it arrive 10 minutes early it was completely loaded and seemed to have extra cheese. We are most definitely quite pleased and surely filled right up with this delicious meal ️ Thanks again Pizza Hut for satisfying those late night cravings!

Disappointed in last 3 orders. Burnt pizza.missing toppings. Stale old crust. Looked to be half pizzas 2 orders ago with the pizzas having been laying sideways. Only reason we keep ordering is because we love the pizza. I'd love a refund or replacement. This I won't be able to keep ordering. Already costs enough to get.let alone burnt, stale pizza and missing toppings.

Pizza was awesome! Hot and fresh! The service was also great, quick and pleasant. It's been awhile since I've had ouzza this good. Will definitely be ordering more at this Pizza Hut. Thank you Ms. Jade.

I called the location to cancel my order and they told me to go to hell. They are all liars even the manager told me that he is the only guy working in that location which I can hear the workers on the phone. Do not go this location they proly spits on your food, not wash there hands, pick there nose and handle the food.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I did a mobile pick up order. From this Pizza Hut yesterday. My pizza and bread sticks were so hard like as if it was old pizza reheated the breadsticks completely uneatable the pizza middle was fine but past the first 3 bits couldn’t even bit into it
Never again will I order from here I hope another location won’t disappoint

Food is always good and service at counter very friendly. No issues with that
. My concern on several occasions was that the delivery person came back and went into the kitchen without washing his hands. Then he started making up boxes. Also his mask didn’t cover his nose. Now your around peoples food and it should be protocol to make sure hygiene is followed especially during these Covid times.

Over cooked, thin, dry, hardley any toppings, you can see straight through the stuffed crust. Hardly any cheese in the crust. Definitely not worth the money!

I don't know what all the negative reviews are for, I order from here all the time and I'm never disappointed. Just got a medium pep with boneless wings and its so good I might not have any left for lunch tomorrow

Staff need to be more knowledgeable about prices on the website, when they are asked about differences.

I utilized the Pizza Hut online ordering system to have our order delivered at a certain time. They came nearly 20 minutes late with our order. This was very disappointing especially because the pizza hut location we ordered from it only 5 minutes from us. When the delivery person did finally arrive, I could see him from my window and he wasn't evening rushing in, just casually strolling with our order as if he had all the time in the world. We needed that order at the time we requested it at. A 20 minute late delivery is unacceptable for us especially because there is such a short window for lunch here. We make many pizza orders and because of this, I will choose the other pizza outlets in our community as an alternative.

Horrible pizza, horrible delivery time. Avoid at all cost. Have a loaf of bread tonight instead.

Horrible food. Ordered Calzones and the are pretty much empty pockets of under cooked dough. Pizza with no cheese. Very expensive and you get next to nothing for your money.

Pizza the last few times has been under cooked and lacking toppings. Location doesn't seem to want to make it right, so will be looking elsewhere.

Awesome employee told us about the 2nd pizza for $5 deal. I don’t like that rewards aren’t retroactive

Not happy at all was a regular. Ordered on Friday night food was cold took driver hr and a bit to get to my house tried to charge me dubble the price for my order not happy with there service at all

Pizza was an hour late, it was cold and when I said somethin the driver touched it and said, its ok, do you want it or not. I called to complain but they dont really care. BOO, I wish I went to read the reviews first!
