Pizza Hut Calgary

Old rotten pepperoni smells very bad and it tastes bad.
Clearly regulations are not being met.

Will never order from here again!

Horrible delivery! Boxes were destroyed.
Pizza mangled more sauce on box and pizza barely has cheese

I drove across the city to find a sit in Pizza Hut, only to find the restaurant side is no more. That is not what the rating is for.

So trying to make my experience positive I ask for stuff crust. No stuff crust and since I have never had any other than stuff crust, I ask what the other styles are like. They cannot explain it to me and conclude on suggesting what’s showed as the pizza advertised.

Disappointed again I want to treat myself with the brownie because I never had it and the cookie is just too sweet for a cookie, so might as well as go all sweet. Oh! They don’t have that either.

Are they in the business of meeting customer expectations,? !? I think not.

Really upset because of a massive difference in the price of my order in the range of 1 week. Ordered a medim pizza on dec 24th was quoted a price of $19.20. Ordered the exact same thing today and was told it would be $27.80. Pretty sure the rep I talked to was just flat out incompetent, or trying to rip me off. Shame, I was starting to like this place again, but if you can't even keep your prices right between weeks, I'm not ordering.

They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. I liked ordering here. Staff members are always friendly, the spot is always kept clean.

I always come to this location because of the friendly and welcoming staff (Rachel). Very patient and friendly. Thank you Rachel for making us feel welcoming every time my family or I order pizza from this location with your patience. I would give more stars but 5 is the maximum that I could give her. Keep up the great work Rachel.

Very clean restaurant, staff is so friendly. Love the pizza, lots of toppings and perfect dough quality.

I ordered a Supreme Lover’s and it only had 2 pepperoni in the whole pizza… very disappointing.

Disappointing experience! Pizza was totally looking like reheated. The cheese was so burnt.pizza was so dry and hard that we couldn’t eat it all. Not tasty so I don’t recommend it. I paid for $20.00 and extra toppings but it looks like nothing on it. I never ever order them again.

This Pizza Hut is always late. It has been over an hour since my order and still nothing. I have called the store and it was forwarded to the mainline who then forwarded me back to the store. Finally getting through, they tell me my order is out for delivery and would not help me any further. I am expecting cold pizza and have a very sour taste in my mouth already. Will not be ordering here again and I have not even tasted or even seen my food yet.

Edit: So it did finally come after 90 minutes and was cold. I tried to reach out to the restaurant itself again several times but they would not pick up. This is a poor example of service and I hope others have a better experience, but we will not be ordering here again.

Have to say this is the first and last time i order here. Driver came late then instead of no contact delivery waited until i opened the door and got mad that i didn't tip him. I ordered online and did not realize this place has a reputation.

My son bit into this on the last out've 8 boneless wings. I called to complain and Pizza hut didn't get back to me until months after. Had to stop by multiple times before someone returned my call. Shrugged it off like it was nothing. Food poisoning for over a week. Absolutely Disgusting. Looks like there was a baby chicken inside.

I love their pizza! Only consistently best pizza in the city in my opinion. Pizza hut never disappoints. Their 9.99 for a two topping medium pizza deal is what I always get. Perfect

Very disappointed! I ordered online for delivery,
Waited and waited and finally I called and spoke with employee to see where my order was Quoted
. “ Sir it shows on our end for pick up” I know for 100% I ordered delivery, even tipped the driver on my receipt. The employee was very short with me and cut me off, didn’t wanted to hear my concern and wasn’t willing to put me through to the manager to discuss this issue. I received terrible pizza that sat under the heat lamp for over a hour and half.
Yes they offered to redo my order but would have waited another hour to feed my kids on a weeknight.

Honestly speaking for what you pay and what you get; nearby little ceasar or CPU are better options

The store never answers the phone and we always have issues with ordering online or through the telephone operators. Their system hasn't recognized our address for 3 years, keeps saying that our postal code is invalid. I don't see how absolutely everyone else can find us in the city but Pizza Hut still can't.

My pizza had a 1.5 inch metal nail in it, cooked under the cheese. BEWARE.

It's Pizza Hut. What were you expecting? There ok. And open late. Saved me quite a few times after a night out.

This is probably the worst Pizza Hut experience I have had ever. Price was amazing, 50% off and free stuffed crust. But you get what you pay for. My wife ordered light cheese on her Pizza she got none. Pizza Hut normally gives lots of meat on there pizzas this round my all-meat pizza had probably half the normal amount. So not sure if Pizza Huts are just getting worse, or if it's because it was 50% off day, or if this Pizza Hut is just that bad. But on a happier note the ladies behind the counter were very friendly.

We took a break from their pizzas for a couple of years. Now I can't believe how good they are. The deep dish is amazing. The prices are awesome. And the app works really well.

Staff were very nice! But the food.very bad. Asked for a little bit of bbq sauce it was drenched. The pizza was soggy (we ate it 5mins after picking it up). Really do not recommend coming to this location. The wings also has way to much sauce.
