Pizza Hut Calgary

Very difficult to order a pizza with someone who does not speak English as a language. Transferred three times and then they didn't get the address correct so cancelled the order after 1 hour.

Hey what the heck? My personal pan was mostly crust, minimal toppings and the crust wasn’t the consistent crispy nice crust that I normally get. The garlic bread was burnt.

Pizza hut is my fav but this particular location is hit or miss and as of the last 4 months I’d lean more to missing the mark and consistency. Think I’ll give a different location a try. Disappointing.

Last two times I've ordered online and my order was not ready when we requested. First time I think they gave our pizzas for another order so had to wait for new ones and we were in rush that night. The worker said they would give us $20 credit to our account but never showed up. Second time they didn't start order till I got there so had to wait 15 minutes. Worker said he could not offer anything for their mistake. What's the point of ordering for a specific time when they never meet it. Poor service and very disorganized.
