Pizza Hut Edmonton

I ordered a pizza, it didn’t arrive until an hour later, the pizza was cold. I ordered some marinara sauce for the breadsticks. I didn’t get any marinara sauce. The pop was flat, terrible service.

I ordered very first time from this lication and i really like the customer service and the food quality. The wings were so good and the manager who took my order was so helpful. I really recommend this place to go and have try their food.

Happy that there are beyond meat options for my wife, but 2nd time they messed up the order.

My go to for Pizza for 40 years and still consistent and delicious. Classic crust. Always deals a valuable.

The best pizza we ever had in (City)! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavors eventhough we visited the pizza shop twice in the same day!

Pizza hut took my order. When the westmount pizza hut order went missing they were less than helpful. Never order

Order via skip we ordered mozza sticks that our 11.49$ and got fries that are 3.99.when we called the place we kept getting connected to the stony plain pizza hut so we couldn't even call.

The only pizza place where I'm excited to eat the crust - the pan crust is so good it doesn't even need dip. The $10 three topping individual pizza + wings is a steal of a deal! Although, I was disappointed that only half of the pizza had cheese and less than half the wings had sauce. (See photo)

Very bad service they have the manager act like kid! Also I have friends the same experience but I wasn't believed him because I now the place before good people working there today I see my self standing more than 15 Minutes no body asking me what I need.later on I ask one lady if they are no service in store then she take my order.
One guy behind me he wait more than 10 minute no body ask him then manager come ask him what he need he said he order online just come to pick up then the manager bring the pizza from stay place and the guy he told the manager if the pizza ready why I wait the pizza already cold then the manager ignored him.he came back to me ask me what I need I told him I already order but you guys need to focus your customers. I don't now why he get angry and he said if you need to cancelled you can cancelled.
Even he don't have he's tag name because he now's what he do.

One day I went to this place but when i got there they were not welcome and i was hungry i wanted to order pizza for my kids to eat first and they were at home band i came from the corner of Edmonton i was gust working on skip the dises the guy was like "yes your phone number is (i forgot) " me "um thats not my number" and gave me someone else food and i said thats not mines and walked away and i wanted to talk to the manager and he did not want to talk to me or give me his name so i had to go back home with McDonald but McDonald does not last long you gust eat it instead of keeping it like pizza.

We order pizza at 5pm guy got lost, finally arrived just before 6, one whole pizza missing, called driver and told him. Called pizza hut been on hold in question for over 25 minutes. One child still not fed. They sent wrong dipping sauces as well. I want our pizza and compensation of maybe another one as well. Totally ridiculous

Pros:

Quick delivery, 10 minutes earlier than promised.
Polite driver. Followed instructions exactly.

Cons:

P'zone's are pretty much a medium pizza, folded in half, with the toppings of a small. I had almost 4" worth of crust at the sealed edge, and very little toppings.

Garlic bread was extremely salty and might have honestly just been microwaved, as it was soft with zero crunch.

I ate it anyway, I was so hungry I just didnt care enough to call and complain.

2 stars for PizzaHut
5 stars for Driver.

I guess it was my own mistake to order PizzaHut again. This is why I stopped the first time.

Build your own medium 2-topper is a good deal here. With tax its $10.49. Tasty and fast pizza and friendly service too.

Poor customer service. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes while waiting for someone at the store to pick up my call.

Food is excellent, the service was quick and the people were really friendly and nice. This is the seventh time I've been back in the last 3 months and it's always great. I'm coming back again and again.

Very polite & kind staff & the pizza was cooked thoroughly and prepared neatly in an appetizing manner.

I don't know why these guys have some bad reviews here, this is my local pizza hut and the pizza/delivery is always great, thank you! Keep up the great work

Female employee wasn't wearing a mask when i pulled up. Saturday, December 5th 2020 9: 00 pm.

Updated my phone number tried to order a pizza, they called the wrong number and ended up never getting my pizza. I paid online so I decided to call and instead of getting my refund I got lectured on how "I need to really pay attention to my phone more" from the "support". It's been 8 days and still no refund.
