Pizza Hut Edmonton

It's not pizza hut from the nineties but it was still pretty good and the staff were friendly and quick

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut recently. The staff were incredibly rude, which really put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable meal. Not only did their attitude leave much to be desired, but the pizza itself was served cold.

It's disheartening to pay hard-earned money for a meal that falls so short of expectations. The prices at Pizza Hut are not exactly budget-friendly, so I expected a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, I was let down on both fronts.

The lack of customer service made the entire dining experience uncomfortable, and the cold pizza was the final straw. It's not unreasonable to expect a hot, freshly prepared pizza when dining at a pizza restaurant, especially at these prices.

I hope Pizza Hut takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues, as they have a reputation to uphold. Until I see improvements in both service and food quality, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend it to others either.

Ever since new management took over a while back, this location has been doing a great job with its pizzas.

Their walk in special is great for a 3 topping pizza and look forward to more pizza in the future

Place is usually pretty consistent, but today pizza showed up 25 minutes late, saugy, cold and the wrong crust.

Dissipointed!

EDIT AS OF JANUARY 29 2023: Ok, so this is an edited review, I've changed my one star rating to a 3. While the amount of toppings have improved and is what I would deem acceptable even though I expect more, it's alright for topics, though some slices are a little less toppings then others. Not enough sauce though I'll have to specify that next time, lastly whats keeping them from really getting a 4 star review is its not a 14 inch pizza, both my pizza's I ordered are 13 inches, this was my same problem months ago when I decided not to order from here anymore, I measured it, If Im paying for 14 inches, give me 14 inches, nobody is being fooled when they open their large pizza box and see a pizza that isnt fitting in it so well we order from other places we know how that pizza should fill out the box.

But pizza hut hasnt really changed their prices like everyone else, you can get 2 specialty pizzas for right around 31 dollars and that includes delivery, that is so much better then everyone else, during their BOGO offer, It would only be 25 bucks for the 2 pizzas if you picked it up on your own, so if you do it that way its a 4 star in my opinion, 2 nice 13 inch pizzas for 25 bucks aint bad, but when I gotta pay for tip and delivery and theirs issues, then 3 stars.

On the 15th of January I ordered the triple treat box from this (82 st pizza hut) location it arrived in the time specified but after we had it no one was expected the unexpected result happened after several hours the whole family had gotten very sick. My children suffered from throwing up and stomach ache as well as the adults the next day no school, no work. I tried to reach the store via telephone the number was not going through I learned later the number was for call center unfunctional though. I visited in person to the store I politely addressed my complaint to the lady by the name Ranna if not mistaken to my amusement she didn't even apologize for what has happened instead she told me they are going to look on it I don't understand what she really mean. But I will never ever back to that location I value the health of my family and will tell friends it is not worthy to spend a penny there.

Terrible terrible terrible! Pizza hut is one of our go-to favorites and this was not one of those times lack of ingredients on the pizza, overcooked & crust was not pan more like thin and burnt dont recommend this location at all!

Quick service and friendly personnel. It's a cramped customer space, so keep that in mind.
