Pizza Hut Lethbridge

I ordered a bundle to watch the game becsuse I wanted to fully enjoy it without distractions. The order arrived, without the wings, wring dips, cold pizza. I called customer service twice and they did not solved anything, the wings arrived 40 minutes later and no even an apology was offered. It took me 40 minutes of my time to be thinking and dealing with pizza hut, when I just wanted to watch the game with NO DISTRACTIONS! Not ordering again.

Service was great. The girl was all by herself. A lot more expensive than previous and we had to wait for the pizzas to come out. Not good when your in a hurry.

I can't even pick a slice because it was soggy and doughy from improper baking. The cheese wasn't melted.

Pizza Hut is one of the best Restaurants in Canada especially Pizza Hut in Lethbridge is in Hearts of Lethbridge Community I recommend to come for Lunch, Dinner with your own taste

This was an absolute horrible experience and I truly hope the waitress was fired. If I was the manager she would of been fired on the spot!
We ordered ahead of 3 tables. Our order was simple 3 kids meals and a side of wings.
We waited and waited when the kids fries came out, then a few mins later the wings but in-between that the other tables got there 2lg pizzas and pizza bread. When we ask our server where our pizzas were and why everything didn't come out together she said I don't know. We said we were just curious as to how 3 tiny pizzas were ready before the lg pizzas to the other table and our response was I don't know I'm not the cook. As she's walking away she says "Geez I didn't realize you guys were starving! "
We asked to speak to the manager and he was shocked and very apologetic.

Again I truly hope she was fired!

I don't know if there's new owners, but this place is so dirty, the bathrooms are gross, never again will come again. Nothing is sanitary here

Walked in and asked if the buffet was still going, they said yes. After getting half a plate each they then told us there was no more food coming out to the buffet and still charged us full price. Big let down as we were super excited and mostly coming to the buffet for the dessert pizza

The food was good, the service was terrrible. I don’t normally write or review places unless it’s necessary. 3 times now I have been to this Pizza Hut in the last 4 months and all 3 times there has been only ONE entire waitress serving the entire dining room! The poor thing was running until she was sweating, the dining room was packed and anxious for service… twice the ladies said to us “I’m sorry I’m the only one serving, we are under new ownership, it’s all about the money! ” Two different waitstaff have told us this already…. Something needs to change. This will only keep up for a little while.

Carpets not vacuumed from previous day. Waitress walked away as soon as we cam in to have a drink while waiting for our takeout oizze

Super disappointing when you spend over 40 for a pizza and 8 wings and come home realize the pizza is made very poorly. All the cheese was in the middle and chicken was all almost one side. Very sad to say they hire guys and give them no good training or show them a good standard. No I did not wanted to call and complain because it will not go anywhere. Done it in the past and they will block you. Just sad!

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. Took the waiter 45 minutes just to bring us our drinks

Server was rude. Server gave us the menu and said they don't offer lunch buffet because they have no staff. Yet they gave a menu that says they offer. Might want to not give the menu or offer it if you can't staff the place. They use to be so good but now it's gone south.

We waited 2 1/2 hours for our order and there was only 1 other family in the restaurant. WORSE SERVICE EVER! Went to restaurant to celebrate a birthday, totally ruined our night. Use to be a nice place to go especially for birthdays. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere.

Got the triple box I think that's what it's called I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and wings and the colors chipits pie.

Big sign on the window for dine in and then you get in and it's not until 5. Put that on the window and on the website. Come on people get your act together.

Second time we attempted to dine in but waitress told us they were unable to serve us because of upcoming reservations - absolutely disgusting that they don’t seem to want business

Horrible service! Girl at the counter wasn’t friendly and the pizza was so dry.
Go to the West side location.

Use to be the best pizza hut, service was outstanding. But now it's slow. Must be for a reason that the restaurant is mostly empty

Although they were obviously busy, the staff were patient and kind when my young child
wanted to order and made it a pleasant experience for him. The food was good. We'll be back.

I tried to order on the phone and the person couldn’t understand English well enough to understand what I was asking for. After several attempts I told her I would come and order face to face. I was told 10 minutes. After half an hour and me ringing the bell twice and getting no response someone finally came and asked how they could help. I asked how much longer it would be. She said it was waiting in the place where they keep it hot. I asked why she didn’t give it to me instead of put it in the warmer. I was right in l plain view. Then after all that, she gave me pasta instead of a pizza. No napkins and no fork for the pasta I didn’t want.
