Pizza of Waterton

Ordered, waited for 30 mins +, waiter comes saying they mistakenly gave it to someone else, tried ordering the same thing again, replies they don’t have that ingredient for today

They screwed up 2 pizzas and had to wait 30 min for cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was made twice. Wrong pizza was sent to our table. When asked the server how long we have to wait for kids remake pizza, she gave us a bad attitude. When asked for a refund on the pizza, the request was declined and as the bill was paid. There was no apology whatsoever. We made a bill of 150$, with the worst customer service.

Not good services. Not welcomed may be because we are Indians thats why. Wait 30 min for order still they didn’t take our order.

We had to wait for 35-40 minutes for our food, an OK salad and a random OK pizza, I’m guessing food was also waiting the same amount of time. Place is extremely kid friendly, hence don’t expect a peaceful sitting. I hope I never have to come here again.

Served a raw pizza to a child 35 minutes after rest of table got food. Child couldn't even eat it, was Raw and mushy. They comped the pizza but the child still didn't get edible food.
Other food was burnt on the outside but raw inside (the cheese didnt even melt at all). Waited an hour for this food. Calzone has a dollop of sauce, and like 2 pieces of the ingredients you choose.
Cups were dirty on the inside.
Food is very expensive, service is bare minimum. Would not recommend

Felt very unwelcome as a brown person. It seems like we were invisible to the servers. And when we tipped low because of their poor service, the server Jerrick got upset and told us off. We asked for waters, we didn't get waters. We reached at 10: 40 and were told breakfast is over. The menu says it's till 11 am. Half the menu was crossed off and unavailable. Maybe serve people to get your tips. He sarcastically told one of us "thanks for tipping! " And told the rest of us "it costs me money to have you here if you don't tip well".

Please revisit policies on anti-racism or something.

Waited here for more than 30 minutes and the service guy didn’t take the order. As i figured out they were ignoring us as we were brown people and they were taking the order instantly of other people came after us. So it’s recommended for brown people to not come here. Really bad service at this place.

As a brown people service guy ignore us.i went inside request them to take our order and wait for more than 30 min and leave the place.we sit there for 45 mint no server came to us they all are busy to serve other guys. Totally racist place.

Great food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Staff is friendly and it's the kind of place you want to return to again and again.

Busy little restaurant with big portions. We went for pizza one evening and it was amazing. Then had nachos at lunch time and it was too much for the two of us to finish. Go to this great little restaurant- the service was great too for a busy place the staff know how to hustle.

Our new go to in Waterton. We got the Big Bertha pizza and it was so good! The customer service was great! Will definitely be back

Since this is the same business I will be sharing on both sites so that others can see how I was treated as a customer.

1. I went in there to order takeout at 805. I got told at Pearls Cafe that I could not order food there and that I had to go to Pizza of Waterton which is an attached building and the same company.
2. I quickly went to the grocery store, beside it quick before heading to the pizza place to order food and when I got to the restaurant 5 min later they told me to go into the cafe to order takeout because they don't do takeout orders. I had said that I was told to come here by the barista in the joined cafe and they told me that the barista was mistaken.
3. I go into the Cafe and I say that they told me to come to the cafe to order takeout. She said to me, "Well who told you that? " I said the person in the restaurant and she said who what's their name? I said I didn't know their name and she asked me if they were ghosts. I said no and she seemed pissed and slapped down a menu in front of me.
4. As I ordered and also ordered coffee she slapped down the coffee cups as well on the counter and once I paid she said our interaction was done. I was extremely confused. I asked her where I would pick up the takeout and she said she will bring it to the table. Over 30 minutes go by no food so I told her I had to leave for our ferry. Let's just say she could care less. 45.00 plus a tip - no food. This is no good. To be honest, it seemed like no one in either establishment even though they are joined cared. They just wanted to pass me off to one another and not be anyone's problem.

No food, no apology, no refund.

5. We were going to have pizza tonight from their joined pizza place. We will be going somewhere else and Everytime we return, we will not be eating here.

- Maybe she was just in a bad mood but we couldn't eat in, we had our dog, otherwise I would have sat in the restaurant and not bothered her because this was our only option.

6. The restaurant itself had two tables in it as well so they were not busy.

If I could have given a zero, I would have. I am in the hospitality industry and this was not nice. I would also like to add we ordered smashed avocado toast and a regular breakfast. The side is fresh fruit.

Probably the best calzone we’ve ever had. Olive oil and Italian herb crust put it over the top!

I'm usually a pretty picky diner and won't consider any places with less than a 4.5 star rating on Google/Yelp. However, you quickly realize when you are in the Waterton area that those choices don't exist so you have to compromise. Many of the reviews you'll read about this place with 1 or 2 stars are apparently people who really can't seem to do that or perhaps dine anywhere without complaining.

Common themes are being short of staff, which almost every service/hospitality business has been since the pandemic (read: not their choice or fault) as well as burnt or crispy crust (it's not black I ate it, but it is crispy and delicious) so perhaps the people who are complaining prefer the soft pizza dough prepared months in advance in a factory for Pizza Hut.

The people who served us were cheerful and happy, perhaps could have used more help but again there is very little they can do, especially in September at the end of the season.

We ate here 3 times, twice for breakfast and once for dinner. Primarily because there really are very few other good options. They have delicious (like really good) triple berry stuffed french toast. Coffee is really good, I had it black and am rarely impressed outside a roaster.

You'll also hear people complain about the price, perhaps seemingly forgetting the entire world is dealing with inflation and costs for restaurant owners go up too. The entire town is based on tourism and more expensive by default but it's not this place, it's everywhere.

I was happy to find a reliable place that without a doubt is worth more than the 4.1 rating it has received from most complainers (read those reviews yourself and see).

The first night we went to the Thirsty Bear Bar for 0 IBU beer on draft and paid $26 for what tasted like a $5 grocery store burger. This bar and the fancier restaurant next door along with the Bayshore Inn appear to all be owned by the same people. I'd rather have good food at a high price than people who charge as much as possible to deliver a mediocre experience and make as much profit as possible.

So, make your choice but don't complain about this place. It's reliable, tasty, and probably one of the best places in the entire area for both breakfast, dinner, and great draft beer.

So good we went 3 times during our 4 night Waterton trip. Once for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. Loved all 3. Great sandwiches, calzones, pizza, settlers breakfast and Waffles. Wed night Trivia was a blast.

Love this place. Every time my lovely wife and I go out to Waterton to hike or go kayaking, we stop in here first to grab a bite to eat. The girls are really nice and always willing to strike up a small conversation that makes it an even more welcoming atmosphere. We have been hitting this place up for years and will always go back for their delicious pizza.

A fantastic spot to visit, where our group enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The staff provided exceptional service, treating us with utmost respect, making us feel like we were at home away from home. A special mention goes to our waitresses, Bronny and Jayden, who were absolutely outstanding!

Had the smallest "Large" pizza I have ever had. The "12inch - Waterton" Large pizza tasted good, had good bake on it, but way too pricey for $32. I guess for a holiday town monopoly pizza business, the owner must be doing great.for a regular city, the same pizza would sell for less than $18. Being given a regular large box for a "Waterton" Large pizza surely didn't help.

Went for breakfast and bit disappointed hearing that they don’t have potato in breakfast. And even we asked for scrambled eggs but received little over cooked omelette which you can see in picture. We asked server thinking that he did a mistake buy he said that everyone has different versions of scrambled eggs and this is their version.
Sausage was the only good thing in whole breakfast but it was too small to enjoy.
A no go place for breakfast.
But service was really good. Will try lunch or dinner menu in this restaurant but not breakfast for sure.

Called for a takeout of garlic bread and got it pretty quickly. Went to pickup and the staff was friendly and the place looked really nice.

Waited an hour and a half for my pizza then waited another 30 minutes to get a box for my pizza never coming back

Great breakfast spot that was so good the first day (French toast) that we returned the next morning for Eggs Bennie. Good service and tasty food.
Outdoor patio was a relaxing place to sip coffee, journal and plan our day.

Staff is very friendly and give good service! If you’re looking for a laid back atmosphere and some good food, definitely check this place out!

Last year, the lasagna was fresh, and so hot I accidentally burned my mouth with it. It was very tasty and made from scratch.

Tonight, it was barely reheated to lukewarm, and either premade or frozen. The noodles were mushy, and the sauce dried out. Hardly any seasoning to give it an inkling of Italian flavour. Sorry guys, you let me down. BTW, garlic bread doesn’t look like overcooked french toast, and usually tastes of garlic.
