Pizza Time

We ordered 2 donairs and a small pizza fingers and only one Donair was delivered. We called to ask if he would send another because we are missing a Donair. And instead of apologizing that it was missed he argues on the phone that we only said one. We were willing to pay for another but instead of even offering to send another Donair he just kept telling us "you only said one". Absolutely terrible customer service. Maybe read back people's order before you hang up, and give them the actual total instead of saying a joke price so we actually know what our price is and what we ordered.
Now I'm stuck having toast and peanut butter for dinner so thanks

I got a flyer in my mailbox and was looking thru it, was going to order until I noticed the extra $2 charge for debit. Based on some recent bad reviews and this extra charge I decided to order elsewhere. Tired of getting nickle and dimed to death. Extra charges for debit, tips, what next?

I haven't been this disappointed with an order in a long time. Not to mention it took an hour to cook a hamburger and chicken fingers and deliver a few blocks. Every item was bad.let's start with the chicken fingers. They were tiny and bland. Then the hamburger. The patties were hard! Rubber pucks that tasted EXACTLY like eating a raw onion (no I mean exactly.) Toppings? !? !? ! Diced (?) Tomato and celery with the leaves still on? That's it.also worth a mention, they sent the HOT STEAMY burger in an air tight plastic Container so by the time it arrived (stone cold) the buns turned into wheat pudding (no I'm not exaggating. It was literal slime) I'm certain the fries would have been good (as the seasoning was very tasty) but they were not only also stone cold but undercooked badly enough to leave an almost raw portion in the centre of the wedges. BUT all of that pales in comparison to the gravy.not only did they charge 3.00 for a dippy cup worth of gravy (3.25oz) but the minute I opened the container my entire kitchen smelled like beef that had turned bad 3 WEEKS ago. I didn't eat it and had to wash it down the sink to get rid if the smell -12/10 would NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered two pizzas last night on skip the dishes. Paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver well. One pizza was delicious, the other smelled rancid as soon as we opened the box. My wife called the store to inform them that we would be driving down to return the pizza. The owner was rude over the phone, arguing that there was nothing wrong. I proceeded to drive 15 mins to location, and was greeted my a rude, confrontaional owner. We argued that all we wanted was a new pizza. We paid good money and paid delivery only to have to drive down and return the food. After being extremely condescending, he finally agreed to make us a new pizza. While waiting, he gave the pizza we returned to another regular customer (not that it's an issue) however the owner and other customer proceeded to stand there and say "see, i told you there is nothing wrong with this pizza". Absolutly horrendous service, I can't believe this person has been in buissness that long. After the whole ordeal was dealt with, we took our new pizza home and it made us both sick anyways.

I will never deal here again, please do yourself a favor and eat else where. We all work hard for our money and I feel like I've completely wasted $50

Ordered a pizza to be delivered, waited a little over an hour, no big deal its cold out. I didn't mind. The kicker was they delivered it to the wrong house, and left it at that, so paid 50 ish bucks for nothing

Maybe my taste in pizza is a bit high, but the food was really mediocre. Nice guy.also clean.just wouldn't go back based on the food.also pricey for what It was.sorry

Ordered for the first time was super disappointed I ordered extra large donair pizza was told it would be 23$ at the door ended up being 34$ at the door despite what I was told, I would never order a single pizza for 34$ with no drink? !? , pizza was super thin crust with a lot of toppings making the pizza completely soggy and not good, do not reccomend, take your business elsewhere where you don’t get ripped off

We ordered from here on Saturday night. Didn’t realize they did their own delivering. The tracking on skip the dishes was way off.
We got the donair and extra special pizzas as well as 12 hot wings. The wings were so burnt that they were crunchy to eat. But they drenched it in hot sauce so I guess they thought that was okay.
Both pizzas were so soggy we couldn’t even pick them up and had to use a fork and knife to eat. I have never had a pizza like that.
Well later that night my husband got sick. Couldn’t keep anything down and felt like garbage. We used to enjoy this place but we will not be back and we will not be recommending it anymore

Got a pizza from here and it is fantastic! Loaded with toppings perfectly. The owner was super happy and friendly too! I will definitely be back!

Having just moved to. Calgary a month and a half ago and moved in to the area iv trued several high review pizzas and this is by far the best. Had to wait a few min as the guy was alone and doing a few things I did not mind. Worth the few extra min. The pizza was made perfect the prices are cheap but don't let that fool you it's good quality pizza. And the guy has a sense of humour was nice. Look forward to ordering here for now on.

Great pizza and no pizza hangover the next day, was pleasantly surprised. Their walk-in special is a good buy too. Friendly and efficient staff. They have been in that location for 30 years, glad I found them.

Amazing quality pizza. Walk in specials are fantastic we hope they stay around. Made promptly but also never rushed. We love the taste.

For $9,99 special. They won't take the order over the phone. They asked me to come in and order and wait. Pizza was not good. No taste at all. It didn't taste like pizza at all. I will not go there again. It's was my first time. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great food, I've been coming here for years. Was surprised to find out from the owner that everything (even the "bacon") is halal. Which makes it a great option if your are Muslim, or (in my case) have Muslim friends you eat pizza with. I'll definitely continue going here regularly.

Poor service. The pizza is fine but, the service is terrible. Walk in not greeted while 2 guys are talking behind the counter literally make eye contact and disregard the customer.

The walk in specials are made to order, always delicious, large Portions for less cash and of course having the same Friendly Owner/Cook for 20 years, makes the whole experience enjoyable.

Quite slow, even though they said it would be done in this time it's not. The time is doubled. If you have a kid though they sometimes give lollipops. It's fairly dirty looking. Everything else but the pizza seemed fairly pricey. The pizza was fresh.sort of but the price of the pizza when u buy in stores is better then any other place in my opinion.

Some of the best pizza in the city. Never stop. Say you're a first time customer and Said will hook you up with some pepperoni origami with his special homemade sauce.

Awesome food the owner is a great guy funny and alwez willing to tell you story's of his beginning well you wait it will make up smile causes smiles are all wez free there

Excellent pizza, walk in special is almost too cheap, an extra 3$ for delivery, still worth it, I mean some places try to sell nachos at 20$ LMFAO

Good pizza at a reasonable price. It doesn't get much better than this for the price. Pizza is hot, fresh, and tasty. Great walkin specials. No pickup though, so don't call in.

Have been going here for years, the owner makes some of the best pizzas in town. Definitely worth a visit for the pick up specials!
