Plantlife Cannabis (Edmonton - Ice District)

This place needs to fiqure their stuff out. Today I witnessed a young girl behind the counter being attacked with nobody to help. There cannot be only one person in the store without security, especially if it sells government regulated goods.

I had an excellent experience with Cassie at this store! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, offered to help me immediately and was very kind, and polite, I left the store very happy. I highly recommend her assistance to anyone seeking a top-notch customer service! Five stars!

Stopped by on my visit from Ontario to get some goodies for my Banff trip and hiking adventures. Was helped by a lovely staff member named Kim, she answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. She was very knowledgeable and made it an easy task to pick out the best options for what we wanted. Great atmosphere and selection as well.

I just checked this place out because a friend recommended, Cassie was super helpful and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed! Will be telling more people to check it out:)

Checked out this new location today - right in ICE District! It happened to also be their grand opening. This store will be my go to stop whenever I am attending a concert or hockey game at Roger's Place, it is literally attached to the same building! The store is clean and well stocked. Staff were super awesome too!

Cassie showed exceptional product knowledge as well as a friendly and positive demeanour.

I visited this location on my way back from a concert and never have I been so happy, I was greeted at the door and welcomed by a girl who introduced her self as “Cass”. She let me know that this was a brand new location. She suggested lots and knew exactly what I was looking for. I left with a great selection of assortments that I now very much enjoy, thanks!

This location is definitely worth the 5 stars!
