I recently stopped in at Plenty chinook mall location for the first time, where I was greeted very kindly by Kim, she helped me out, giving my advice and encouragement to try things I wouldn't normally lean towards. I am extremely thrilled with my purchases for this winter season ahead and so excited to wear my new attire.

Shopping Plenty at Chinook Centre was such a pleasure this past weekend thanks to the kind, courteous, helpful, and genuine service I received from Xandria S. Xan was approachable and knowledgeable and of course the product at Plenty is amazing!

Stopped by tonight to purchase a specific sweater I had seen online. Sadly they didn’t have it in store but Xandria and Kim were so kind and apologetic. Both of them were SO helpful in showing me other options they had in store in similar colours and styles. I had my heart set on the one I saw online though, and they said no problem! A few minutes later, they had it ordered and said they’d call me when it was in so I could come pick it up. SO thankful for the wonderful service I receive EVERY time I go in there and I can’t wait to wear my beautiful new sweater. Thank you Xandria and Kim- I’ll for sure be back.

This is my favourite clothing shop at Chinook, I recently bought a pair of jeans that I don’t have experience with the brand and Xan gave me great advice for sizing and washing care to keep them intact. Will definitely shop here again!

I make a point to shop here everytime I am at the mall. The clothing is great and the staff are fantastic. Keep up the great work.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience today instore with Xandria (how cool is that name) and Kassie!
A bit of background here: I have worked luxury retail (Notably Stuart Weitzman and Nordstrom @Chinook Mall to name a few) and I am extremely sensitive to excellent customer service. In the years I worked at Nordstrom, I have never walked into this store, but something caught my eye and I decided to check it out. Xandria gave me a lovely greeting at the door and was so helpful in finding me my elusive suit jacket. The fit and pricing were exactly what I wanted. Kassie also tag-teamed and was so helpful in finding other sizes for me. The 2 of them offered amazing customer service, better than staff at some of the elite brands I have shopped. Now that Nordstrom is shut down, I will be back. People are always so quick to spread negative reviews, but when a client has a positive experience, they tend not to take the time to express that. It was important to me to leave a great review on excellent customer service Well done Xandria and Kassie!

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They are attentive and offer great suggestions without being pushy. Amazing service and clothes!

Absolutely love this place, I always feel so welcomed and appreciated. I always struggle finding jeans, but Kate was so amazing and helpd me find the perfect pair! By far one of the best stores in Chinook!

Cute clothing and even better staff. Immediately upon entrance I was greeted by a stylish and friendly sales associate named Kate I believe? She was really nice and easy to talk to. Felt like she was genuinely interested in addressing my personal needs not just upselling me. She helped me pick out pieces that fit in my budget and style a whole outfit for an upcoming date. The look definitely worked in my favour ;) when checking out another employee hyped me up and made me feel super confident! Great experience overall

Terrible customer service, one girl named Kate tried staring me and my girlfriend down while we were shopping and was blatantly rude while cashing us out. The old blonde girl next to her didn't even do anything while this was happening, the company needs to retrain these awful employees.

Plenty of bad customer service. Every time I have walked into this store I have felt like I wasn’t welcomed. Like I was an inconvenience and should leave. The most recent visit was my last. The sales associate was cold, unfriendly, unhelpful and I felt her stare me down as I browsed. No thank you! Love the clothes hate the employees. Train your staff properly! There are better stores out there that I would rather spend my money at.

I have shopped here regularly and the experience is always the same, absolutely no acknowledgement this time I had to go looking for someone to ring me through it seemed like I was an inconvenience, I went back to the store I work at and customers complained to us that they were kicked out of plenty early and treated poorly I was honestly not surprised after my experience. I love the clothes so this is really unfortunate.

Love the selection of brands they carry. I have not had an issue when visiting the store and staff is friendly and helpful enough.

I love shopping here! The staff is always so lovely, and attentive. The selection of clothes is amazing, and I always leave as a happy customer!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store kicked me out for not wearing a mask: I have asthma, which is a medical condition exempting me from wearing one, and as per Calgary bylaw 26M2020, “businesses are not expected to refuse service” in cases like these. 11/10 do not recommend. Thanks for ruining my Sunday shopping date with my girlfriend and I. I’ll spread the word to make sure no one I know will shop here ever again.

Lots of beautiful pieces for casual, smart casual wear. Service is impeccable as always. It makes it such a delight to walk into the store back again and again for more beautiful pieces to my personal closet.

Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of Levi’s 501 Jean shorts there two weeks ago. Had the opportunity to wear them this weekend and realized you could completely see my underwear in the front due to the distressing. I brought them back today (unworn aside from in my home) and asked to do a direct exchange for the same shorts with less distressing as each pair is distressed to different degrees. I was informed they would not do an exchange because the tags had been removed even though they were clearly unworn and instead had to buy another pair on top of the pair of shorts I already own. I was told perhaps I could “regift” my originally purchased pair to a friend - even though I showed the employee working in the change room that they were completely inappropriate to wear, showing her how exposing they are.

I shop at this store a lot and I can assure you I won’t be back.

Super trendy, quality clothes! The staff were sweet and very helpful in opinions and helping retrieve sizes. The experience was really nice. There was no other customers in the store at the time of our visit, so I'm sure this had an impact. We will be returning!

Love this store since I shopped there first in Vancouver. Like their PGD and Preloved brands. Always receive good customer service from friendly staff.

Such a lovely store! I had to find a couple gifts for my sister and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. I was helped by a lovely girl named Abby and her manager Jenny. They both were very patient with me as I have no idea when it comes to buying girls clothes. I left with a jacket and two shirts and my sister lost her mind! Got a verbal ‘best brother’ award and so many hugs!

I will definitely return anytime I need help with presents!
