Plumbateria

I made my first visit to Plumbateria today after being reluctantly referred to them by another plumbers' store whose owners were gruff and disinterested. Upon attending Plumbateria I was blown away by how staff appeared genuinely interested in helping me with my plumbing problem. Frank in particular was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He even disassembled my apparatus and installed the new parts (helped for free). While their prices may be a bit higher than the box stores - box stores do not give this kind of service and I would gladly support this small business with people with smiles on their faces. I would not hesitate in recommending them for your plumbing needs!

We had a sewer backup problem that required a specialized part to fix. After failing to find a suitable part at other locations, we tried Plumbateria. Brent was able to locate and supply the perfect solution. Really remarkable advice and service.

I was having trouble replacing the p trap on a bathroom sink for 2 days. Nothing was lining up right and it leaked terribly. Went here in misery, spoke to a rep and showed him pics of my woeful situation. After a brief discussion, he set me up with the parts, advice and pipe dope for the project. Went home, followed his instructions and called him to ask how long to wait for things to dry. He said don't need to, so I turned on the taps and it all worked. The man was a life saver (and saved my wife grief too)! Go here for your project!

I was told by another plumbing supply store to come to Plumbateria, and I am so glad I did. The sales person provided a complete solution, found all the parts I needed, and told me how to put it together. As someone who is no plumbing expert by any means, the advice was so valuable, and the solution was WAY better than anything I could have ever dreamed up on my own. It's too bad I didn't think to get the name of the person who helped me, but he is awesome and so is this place!

I've been here a number of times with different projects around the house. They are always super helpful and have great stock. The one time they didn't have a super obscure item, they directed me to a competitor who did have it.
Always my first stop for anything plumbing.

I was quoted $1100-1600 on a bathtub faucet leak, but a gentleman at Plumbateria solved my problems for $45. This place is incredible.

Wow! Exceptional customer service still exists. They had a new hot water tank sourced and recommended a service technician (plumber). The replacement was professionally completed, start to finish in less than a day. Thank you!

The staff were able to find the make and part number I needed and it was in stock. Afterwards, I ran into an issue and management went above and beyond to help me out.

Helpful staff, when looking for an outdoor water faucet core (parts) Plumbateria has a HUGH Selection! Many other hard to find fixtures & Parts. If they don't have it unlikely anyone will.
Nice show room also if you are looking for home reno ideas.

I doubt you can do better than than the service we received from Brent Johnston & Plumbateria. Exceptionally helpful during the choosing of components for our bathroom renovation - I had a great many questions and phoned quite a few times and never got anything less than top level assistance - even during what has been an unprecedented busy time for their business (and many other reno related businesses during this pandemic). After ordering and receiving our bathroom components I still had a good many questions and Mr. Johnston always went the extra distance to get what I needed and we would most definitely highly recommend him and Plumbateria.

Needed a replacement cartridge for my tub/shower, and they were able to provided me the parts I needed as well as an (unneeded) promise that if I had the wrong part they could swap it the next day. Great to have a local store with supplies on hand for emergencies. Thank you, I'll be sure to recommend you to others in need.

They also carry parts for several hard to find brands.their service is excellent!

A great experience buying a Toto toilet. They were very competitive in pricing. Brent provided excellent advice and loaded the toilet in our car.

Ive been dealing with these guys for 30+ years and their level of service has always been outstanding. During my business years most of my plumbing requirements were related to specialized equipment and they were always patient and great at helping me find solutions. Excellent service, they found the right replacement cartridge for my defective faucet, unlike a larger Wol something company who gave me no service

Purchased a rare GROHE cartridge from this store on last Friday just before they close for the weekend.
Got in and out within 5 minutes and wasted no time at all. The staff I met with were professional and they knew what they were doing. By showing to them the incorrect part I bought online and explained to them what I need they found right part I need in less than 15 second I am not kidding. Got home and got it installed without any problem.
Part is bit pricey but saved me lot of time and frustration by looking for parts everywhere, especially the parts you can not find from big stores.
Highly recommended.

I love this place. They have a large inventory and the staff have lots of installation experience to share. Staff offers lots of alternatives.

Hands down the BEST place to find exactly what was needed for my sink and toilet repairs! The friendly staff was extremely helpful finding what was needed and offered advice on how to go about making the repairs myself. I highly recommend that you skip the box stores and go straight to Plumbateria!

They have an excellent selection (and can order lots more in than what’s on the floor). The staff were super helpful in finding exactly what I was after (with my very specific vision).

I also had an issue where the sink I bought formed a crack and they helped me get a replacement very quickly at no cost (install was on me though).

I’d definitely recommend starting here if you’re planning a bathroom or kitchen reno!

Absolutely top-notch! Very patient, professional, fast, and knowledgeable.

Needed to replace the hose for a fancy Moen kitchen sink faucet. There were 3 different hoses... Which one was right. (They had all 3 in stock)

They told me what photos to email to them.

And the hose was waiting for pick-up half an hour later.

Have gone to them at least 3 or four times recently. They are the BEST! Immediate help-have never had to wait or look around for someone to help me.

These guys are excellent brought in parts for a shower tap that i had no clue on branding and no sooner did i put them on the counter they knew exactly what i had and had it all in stock very professional and very knowledgeable thanks guys

Very professional and courteous staff who know the plumbing industry unlike some other plumbing supply companies whose staff struggle at times. Prices are reasonable and if they don't have something in stock they will get it in for you in a timely manner. They also have a great selection of other products.

Excellent customer service from a kind young man named Paul. He was professional, informative, and friendly; he genuinely seemed to care, and went above-and-beyond to help me out. Totally recommend this business.

This place is fantastic. I was told by a employee that I should give this place a try since they didn’t have what I was looking for. The team here gave me options for my diverter-shower-faucet and instead of paying an arm and a leg to replace the exact one I came in with, I spent very little, and an employee rebuilt it for me for free. Incredible service and highly recommend.

It is my first time to buy plumb material. It is a bad experience. If I have some experience, if I was not tempted, I would not have come here to buy the stuff. Anyway, never back to here.

Plumbateria always has the parts for the old and the obscure stuff. The go to place for faucet, toilet and drain parts.

After stopping at multiple supply stores and basically being laughed at, I was hesitant to try another store, but desperate to fix my shower/tub. A friend of mine referred me here, saying it's where he gets lots of their custom stuff.
I walked in and was greeted with excellent customer service and the promise that they would figure out something that works. They did just that- he got me a cartridge that needed a minor modification to fit, and showed me how to do it, and has a spout on order for me that should work perfectly. I'm so glad I found this gem! The showroom was also really nice, well kept and clean. Thank you so much!

Needed some Sch 40 PVC parts for a hot tub. Staff were helpful, but very little in the way of parts and fittings in stock. Looked like even less for sch 80. Was hoping to get a couple parts here, didn’t even have two 2” tees. Rest of the store looked nice for fixtures and what not. If your just looking for basic parts, selection looked equivalent to rona/home depot. Not really what I expected from a store dedicated to plumbing. Perhaps the fixtures/faucets side has more to offer, but not what I was after.
