Jenna saves my life every time! I THOUGHT I could go short, but no. I was back 2 days later to put my extensions back in. If you’re looking for the fast track to confidence, have Jenna install extensions! Beautiful, natural, easy to maintain! Love it!

OK, so I went in to have platinum highlights in my hair. After about 4 weeks, using the 50.00 per bottle of shampoo and conditioner, my hair was getting brassy looking.and no platinum highlights. I called and was re-booked for a fix. Well, I still don't have platinum highlights. Pretty disappointed for spending 400.00 to get what I didn't want.

There is nowhere else I'd go for my beauty services than Plush! Extremely professional and fun environment. Knowledgeable staff that always listen to what you want. They educate and work with you to obtain your goals in all services.

I took my 11 year granddaughter with me to Plush, as a special outing together, to have pedicures. Plush was able to accommodate both of us at the same time which was a requirement I had. Both ladies were excellent and we felt very pampered. My granddaughter especially enjoyed the massage that went with it! The atmosphere at Plush is always uplifting and the service is top notch!

The atmosphere was nice. They are professional and knowledgeable. The prices are AMAZING The work is great. I recently took my 16-month-old for his second haircut and the lady was amazing with him. I also love the online booking feature

Extremely disappointed with customer service. I asked weeks ago for a feather in my hair and they claimed to have taken my name down and said they would order it for me. However when I called back yesterday they had no idea what I was talking about and claimed they would call me the next day. Next day came and I had to call, they told me it was never ordered. Will never be returning. For the price of things you would expect better service.

Kaleigh has trimmed my hair a couple of times. Very professional and thorough and has really good product recommendations.

I had a cut & colour with Zahra today and I am so happy with it! I can honestly say it was probably the best salon experience I have ever had. She was so thorough in our consultation, and explained the different products for me along with what she recommends for my hair. Can’t wait until my next appointment!

I called and made an appointment. Got a quote for a set of foils. Went in for my appointment. Had a color put in was not the color I want it. We proceed to cut my hair I told him not to take very much off the length. Told him not to take any off the bangs. Ended up with a very short cut. Told him to take a little of one side so it can be even up. He cut the wrong side. So this made my sides very short. When he rinse the color he proceed to put a toner in my hair and told me after the fact. When I went up to pay for my hair it was $100 more than what I was quoted. I did not ask for a tone in my hair. I would never have a tone in my hair the sametime that I get a color because I have very fine thin hair. Now I have to deal with short hair that is fried.
Someone from plush did contact me and ask me my experience. I told him my experience. The response that I got was "Got it". Never again while I go back there or will I recommend it to anyone very unprofessional.
