The staff are friendly and efficient, and we are enjoying our secure indoor unit! We haven't had any issues accessing our unit any time of the day or evening. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Efficient/helpful staff, the Assistant Manager helped me get set up with a unit, and honestly she made it a breeze and was super friendly. Very clean facility and great location. Plus an indoor bay for unloading which is great in winter weather!

Staff are prompt, polite and professional. Building and lot is meticulously maintained and secure. Would definitely recommend Pockit Self Storage in Sherwood Park for your Storage needs!

Overly friendly great customer service clean wish they would have a virtual sign in at the counter there so you can sign the papers there and not via email but small detail

Great personnel working there, they have gone beyond what I expected when I rented. I get parcels delivered and notified instantly that I received an item. Building is always clean, and if needed supplies they are very reasonable.

The facility is super clean and secured. And Maureen is the facility’s difference maker, she’s beyond helpful and nice.

The entire process was a great experience. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The facility is nice and clean. The only negative is that perhaps the drive-in bay be swept/washed out more frequently, but otherwise A+

I am very pleased with my overall experience. On my initial visit, Daniela and Maureen were very helpful with explaining the facility, and Daniela took me to tour the variest size units that I was interested in; and both provided me with pricing/size options.
I came back to book a unit, and again both were extremely courteous, professional, helpful, and fun to deal with. When I returned another day to start moving belongings in, I quickly realized that I needed to move 1 size up in the unit. Heather was very helpful in making that switch quick and painless! Lol
Due to a misunderstanding on my part with payment, within a couple of days my account was suspended. I immediately attended the facility and Maureen and Heather were very understanding and helpful with getting things straightened out. I was also very impressed that Maureen honoured the quote on the new sized unit that she had supplied me initially.
The facility is very clean, secure, well lit, and I feel very safe attending there; and know that are property will be safe and secure as well.

The on boarding billing experience had a lot of technical issues, however, the staff were very friendly and helpful every time I have interacted with them, and once the auto billing was set up everything has worked without any issues.

The facility is always clean and seems well maintained. I use the inside heated storage unit and I like that it is always accessible with security code entrance when entering and exiting. One of the best facilities I've seen.

Nice facility, carts to move your stuff. Variety of options and price points. Very competitive pricing. Great option to store a few seasonal / extra items for a senior - cheaper than the storage units offered on location at seniors complex.

Went into the location in Sherwood Park and was purchasing packing supplies a couple of weeks ago and the sales lady Daniela was excellent… She went above and beyond to assist me … best service I’ve had in a long time….

I have had an amazing experience at the Sherwood park location. These ladies went over and above to help me in crisis and made sure that I was safe and secure. They took care of me and helped me with making my storage unit affordable and with 24/7 access and carts I am able to go and organize myself. They did everything possible and I would and have recommended it to friends in times of need.

My experience so far has been fantastic. All the staff I have encountered have been amazingly friendly and helpful. They have everything I need and have always been able to accommodate my needs.

By far the best staff ever Heather and all the girls are a breathe of fresh air! Very clean highly secured and just overall great value! Strongly recommended and they give air miles points
