Ordered windows and doors 7 months ago, gave a deposit. They were supposed to be ready 3 months ago. Now the company is not replying. Go with someone else.

We have been trying to get warranty work repair done on two windows since March 2022 and now they have totally stopped replying to our requests.

Purchased windows and did install, one window was not made square with the frame, I noticed three weeks later, they claimed because they did not install, they wanted money to fix, which is complete poor support, for a badly made window, I asked about the warranty, they said no warranty on windows they did not install.

The waiter was by himself which I understand every1 is shortstaffed but not terribly friendly. We addressed the issue of how cold it was with the Manager and he seemed not concerned that we had a concern and quite frankly that's how I felt from ever1 we encountered. Lackluster at best.

We are very pleased with the products and workmanship that we have received from Polar windows. The windows and door are of excellent quality and the installers are professional, considerate and efficient. We will continue to reach out to Polar for work on our home since we can trust that we will receive quality products and great service.

I did my homework on windows before I chose Polar Windows. If you do the same, you'll find the window industry is hit and miss. Polar hit the
ball out of the park for me! The windows are mfgd in Winnipeg so there's a bit of a wait. The installation went so smoothly. When the team left you would not have known they were even here. Quality work, no hidden fees. A little more expensive but you get what you pay for. So happy with Polar Windows.

Bought from them in 2018 and team Jordan was fantastic! Too bad they're no longer there.

They just completed a window in my grandparents home for Margaret on Monday 21. Tom and chad were very efficient and had an amazing attitude and we appreciate all they did. Window installation looks good and we are very happy. We will call next year for our other window to be replaced!

For the most part great work. But that one installer they have. Adrian Reynolds I think his name is. He ain't the sharpest tool in the shed. I once heard him looking for a board stretcher. I never new thats a thing.

I want to submit a review of work I had done to replace basement windows last fall by Polar. I was very pleased with all the work done by the installers last year on October 21st, as well as sales personnel. The Polar installers were tasked with removing and replacing one of the windows in a bathroom where the outside window was under a deck. However they did excellent work by doing it all from inside the bathroom. I have been able to save $12.00 per month on my budget plan and I smile every time I see my new clean looking windows. Thank you for a job well done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to get windows replaced or installed in new homes.

I had an appointment with a person today named Barry Phillip at the edmonton (Polar Windows) office to see what the sliding door and hardware look like on the sliding door that I was about to order through Polar Windows. I was disappointed to find out that after a 1 hour drive to meet Barry for our scheduled appointment that he didn't even have one window to show me. The entire showroom was empty and he didn't seem to be surprised that I was upset that he didn't notify me. No phone call or text indicating that the showroom was going to be empty. Instead he approached me and tried to show me a picture on his phone. I backed away from him (Covid) and just bit my tongue and walked away. Very unprofessional!

My wife and I have both been very impressed with Polar, in terms of their product and the installation. We've had seven windows replaced and a set of patio doors. All with triple pane glass. It's amazing how warm the inner frame is in -30 weather compared to aluminum frames. And the sound proofing from outside noise is fantastic.
We've had the same installers, Tom and Cory for most of the windows and patio door and I think they do great work. Whenever a problem arises someone at Polar Windows is here shortly after our call.
In some cases there has been lengthy wait times, but what does one expect for high quality products coming out of Winnipeg.
We are having one more patio door installed this summer and we can't wait until it get's here!

I just want to thank you for your service. I called for an estimate to replace my front door. The agent adapted to my busy schedule, and showed up right on time. At this point, I had realised a door replacement was going to be an investment and now is not the best time for me to be able to do that, so I mentioned to him that I might try to fix it myself instead, the agent gave me some information on the door, as well as on what products to use to fix it, where to get materials that might be hard to find. I am grateful to not have been pushed to make a big expense. I will probably have to replace another door or a window over the next five years, and I will definitely turn to Polar again.

Had a new front door installed last week and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. In a previous house we had used a different company for windows and there were lots of challenges so we decided to go with Polar on our new house based on a positive referral from my cousin. The sales process was enjoyable and the agent put no pressure on me and explained all the door options so that we got exactly what we desired. The installers came on time and took amazing precautions with the current virus situation. Highly recommend this company.

Bernie showed me all the window options on display, and explained the differences while answering my questions. And was able to book the appointment with a sales agent.

Sales Agent Jeffrey arrived on time, and explained the window options in relation to my home and directions. He spent time explaining the ordering, finalization of an order, and installation processes.

The installation went smoothly and efficiently. Tom and Cory surprised me with how extraordinarily clean they worked. Unlike many other contractors I’ve had in my home there was next to nothing that I had to clean up after they left.

The after installation service has also been unprecedented. The Polar staff says what they mean and means what they say, with follow-up that gets the job done.
