I absolutely refuse to give even a single star for this abysmal excuse for customer service. I had placed an online order a whole week in advance for a birthday gift, and not a single soul bothered to contact me.

On the day of the supposed delivery, when I finally reached out, they had the audacity to inform me that the package had been returned, and the only solution offered was a refund of my money.

When I requested a discount to buy the item in-store since I needed it the very next day, the customer representative, Leila, callously informed me that she couldn't offer anything for the store because they apparently operate under a different jurisdiction.

This has been an overwhelmingly dreadful experience.

Visited the outlet store today on Labour Day, store wide sale for 20%, found a suitable jacket and when checked the price tag, it was a‘surprise’ for me, original price was $198, a raised price sticker was there for $228, so now 20% will be applicable on jacked up price. That a good way to make money, I asked the store manager and the response was ‘cold’, I am surprised to see that the big brands are involved in this unethical practice.

This place use to be one of my go to favorite places to shop. But lately…I can’t even go in the store to browse without literally being harassed constantly by sales associates.
I mean I’m totally okay with someone asking once if I need any help to just ask or whatever. And I don’t even mind if I’m asked by another sales associate if I happen to walk to another part of the store.
But once is enough. These people keep asking you questions and following you around. And forget about actually placing your hand on an item of clothing…. They just see that as an opening to talk to you again.

It’s too much. It’s too stressful. It’s uncomfortable. It’s annoying.

We actually have had to stop them and tell them to leave us alone.

Today…me and my wife went in early in the morning to do some shopping. We went to Tommy and Kate Spade before Polo and we left those place with bags in hand and happy. Because…. We weren’t harassed at all.

We then went to Polo…and left within 3-4 mins absolutely stressed out by the sales associate in men’s wear who wouldn’t not let us shop in peace.

I’m pretty sure that was our last time shopping there.

I don’t know why they won’t actually read these negative comments on here about these over aggressive and berating sales tactics.

I’ll just continue to buy my Polo shirts online and other retailers until this stops.

Ahmed’s customer service was over the top, he helped me find what I was looking for and was overall really helpful! Will definitely be buying from here more often:)

The employee kept following me wherever I went, wouldn't leave me alone for even a sec. I left without purchasing anything.

Had a good experience exchanging a gift that I was given in the wrong size. The sales associates were friendly and the store was super clean. Don’t know why so many bad reviews because this store was actually really nice

BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR PAYMENT - On Dec 3,2022, I made a purchase of toddler clothes and the sales associate did the transaction on till 1. The receipt did not print, the manager, Yogile, came over and insisted that my debit payment did not go thru. I pulled up my online banking and showed her that it was debited. She said that she could not refund nor give me the products as she did not know if the bank would make the payment. She insisted that I redo the purchase in till 3 and she will inform head office, so that refund will happen in two business days. Based on her word, I made the second exact purchase. On Dec 07, it was still no refund done, so I called the store and spoke to Manager, Ahmed. He said that Yogile was misinformed and it will take within 2 weeks to issue the refund for the purchase. He promised to follow up and text me his number. Well, today is Dec 19, more than 2 weeks, I have called the store twice, made to wait more than 5 minutes without response. There has been no followup by the manager and no refund. Hence this extremely poor and bad review - If I were you, take your hard earned money somewhere else. My next stop will other social media posts about this customer theft, main stream media opeds, and venturing to seek legal means to get back what is legally and rightfully my money.

I was today (march 1st) at this store with my husband and my two daughters, and for the first time I saw an associate caring about kids while waiting at the fiting room, I really appreciate it, the madame (named Beatrice I think, she’s from philippine) gave my daugheter paper and crayon asking her to draw something and keep talk with her.for the first time I didn’t stressed during shopping so thank you Beatrice and thank you polo for having a lovely associates

Me i wanted to buy green army jacket for my husband and she made it sure that i get a better deal then black friday. As they were out of medium size for that jacket so she ordered it for us from BC, she is really good at her job, i’ve seen sales people saying that we dont have this size n all because they dont want to take efforts to
