Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

I was there last week and there was a sales rep her name is “Jan - Lynn” she helped me out all through out my time at the store, friendly and helpful.
I would like to give her 10 stars for her customer care skills.

Walked in, asked for help, was looked at up and down they then rolled there eyes and helped me. I walked right out

I was in store and dealt by manager Lee, I was not able to find my receipt and he told me that he can’t find the transaction in system, after thoroughly searching I finally found my receipt and he told me that this item didn’t run through your profile and I asked him why he said they are not obliged to.
I said how client would know as I was under impression that I don’t need to keep my receipt since it’s under my profile, I was very frustrated and he was like not helpful at all, if I wouldn’t have found my receipt than I was stuck with store credit and he was so adamant about his behaviour that it’s not their responsibility to let the client know that they need their email id to have items in their profile or email

Great looking store, Micheal was able to go into the back and grab us what we were looking for when it wasn't on shelves!
The reason I'm giving a 4 star review is cause of who I assume is the manager originally telling me what they had on the shelf is all they had just for Micheal to come up 5 min later to offer to look in the back. AND THEY HAD IT
Probably not great for business on the managers behalf, shouldn't lie to customers just because your lazy.

Great collection and Lady at the store helped with different sizes and suggested many styles too.

I called the store to check if they had an item in a particular size, I was assisted by Obayed. He was very helpful, he went over and beyond my expectations. Thanks for all your help and you should train people on customer service skills.

The worst store I have ever been. The casher scanned the label, and the price is with discount, so she changed the price to be full price manually. This is the first time I have ever experienced such operation. Don't go to this store. U could get same products in the bay or Nordstrom. Blacklisted this store.

The policy that is drinks are not allowed should be only for Kids bcz neither adults spill the drink nor keep it over there.so pls change your policy I didn’t like it anymore.thanks

Excellent quality clothing at a great price. Make sure you wash these clothes in softened water to retain their quality.

They have the best Sales & Promotions for buying clothes & accessories.
I bought 2 Polo T shirt (original price was $89) for $35 each. The reason they were on Clearance sale Plus 25% discount on clearance price to clear the summer stock. Plus 20% as I have signed up my email to receive sales promotions coupons etc.
So in total 45% discount on top of Clearance sale.
Remember it is not a cheap brand. You are buying Original New Ralph Lauren Polo branded clothes and accessories as worn by your favorite celebrities and recently by US Summer Olympic team.
Wish should have gone earlier in September when they started their Summer clearance sale as I received email for extra 30% during labor day weekend.

I went to Polo outlet in CrossIron Mills. They had advertised a 50% off on almost all of their products. I liked a shirt for my husband with tag price of $125. However, I realised that this $125 price tag was actually pasted on the original price.which was $99. I asked the Store Manager and she said that prices have been raised lately. So in reality the discount you get is 35% instead of 50%. This is clear dishonesty and misrepresentarion. Raising prices just before boxing day sales was very unethical of them.

I was shopping for Khakis and Matthew did an excellent job in providing assistance on what I was looking for. He even held my items until I was done shopping. It was a great shopping experience at the store.

Didn’t like the condescending tone of a staff telling me drinks weren’t allowed in the store when no one said anything at the door. I had mask on and was just holding it. This is an outlet location please don’t act like a luxury brand

I am very pleased and fond of the customer service as well as communication with the employees at this Cross Iron Mills location. From my personal experience with my time shopping at this location, Colin is extremely helpful and outgoing. At times he gives his input to what he believes would look the best on me and also goes out of his way to make sure I'm constantly satisfied. I specifically have come to the same location countless weeks back to back looking for a specific suit and Colin kept me up to date with the stock dates and what he believed would be stocked up. Overall a very keen and helpful individual in a very good location.

Awesome customer orientation by Colin, such a nice fellow.
We always ask about him if he is in for the shift, he guides you and tell you about the products.

I've been here several times now and I've always left with a bag full of phenomenal cloths for a great deal. Colin is by far the stores best and most knowledgeable staff member. Each time I'm there he helps find the best deals also excellent at find the best matching cloths. I came in for their sale tonight and Colin was able to assit me in finding clearance priced track pants with a matching jacket and even a polo shirt that was sure to impress all the ladies. Colin is the man of the hour!
Management should recognize him for his excellent customer service and his great sales skills. Give that man a raise!

I would like to commend Colin for his helpful and friendly attitude in making my shopping experience a pleasant one. Colin is a diligent Polo employee. I would highly, recommend him to all customers that shop at Polo Ralph Lauren CrossIron Mills. He was patient when he approached me a very non invasive way. He introduced himself and made sure I knew I could call on him, if I required any assistance. Colin was able to help me with a purchase I was making for my Dad. He assisted in asking pertinent questions about my Dad's build and how he preferred his clothes to fit. With that information, Colin then helped me to select the perfect shirt as a gift for my Dad. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices were great for the quality of the clothing. And overall I had a great time shopping here. Would definately come again.

The staff at this store were very knowledgeable and they were also ready to help. The store was really busy but the staff members kept coming to check on us to make sure we found everything we were looking for.

I would like to thank the employee in this polo store, her name is Danyah. Today Sep 16 2019 7pm, the shooting crime happened in the mall. My father and my three months baby with me all hiding in the store. However, everyone must needs to leave from the emergency exit. My husband that moment is coming to pick us up but need take a while. Danyah volunteer request to drive us back to her house until my husband come to pick us. Because of her, we feel so much safe. All the employees were so nice to the customers who hiding in the store. Polo store employees are so awesome!
