Pom Pom Play Café

Private rental experience was exceptional. Highly recommended. They provide so much for the event that makes everything go smoothly. Emily really helped to make our birthday celebration special for the little ones. All the kids really loved this place.

The Cafe is so cute and had a wide selection of toys. The service was fantastic! But the admission for my 8 month old is 15 dollars. I think that's insane as most of the moms are on mat leave. The food was also very over priced and sandwiches were okay. Soup delicious. Drinks were amazing though!
Also some shelves and toys needs fixing or replacements.

Visited the Pom Pom Cafe with my sister and her 18 month old. The Cafe is super cute, clean and bright. It's cozy, but lively. The food and drinks were delicious!

Make sure to bring indoor shoes or grip socks for your little ones!

My 6 year old daughter was visiting the Pom Pom Play Café with her auntie when my daughter slipped from a pickler triangle, which resulted in a compound fracture just above her elbow. The break was so severe that she was rushed to the hospital to have emergency surgery.

I understand that play facilities come with added risks, and we, as parents/guardians, choose to accept these risks when signing the waiver. However, although I was not present during the accident, I was dissatisfied to find out that grip socks were not mandatory; I was even more dissatisfied to find out that the individual working at the time did not assist. In fact, as expected with younger children, they continued to walk all around my daughter rather than giving space, which only contributed to the chaos of the situation. Thankfully, my sister-in-law has experience in the emergency field and was able to take charge and delegate (i.e, telling the employee to call 911).

There's definitely room for improvement to ensure the safety of the children attending the cafe.

Pom Pom Play cafe is the best place for smaller kids. It's not crowded like at the indoor playgrounds, it's very clean place to bring your kids. Hands down, the best waffles and coffee in the city.

I brought my 11 month old for the first time today, and found it very expensive. Further I felt like the space wasn’t clean. Service was very slow-it took over 30 minutes to get a cup of tea and a bowl of soup. Finally, there were two women who brought scissors and literally were giving their kids haircuts in high chairs. When I mentioned this to the staff, and how unsanitary that was in a restaurant, they did nothing. Would not go again.

Great little spot. Went with some other parents, the kids played together and we got a good chance to chat. Everyone loved it.

Enjoyed all our time here with kids, friends and great food. The play area is well organized with meaningful toys for kids to connect and plat. Very calm environment. The host was kind and happy and provided a great service (I wanted a latte with less caffeine and she suggested one shot of decaf and one shot caff.worked really well and tasted delicious). Will surely come back again.

We have been to Pom Pom Play Cafe a few times now. Firstly, coffee is delicious! They have such an excellent downstairs play area for the kids, from the climbing structure with lots of peekaboo spots, to the dress up clothes, the baby dolls, the play kitchen area, the pickler triangle.just fantastic! The first two times I went with our two kids, downstairs was all we knew.
Then another mom I know mentioned how amazing their waffles are, and the awesome play space upstairs - say what? ! So we had to check it out. Waffles were great, and awesomely priced for the kids portions, lots of options for toppings. Now.that upstairs place was like a hidden gem. Toddler play central. So many more fun toys, and my girls couldn't make up their minds if they wanted to be upstairs or down - so we made sure to spend adequate time at both!
They have high chairs for the youngers. They have baby swings for the mamas with little ones. The cutlery is kid friendly. Snacks are thought out for little ones in mind. Their sandwiches look delicious - and I will be trying next time. Its just an amazingly thought out place. Even if you don't have kids, there is a section just for you to come enjoy a good cup of coffee and some freshly made food. You can tell a fantastic mother created this gem for her kiddos and new friends to enjoy. Amazing space, can't wait to come back again.
You should definitely check this place out, bring your mom friends and enjoy, while watching your young ones play.

Great place to bring baby and toddlers for play. They make good grilled cheese and nice cappuccino. Don't forget to bring socks for yourself and baby.

I took my daughter to Pom Pom today for the first time & it was a great experience! There was SO many toys for all different ages. The owner was lovely & I was impressed with my latte & muffin. I'm really looking forward to going back!

My new favorite place. Such a clean, tidy and welcoming space. There are soo many things to entertain little ones' and the food is not only homemade, but delicious as well. Definitely recommend!

Great playground for kids. My 11 months old love it. So clean and relaxing waching your kid playing while you are enjoying excellent food and Coming back for sure. Our favorite place to go when we are bored at home.

My friend and I checked out this little neighborhood gem today! The service was amazing, and the drinks were awesome. The facility is so comfortable and cozy. We will 100% be back to support this small business! Im currently breast feeding my 4 month old, and I felt entirely comfortable the whole time feeding my little one. I'm so happy to have found this place!

Fantastic little (very affordable) spot for the littles to play and the parents to sit close by and enjoy a cup of coffee and some goodies. Very clean and bright. We will definitely be back on a regular basis.

The owner ask me for a quote for window cleaning, we agreed with the price and proceeded to clean her windows, Jelena was so nice she even gave us a free coffee. We had so much fun doing work with them as the kids were watching us while working. Very cozy place and if you are looking a place for your little ones to play, Pom Pom Play Café is a 100% place to go! Did i mention parents can play or hang out too?:)

Very cute place! A bit expensive to go often. A monthly or weekly membership would be a great idea. Also maybe a gate at the bottom of the stairs!

We brought our 3 kids there. Twins are 2, other daughter is 7. They had lots of fun. A nice size. A great size for a menu as well. We had waffles and a mac and cheese. Would be back.

Such a great place to visit with little ones! The boundaries and toys make it possible to enjoy a coffee while they play! Nice to meet with friends and family. My one year old loved it! The food was great also and super friendly service. I will be back and can’t wait to share it with my friends as well!

My Friend gave me Recommendation to visit Pom Pom Play Cafe with kids, so I did. Honestly, place is fantastic lot of toys and staff for kids to keep them busy while I was tasting some food, cakes and coffee.
If you are working from home and have small kid its great to come over plug your laptop (free wifi) and let kid play while you are working, drinking coffee and you have eye on your kid all the time and do you work, or meet with friends and have coffee chat while kids are playing.
They have great variety of cake and cookies, coffee, soup.etc
Owner allows me to take some pictures and share and she said they are hosting b-day parties or baby shower.
Overall we liked place and what they offer.
We would come back.

Amazing place! The play area for the kids is done with love and care for the kids. Most toys are wooden and high quality. Also the variety of toys makes this place suitable for all kinds of kids from babies to 6 year olds. Even my 9 year old daughter had fun. The Cafe part is great too. Delicious coffee and food. Once you are here, you don't want to leave. That goes both for parents and for kids. I had an amazing break with a cup of coffee for the first time in a long time while my toddler was happily entertained with the toys. Haven't felt so relaxed in a long time. Definitely recommend to anyone with kids and definitely coming back soon! Thank you for creating this lovely space!

I came across this place on one of the pages I follow on FB and I’m so glad I did! All the baked goodies remind me of home and the service is so good! When I called the place to order the Christmas Bakings the owner was texting me after with all the details and she dropped off the order at my house. She was so nice and I’m definitely going to be back! Can’t wait till I’m able to come and check out the cafe as well)
