I am absolutely in awe of the experience I had with Bobby and his staff. The amount of care I received through the entire process of finding my dream wedding gown is immeasurable. I walked into the boutique back in February without an appointment and with a busy day, Bobby still made time for me. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and my budget and within an hour I walked out with my Nikkah outfit and wedding dress order. I came back a few weeks later with my fiancée and Bobby again helped him make the most beautiful Nikkah outfit (sherwani, shoes, turban). Bobby definitely delivered with the promised timeline, quality and care. My gown was beautiful and because of that I also ordered a veil to match my Nikkah outfit. If I could I would give them 0 stars. If this absolutely your last option I would even then think twice before I stepped into the shop again. Everything is good until you pay, after these your phone calls are not answered and customer service is non-existent. And no I am not a fake customer I have my invoice and can show proof of my visit and purchase. Any thing customize requested will not turn out to be what you asked for and instead of making an effort to fix it the owner will fight and argue with you. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you’re buying the outfit as is.

I flew from out of town to purchase outfits for my wedding from Poojas. My fiancé and I were able to find all our wedding outfits from the store. Knowing how detail oriented I am, Bobby worked with me to make sure every piece I purchased was exactly what I envisioned to custom order. All the staff went above and beyond for me to make sure everything was perfect, including the alterations. The store is not comparable to any others! So happy how my outfits turned out and can’t wait to wear them! I have never seen the level of quality, amazing pricing, friendly staff, and wide variety of Indian clothing anywhere else. As a minimalist bride, they helped make quality suggestions to ensure I was satisfied with the final design and product. Bobby and his team did some outstanding work for my custom wedding sherwani. They listened very intently to what we wanted and ensured everything matched with my now wife’s lehengas. We even stopped by shortly before our wedding for steaming and Bobby was very accommodating. Will be coming back again in the future!

1. You are feeling too good about yourself, but desire to be made to feel like trash.
2. You have experienced good customer service in the past, but want to experience really bad customer service.
3. You have not met arrogant business owners in the past and want to meet world class examples.
4. You are having good day, but really want to have a bad one.

Bobby was super helpful with creating my brothers custom made sherwani for his wedding. He was able to draw everything out and delivered exactly what we wanted, ON TIME! He also delivered my clothes to me on time, altered, custom made, and very well done. My family and I were extremely satisfied with the services and our clothes (and matching accessories) as well! Horrible customer service! Outfits have stains on them and are missing pieces. They tell customers that they know Manish Malhotra in India lol. Lavish is much better!

My cousin is getting married and we came here to purchase a lengha for her upcoming wedding, we were told we would have to wait few weeks for the item to come in, we paid for the lengha which was around $1K. We continued to look around for a second option, we had found a different lengha at a different boutique, we went back to get a refund and we were denied our own money. I would just like to point out there was no sign, stating the refund or exchange policy, and we were told then we would be allowed to do an exchange where we picked even a cheaper suit, he still didn’t let us pick the product chosen. He refuses to refund us or exchange our money despite the fact we didn’t even receive the item we paid for.

I am usually very picky but Bobby and his team was really amazing and because of them now I have my dream wedding outfit. One of the best purchase I have made. I am pretty sure I will b back again for more lovely outfits. I drove all the way from regina to do my wedding shopping, Bobby and his team totally made it worth it.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Bobby and his team! I came here to get one of my bridal outfits and ended up customizing an outfit by making some changes to a design that I liked. Bobby worked very closely with me and gave me his insight as well. He has a keen eye for detail and provided me with great feedback on the changes I wanted to make. He guaranteed when the outfit would be ready and it was here on time. Hello Guys, Just want to share my personal experience going twice here. Before going to this place I saw very bad reviews for the owner because of that I was very scared going to this place that what will happen " if I will decide at last that I may not be afford or If I want to switch to other boutique, if the owner misbehave or yell on us"- as mentioned in their reviews.
But after visiting and talking to him, just want to clear up that owner he is a very nice man.
He trys to understand his customers demand and the lady out there, she makes us feel friendly too and helps us in wise decision.
Let me clear out one thing, It's not that I purchased from his store that's why I am putting this review for him.
I didn't purchased anything as my occassion got postponed, It's just my genuine feelings for the owner.
So guys you can go and visit Pooja boutique without any fear in mind for the owner's behaviour. He is a very good guy and will help you in your decision.

I had the opportunity to work with Bobby and his team for my wedding in July 2020 during covid. I had purchased multiple outfits for my wedding events and Bobby was great at getting them to me on time even with the whole covid delays! All the dresses came exactly how I had imagined and were the perfect colour/quality. Bobby and his team made sure to alter the dresses to my fit, they were even open to alter a week before my wedding if I wasn’t happy with something. Very good customer service. Bobby is very friendly and very knowledgeable about designs/style, very helpful during the selection of dresses. Thanks again Bobby and Team for making beautiful dresses for all my events! I had an amazing experience with Pooja boutique. I was super stressed about ordering my wedding dress from Pakistan because of fitting and quality but when I went to Bobby he brought my dream dress vision to life and made exactly how I wanted it. Poojas was great! We showed a picture of a shervani we wanted custom made. We were quoted almost double at a different boutique. Poojas made it within our time frame and in the budget!
