Great service. This is my primary go-to shop now for tires. I've been using them for our fleet vehicles and never any issues.

Yesterday I made an appointment for 1030 today. When I got there Nick was behind the counter. He was very friendly and took care of things quickly while cracking a joke. Had my all season tires on within an hour. Good work and good service guys. Will definitely be back for all my future tire issues!

Rob did a great job of providing me two used tires for my 4x4.if you want to support local and work with a business that actually cares about their customers, give them a call. Was able to replace a pair of tires, swap the spare tire for a same day appointment for 80% of the price of a single new tire from the largest well known national chain. Poorboy staff will also do things like answering your phone call and make a same day appointment which was an impossibility for said chain. Winter tire swaps and storage at reasonable prices. Poorboy will be my first call for tires when needed next.

Most of the staff are friendly, the one older guy at the front isn't so much.always busy so don't think about dropping in for a quick patch or repair. Make an appointment or go across the road.

I woke up to a sliced tire on a cold Monday morning. The guys at Poorboy were super accommodating to book me in and to quickly get me on the road to get on with my day. The friendly service really helped when I was almost in tears trying to deal with this first thing in the morning. The shop put on a new set of tires. They were also able to correct a problem that we had that didn't have anything to do with the tires. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing new or used tires.everything was perfect when I got my vehicle back. This is my "go to" shop from now on. Today my tire blew out and I phoned 9 other places that all wanted to sell me 4 new tires for my all terrain vehicle all quoting $330+/tire. I came here by friends recommendation and immediately they found me a used exact same tire with Simular wear tread and installed immediately on the spot for $110. I’m so so happy! Amazing service. Happy customer.

Great service as always i called in the morning for a flat repair. Got me in about 4 hours later. Fixed it in like 20 minutes. Great place friendly staff. Keep up the great work guys.

Poorboy tire, these people are liars and you can't believe a freakin word they say. They sold me some Sailun tires. They told me those tires had a 90,000 km warranty on them against wearing out too fast and against manufacturer defects. When I tried to use that warranty, they told me my tires did not have that warranty on them and I misheard what they were saying. I will never do business with them again and i urge anyone to stay clear of them. It's a buyer beware market and you should beware of Poorboy tire. I had to choose 1 star in order to post. I give them zero stars and zero on service.

Reasonable prices, decent shop, clean waiting room and accurate timing on recalls.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, shop is busy consistently and offers on certain brands are very generous. Call in advance, appointment is recommended. Went in thinking I needed a new set, they showed me where the problem really was and saved me hundreds, even though I would never have known. Now on our third set of tires from this location, consistently excellent.

Fast and efficient employees. Know what they are doing and can get the job done with very reasonable rates. I had tire issues and they knew exactly what the problem was. Will definitely come back again for any other repairs or maintenance I may need. So should you!

The customer service surpass my expectation, they were friendly fast and very welcoming. The waiting room and washroom were clean and they were also very kind to the customer that walk in while I was waiting for my vehicle.

I bought summer tires from Poorboy this past summer and I couldn't be happier. The staff helped me choose a budget-friendly, performance tire for my Audi A4 and provided friendly, genuine service through the whole experience. I'm looking forward to getting some winter tires with them in the coming weeks!

Took my tire in to be repaired at Costco and was told they couldn’t repair it and that I would have to buy a new one. Came to Poorboy Tires and not only did they say they could successfully repair it, but the tire was still under warranty from the manufacturer! I will definitely be back in the future.

These guys gave me a smoking deal and I was in and out in no time. Never going anywhere but here.

My daughter and brother come here and have never left disappointed so I checked it out. Hooked me up with a tire and I was in n out in half hour!

This place is the bomb. Great service, best prices and lots to choose from. Very quick tire change and was changed by a very helpful LADY. Blew me away. I'll be baaaack.

I needed two used tires quickly to match my current depth after a puncture was too large to plug. Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. The used set I bought still had 60% of the tread and were only two years old which was great. By far the best pricing for used tires and they were able to book me in quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I went here because a friend of mine recommended this tire shop. Of course, I thought they assumed that a customer has no full knowledge about tires and rims. I was asking questions about the prices for my BMW X5's tires and rims. After he showed me one quote, I said that I'll think about it first, when I wasn't even done with my sentence, the guy working at the front without a mask threw my keys on the desk and then, another guy laughed at me. I don't know if they think that I don't deserve a good service from them maybe because I'm a woman or maybe because I'm a person of color. It wasn't the best experience. FYI for the guy who threw my keys, I had the $1800 you're asking me earlier for the 18-inch set, I could have bought it from you if you were just not rude to me. However, I realized that I'm not going to spend my money on you guys. By the way, I bought a set of 20-inch rims and tires from another tire shop (Tire Star) here in Calgary. The guy from Tire Star is way more approachable and informative than any of these arrogant men.

These guys were able to get me at the last second for a single tire replacement with an exact match! Excellent company, quality work and such affordable products. Highly recommend to go here for new or used. 100% honest work.

I been going to poor boy tires for 20 years and they never failed me the old owners where great and the new guys are awesome too! I brought my own tires many times and bought tires from them at times never had any problem! Just had to comment after reading all the positive feedbacks I will add mine too!

I had a front tire that was losing air and suspected that there was a nail in it. I took my car into Poor Boy early Friday morning. I expected the worst such as upselling of new tires or elevated prices for a used tire especially as a female customer. I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was helpful and offered to repair my current tire. I was in and out in 30 mins and paid $40 to remove a screw from my tire. I would recommend this business. Easy transaction and clean waiting area.

I was told I needed a tire replaced by another shop. Poor Boys repaired mine for less than $40.00. I am very pleased with their customer service.

I have purchased both new and used tires and have had many flat repairs done here and have found the service and prices to be excellent. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff make the experience fast and cost effective each time.

Had them mount and balance some used tires I bought privately, and subsequently bought a couple tires from them they installed and my truck had never driven so smoothly in years. I used to get a vibration around 110km/hr not anymore maybe its the tires they put on my front, I think its the balancing. Either way great service and workmanship.

The staff at Poorboy are absolutely phenomenal. Everytime I have a tire issue they've been so quick and accommodating to help me get back on the road safely. I will forever go out of my way to poorboy for my tire needs. The banter between the staff is amazing (and hilarious) also. Always nice when a business has such happy and friendly staff!

Very friendly service, which I appreciated because I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to cars. I was also happy that they were honest with me about how I didn't need a service, so I ended up saving some money in the end. I thought I needed a service but they informed me that it was totally unnecessary right now which saved me money when they could have just done the service anyways and made more money at my expense. They were in a position to take advantage of my ignorance but didn't and I very much respect them for that.

Worked out perfect - needed just one tire for my son's car given a sidewall issue - somewhat unique size but they had three used tires available. Called in the AM, they had us in for the afternoon - mounted, balanced and shined at a very decent price.

When I called about tire install they told me 25 bucks a tire for after I told him what vehicle I had and what I needed done, showed up and looked at my vehicle said 45 bucks a tire. Changes as I arrive? No integrity.
