I'd received a Popeye's gc for Xmas so strolled over to the 104Ave location this afternoon. I'd never entered the store before, even though it's on my route to & from my gym.
Carson greeted me warmly & appeared eager to assist. He was well-informed about the pros & cons of comparatively similar products and efficiently completed my transaction.
Carson advised that GoodLife Fitness members receive Popeye's pricing incentives and encouraged me to open a Popeye's membership account which is free-of-charge.
I recommend checking out this Popeye's location. I intend to return!

This is the place to go for supplements. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and competent. The inventory is excellent and the prices are spot-on. We joke that when we move away again, we’ll make special trips to this location just for their products and services. Can’t recommend enough!

I had a wonderful experience with FAL, your excellent employee at your store on 104th Avenue in Edmonton. FAL was incredibly patient, friendly, and provided me with all the necessary information about the products. Their exceptional service influenced my decision to make a purchase, and I'm highly satisfied with it. FAL's approachable and knowledgeable demeanor made shopping enjoyable. I give you five stars. Just make sure to offer more incentive programs and discounts because there are many competitors in this field who can easily steal your loyal customers.

Knowledgeable staff who use the products. Great place to get and learn about supplements. I just started using supplements in my day again, and this place has everything I need. The guys will take the time to break down what they know about the products and even share their personal experiences with what worked for them. This is where I’ll be shopping from now on.

I'm just getting into other supplements as well you know vegetables fish oils things most people don't get enough of and instead of pushing to make a sale they let me know wich ones were more important for my diet and that if I come by next weekend they are having a sale on to save me bank just overall awesome customer service

Aman did a good job helping me with the products that I purchased (creatine and AA MRT). He was knowledgeable, answered my inquiries regarding other stuff that I am interested, he was also friendly.

Popeye's customer service is always top notch. Employees know what they are talking about when it comes to supplements and fitness. Definitely recommend to anyone into fitness who wants to know more about supplements!

Started recently going back here the other day since before Covid, Still a great selection of products at a great price, knowledgable staff, and a great location. I'll be back often whenever I need to restock my supplies.

This was my second visit to the store and it was wonderful.
First visit in the morning I came for questions and the guys helped me well and found it what I was looking for.
The second visit was also wonderful, thanks to Tearessa, she helped me and explained everything to me clearly and offered gifts as well.
I truly appreciate her help to get the appropriate products and get some useful info.

It was our first time going into a Popeyes supplement store and the gentleman working was very knowledgable and kind. He helped us finding the right products we were searching for. Will be recommending others to go there and we will be definately be going back there.

I was at the Downtown Edmonton Popeye's location on 104th on Saturday August 27 at about 2: 45pm. It was a great experience, the guy at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely come back, he was very knowledgeable and the store was very well stocked.

The person helping me was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with all of my questions.

The guy working there, Andrew, was such a nice guy. Super informative and friendly. I’m just starting working out so I’m really new to all this and Andrew really helped me figure everything out. He definitely knows his stuff and I’ll 100% be coming back

I received a text message that the BIG buy one get one 1/2 price sale was on. I went to stock up for the next few months. I was very disappointed that their inventory was so low. I ended up buying 1 box of protein bars only.

Why have a sale when you don't have inventory - they had 1 chocolate Mutant Protein in the whole store and no 6 lbs containers.

I ended up at S-ment K-g - It cost me a bit more but I was able to get what I wanted

Next time you have a sale please stock your shelves

The items I was looking for were available and the staff member at the desk (I think his name was Bryce but I could be wrong) helped me locate them. He was very helpful and friendly and those are some of the reasons I would recommend visiting that location and Popeye's Supplements in general. Excellent customer service is something they have always delivered imo.

Popeyes supplement store on the Westend on 170 street is the best place to buy all your supplements and the best prices too. Their sales are awesome. Staff are very knowledgeable. Clayton helped me this evening with the products I needed. He answered all my questions I had.

We came to this location looking for a specific product we usually buy at the Manning location & it was out of stock. The very helpful manager (I think) called two different locations to have the product shipped to our regular location for that same evening. My husband & I love Popeyes for all our supplements, any location we’ve been to the staff are friendly, knowledgeable & not intimidating. Thank you!

Excellent experience. The rep was very helpful in explaining the differences between some different protein powders and providing his feedback on items. The rep was very down-to-earth and easy to talk to.

When I first went here, I wheyed very little and lifted less. After much prayer at the TEMPLE OF IRON and many blessed supplements from Popeye's I am now blessed by Brodin with the capability to lift a baby elephant.

The staff here are always very helpful. They always ask if you need help as soon as you walk in but are never pushy. On my last visit, I talked to Zac for about 5 minutes as we compared different brands of preworkout and found one that best fit what I was looking for. Always excellent service and the best prices I’ve found anywhere in the city.

One of the things I really like about this location is that the staff answers questions in a real, non-arrogant way. That is key in a store with so many different products that you're bound to have questions.

I started following a keto diet about a month ago and have been buying all my supplies from Popeyes. The staff here are so very helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. And considering I'm in my 60s they are extremely patient!

I wish I could say I've had the same experience as others have shared. I've been here 3 times since September. The first time was good as the employee was attentive and taught me all about protein shakes and more. I went back a few weeks later to buy the protein shakes and BCAAs based on the first employees suggestions, but when I walked in I had a very different experience. A different employee was there but he was definitely not interested in selling me anything. He seemed more interested in taking inventory. I wandered the store for quite awhile and decided to leave with nothing because I needed a little refresher on what to choose but he was inattentive. He never even noticed I left. I went to the popeyes on the Southside instead and bought $250 worth of product there. The employee was much more attentive to helping me get exactly what I needed. Today I went back to the central location since I work close by to get some smaller items, but again the same employee doing inventory last time was working and did not greet me at all, or ask me anything. I helped myself, paid and left. Whatever it was he was working on at his computer was more important than the customer in the store. I'll just stick to the south store instead.

The customer service was outstanding. Greeting you as soon as you walk through the door. Their knowledge was amazing. Didn't try to just sell you a product that cost abunch of $$$. They listened to what my needs were and walked me through the products and found the product that suited me best.

Went during Customer Appreciation Days sale. The store was packed (as it always is during this sale) which is a pretty good indication of how well they are regarded beyond me. Despite the volume of people, staff made sure everyone found what they were looking for; and if they weren't sure what it was they needed staff answered their questions to help them get what was best for their particular situation. I have always found the staff to be courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional. It is one of the very, very few places I shop where Customer Appreciation Days are not just a gimmick. I've always felt appreciated at this Popeye's.

I have started going there because of the convenient location of the store. Ben has been very helpful and made some excellent suggestions. I was looking at several low-carb/keto products and he gave me his honest reviews which I really appreciated!

The deals here are crazy. If you time it right there is no reason to go to any other supplements store.

I came into this location about 4 days ago looking for some new products to try. The staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable, and said I would see results in about 2-3 days and I can notice the results. I highly recommend this location.

Wow! These guys are great, I mean I've been to a few different popeyes other than this one and to be honest they are all awesome. I live close to Popeyes Central so that's my store. If your looking for training advice, advanced, beginner, or intermediate these guys are packed with professional knowledge and advice. If you are coming in to by product for you goals these guys are the place to head to, everything is always fresh and freshly stocked, they stay on point with what consumers are buying.you don't get haggled or confused like some other shops around town. GNC. Muscle Max ect. When you leave you will have likely gotten a discount or collected some Popeyes bucks.which are now digital meaning they don't hand them out anymore but go towards your next purchase or your current one if you so choose. Once your there you can set up an account if you like and are kept in loop about all there up and coming sales via your email. I would like to stress one personal thing that applies to me and maybe you.these guys/gals are very patient and will leave you feeling happy and satisfied when you walk out the door. They do take care of everyone, but if you are a regular costumer they do take care of there own, and like anything familiar after a while it will feel like your home shop. The staff at Popeye's Edmonton Central are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products they sell. It's not intimidating to walk in and chat with them at all, no judgey looks from the people more physically fit than us. It's more like they're just excited to help you become the best version of yourself and encourage your journey towards being physically fit and healthy, which is the kind of motivation and encouragement anyone who is hitting their plateau or has fallen out of a routine really needs. Thanks for making it such an easy and painless experience. Oh, and the dude who is built like a tank, I think his name is Ben or Sven or something - he's a good apple. Ask him questions and he will steer you in the right direction.
