Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered for my break at work. The order took more than 1 hour and half to get ready online and my food was cold and service is really bad to the point where the dasher had to wait in queue line and eventually leave and cancel my order. I will never order anything from you guys and will never recommend to anyone. You guys need to work on your staff and customers service.

It was Monday afternoon and the indian girl at the counter was so nice. But the problem is she told me I can have 3 chickens for $11, I was suspicious but maybe it's just a promo while eating the chicken the smell of those is really bad and when I opened all of them something's wrong as you can see on the pictures its like chicken has blisters like plus the smell is really disgusting. I didn't complain to anyone but after 30mins when I left the store I got a stomachache. So if you're planning to eat here think twice. Management should check their stocks.

Everything was great at the store, amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Specially Sanjana.

Me and my Hubby went into this location tonight, Best Chicken place ever.

Best place for a burger when you cant eat grease. And want real chicken.

The girl who works here named Allysa (we hope is the right spelling) so sorry girl if its not! She was great at her job. Definitely should give that girl a raise she deserves it.

Always great, super tasty food, only downside is you'll feel like you have taken a month of your life expectancy, after each meal. Well worth it!

There seems to be several of the black things that are exceptionally hard and felt like broke my teeth probably won't get the coleslaw again

I got chicken nuggets. Best nuggets I have ever had. Chicken was cooked perfectly. I really wish Popeyes releases chicken nuggets that are spicy or canun flavored.

Poor customer service.
I ordered chicken tenders with fries, they didn't send the fries and when I complained they asked me to pay for delivery.

This location has great staff. HAPPY PEOPLE. I usually visit this location 3-4 times a week since they have opened and they have never disappointed me. Thank you

Fried chicken chain store template. Obviously don't go here if you want to eat healthy or count calories. Did not notice quality variation over the many months I have gone here. Their spicy chicken sandwich and the tender platter are my go-to meals from this place.

Some nice big pieces of chicken. Very tasty chicken and sides. Only negative was that our phone-in order, ordered well on advance, was not ready at the time promised so we had to wait another 15 additional minutes.

Good fast food chicken restaurant the staff were quick and the food was pretty good. A little greasy for me but still enjoy my chicken meal.

First time trying Popeyes. Spicy chicken burger was all around good. Staff member was friendly and welcoming. Would go again.

2 out of 3 things I ordered were incorrect at my recent drive through visit (wrong chicken tenders count, gave me all sauces except the one I asked for, forgot my kids meal - when they did give me the kids meal, they messed up the side and also the nugget count). I also didn't get a receipt.
The 2 previous times I've been here, they messed up my order too.
Do yourself a favor and find another fried chicken place in Calgary. The food is good though.

Ever since I first tried a Popeye's in the US, I have ranked Popeye's the best among fast food fried chicken. There's a reason why there is a line up at the first Popeye's on forest lawn.

We always get their spicy chicken which has crispy skin and tender juicy meat. Their fries are flavorful and never disappoints.

Best yet, they finally brought over the spicy fried chicken sandwich and its as awesome as the one I had in Houston. It's a great chicken sandwich for a fast food joint.

Usually we must to wait long for our food but here was fast, and also everyone were friendly there.

Quick and efficient is what I can sum up my experience as. The food tastes7ch better than KFC. The Popeyes "sandwich" is better than most places, it has pickles which makes it stand out if you enjoy the added favour. Loved the taste of fries and onion rings with spices. It did not leave an oily after taste. Worth the money. Overall I will go again!

Food is good but the service is TERRIBLE. We went through their drive thru and had to go back. Drinks were wrong, we were missing food, drive through was SLOW. When we went back to get the rest of the food that was missing, the manager and staff all passed around the receipt and whispered and laughed before fixing our food order.

The best fried chicken hands down! I was disappointed that the ghost Pepper wings weren't spicy though. To be fair, the kind of food I find spicy would hospitalize some people

If you're craving fried chicken woth a lil kick this will hit the spot. I love the gravy with the bits of chicken in it and it goes with the biscuit and fries. I will also say this if you try one thing this year try "the chicken sandwich"! It really is the best fast food, I would say restaurant chicken sandwich I've ever had.

They are very busy at the store and just need to watch their orders. I have got the wrong order a few times. However, they make it right each time. The food very good though! Love the new chicken sandwich.

Every time we order, there is a different bizarre problem with the order that we can’t anticipate. The most recent time I even called to ask them to make sure the most common ways they mess it up were accurate. The order showed up via Skip and was still not accurate in that way, and had two other issues with it as well.

We try and go all the way to get it instead so we can check the order before we take it home, but it’s so inconvenient. PLEASE get a better system for checking orders you guys.

They seemed like hard workers when I went here. I got my food at a decent time when I went inside even though the drive-through had over 6 cars waiting (they were pretty busy). The most important part.the chicken and biscuits were delicious.

The so called amazing chicken sandwich was like Calgary Flames last season. Lots of potential but just didn't quite deliver. Still solid but I will stick with the strips. The 2.99 shrimp add on promo was top shelf though!

On a late night out, they missed 1 of the 4 platters we ordered, but we went back quickly and they very quickly rectified the situation. They apologized for and issues and we found it to be an understandable mistake for a late night order. Everything was good, just double check you have everything before you leave, they'll help you out.

This is the best chicken option in Calgary for the ones that maintain Halal diet. The chicken is tender, well marinated, and top of all, very affordable.

he combos are a bit odd at times. For instance, I wanted Ghost Pepper tenders, but it's only came with wings. Then I wanted the Voodoo tenders, but they didn't come in 5pc, nor did they have Voodoo dip: only a slight drizzle as is. Why so limited?
They'd make more money having greater options, while also satisfying people more. It seems win-win.
Hopefully they relax a bit in the future. All I'm asking for is more sauce!

Not one of the better fast food places I've eaten at. Service was friendly but the food was far from it. Chicken sandwich was cold and flavorless, gravy was cold. First and last time for me.

Chicken, red beans and rice and the Mac and cheese were all great. The fries were cold and kind of old though. Ordered a 4 piece meal, got home, only had 3 pieces, but phoned the restaurant and they offered to make it right next time i come in, which is all I ask for really, mistakes happen

Every time I purchase food here, a "mistake” is made. Three times to count I have been given stale chicken and then apologized too. Yes you want to get rid of it and not waste it but i clearly stated I wanted fresh pieces while ordering. March 19 at 2: 25 ish they will rather be talking about the baby who visited them at work that does not eat vegetables than getting my order correct. I shouldn’t have to be eating chicken at the furthest end of the dining area, hearing the workers talking about vegetables after only eating 3 pieces of chicken when I paid for 4. But vegetable jokes aside I’d be back for more chicken since this is the nearest Popeyes to my house, but please get my order right

First time here and it was a disappointment. I ordered the chicken the lady said it will be five minutes. I said okay. No problem. When I pulled up to the window to Get my order. They said it will be 7 to 10 minutes. The lady just kept on looking back and looking at me and looking back to get advice. She didn’t even offer to get a manager. This will be the last time I show up to this location.

Tonight I bought 3 piece combo and did find pieces were too small, even drum stick was about equal to my little finger. Looks like they are using baby chicken.

Definitely over rated. Chicken is aight.nothing special really. Gravy have an after taste. Definitely not for me. The bread thing is okay when fresh. When i took it home and eat at home, got hard and not good anymore. Would highly recommend fritou insteadd
