I have got delicious food there, the service was very quick and food quality was up to the mark.

Amazing experience today! A nice young gentleman believe his name started with a d? Was very helpful and surprisingly very nice. The combo was absolutely delightful and very filling for a nice yummy dinner

Disappointed!
We ordered 3 spicy pieces and 1 non spicy for my toddler. They gave us all 4 spicy ones. And there was one piece super super DRY worse than a left over.

The food was amazing, service was quick and mind-blowing. The girl at the front helped me with the menu and also suggested me good deal!

Good food, chicken was tasty and not greasy like the other finger lickin chicken place. Never had any issues at this place.

Service is quick and the employees do their job, some are really nice and some are neutral. Definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd and the last time I went there because it was a hope that 3rd time is a charm. The chicken was cooked from outside but still frozen from I side. I was very disappointed because that was for my kids that I was picking up from school.
They just need to ask the customer to wait and cook the chicken at lower temperature for longer time instead of cooking or over cooking outside and frozen or water inside.
Customer service was good the person was very professional while taking the order and at the window.

Who knew there was a place that made you actually want to eat the skin on the chicken DAMN IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! Lengthy wait but so worth it! I will definetely be back!

Not good people where ignorant and they gave me the wrong food didn't want spicy they gave me spicy I said not spicy three times service was s***not too sure how any of those people got a job sickening

Very disappointed as I ordered a family meal yesterday from drive thru for dinner, made myself a plate and as I was taking a bite into a piece of chicken I noticed a strand of hair it was under the the skin on the chicken. I tried to call the restaurant but no answer, I’ve also sent a message and no response. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

$35 Family Meal is a treat! 10 pcs chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. For dipping sauces, we chose Blackened Ranch, Buttermilk Ranch and Bayou Buffalo.

Best Popeyes’s in the city hands down. I live about a 20 minute drive from this location but it’s always so worth it to come here, versus any other location. My food is always delicious and fresh every time, and I have never had any issue with the quality of service or the staff getting my order wrong. Highly recommend!

It was my first visit in this restaurant, I was travelling to Winnipeg from Vancouver and my family said we need to try Popeyes chicken and it was really good specially staff. They were really nice and polite. Thanks

I really like this place.their staff members are very friendly and their service are really very good. I went there with my family n everyone likes this place and food. Specially spicy bone-in chicken was very good.

This was my first and will be my last visit at this Popeyes. I had a coupon which I explained, but after explaining more than 2 times, they told me to just drive up.

They asked me what side I wanted, and I said fries, they told me I could have another side. When I asked what their other sides were, they said other than fries they only have mash potatoes. Which I thought was odd, but didn’t argue. Now looking at the Popeyes online menu, they have way more sides than what they told me! For drinks, I asked what drinks they had available, then they just read me my total! Like my drinks were completely random! They also didn’t ask what dipping sauces I wanted, so that was a surprise too. When I got home, the meals were missing a side anyway!

Horrible service! And very rude workers. Won’t be recommending this to any of my friends or family. Please do better!

Food was good.need more staff they were swamped between drive thru and people inside was a long wait. They need too look at getting new drink tray holders it has a hard time holding 4 drinks really flimsy!

Wanted to try the new spicy chicken sandwich. I don't think I will try it again, the batter on top was very brittle if that makes sense. I was comparing it to the spicy chicken sandwich at KFC I think I prefer that one over popeye's.

They couldn't get an order done correctly and their chicken sandwich was as bad as KFC'S. The one in Red Deer was better!

Took forever to get through the drive through, customer service wasn't very good, and a bit over priced. $18 for a 4 piece meal.like come on!

It's halal must try this - full of fun delicious meal and friendly staff. Always have special combo deals my kids love it and me too speciallly Kajun chicken free paeking free handicap parking handicsp access neat n clean customer washroom. Drive through. Dine in or take out. Sales associates are amazing always welcome with smile

I ordered a family meal had to wait 15 minutes for them to make fresh chicken. While I waited, they served all the chicken they had pre-made to people that came in for individual small orders. Then when they put together my order they put the last piece of old chicken in with the fresh.

If they don't have the side ready don't ask for a refund on the side part and drink.they treat you terribly. I agreed on the burger part and the manager was upset about having to refund the difference for a side and a drink and having to pay for a burger portion.

Ordered southern style fish and chips and fried chicken.with corn on the side. Staff were friendly and courteous.family friendly place.

Longest wait I have ever had in a fast food restaurant foods good but it's managed like garbage. 20 min for 2 chicken burgers? Figure it out guys not happy and will not be returning.

Corn wasnt treat butter was frozen but overall good experience. We came for popcorn chicken but they didnt have any. Weird for a chicken place

I Went to this location to buy chicken for dinner coz im tired to cook. But so dissapointment and fissed off i ordered 8 pcs chicken but whent cane home and open the box im only have 6 pcs what going on they dont know how to count or what i really nad specialky when i call no want answer the phone. So Calgarian watch out when you buying or ordering in this location they not giving you a right amount of your order. Pks make sure you check before you left. So angry never again going to this location.

I finally got a chance to try Popeye's chicken for the first time and was really disappointed. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and onion rings and I am sorry to say that the only part of my meal that was good were the canjun fries. The onion rings were cold and hard. *horrible* the bun for the sandwich was hard so I actually had to eat just the chicken with the lettuce and tomato. After all they hype for this place I am sure that we will NOT be going back!

I give this place 5 stars, when i lived there a year and a half ago the food was great and so was the service. Loved the chicken and the fries. Great for a quick bite.
Id recommend this place just cause i love fried chicken and miss Popeyes lol

Food is delicious but. I went in for lunch with my kid on Easter Monday at around 1: 00 PM. We waited in line for over 10 minutes until they asked. "we can only take orders for those paying cash as the machine is offline". So the person in front of me left, and I stepped up to the till. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender platter and a popcorn shrimp platter. The price came up to $25.18. I told the cashier that I had only $25 in my wallet. The cashier insisted $25.18, or reduce your order.are you kidding me.first of all your machine is offline and there was no notification to your customers, secondly, it is only $0.18 versus a higher surcharge of using a credit card. The lady behind me said to me, "are you serious, for $0.18, on top of that, why did they not mention they machine was offline earlier, I have been waiting in line for a while". We left, and were followed by the lady and the customer behind her. I am extremely disappointed in the service from the front line staff.

I made a order with mashed potatoes and they gave us 2 orders of gravy. Shrimp is fried too much. Please get your orders Right.

It was very cold inside. The service was okay. Some food items cold. A sauce was missed but given when asked.

Nice to have another variety of fast food restaurants but it's just that fast food. Good for what you pay for

Restaurant was unclean. Service was slow. Management too concerned with protecting bottom line profit. Understaffing so employees are overworked. Told to call ahead if I want a family meal as they don't have any hot and ready during later hours as they are too concerned about controlling food waste costs. Sorry but I'm not willing to cooperate with the call ahead program to ensure your profit. I'll go to one of the many other competitors that value my business and prioritize my convenience by having their menu items available during all business hours. Popeye's priority is clearly their own profit as that's what the manager recommends, call ahead because they will not risk wasting chicken by having it ready and it takes 20 minutes if you don't call ahead. You won't have any food waste I suppose, but you won't have my business either. You decide what's most important. Some people are more patient but I can't wait 20 minutes for "fast food" sorry.

Food quantity and quality sucks. After showing me holiday special of 10 pieces with 2 sides and 5 biscuits, for $33, in the order there were 4 wings, 3 legs to make up the order. When complained about it, I was told that I have to pay extra for larger pieces even though there is no mention on display that this order will have small pieces. Chicken was, it appeared, re-fried as meat was like rubber. Took 2L coke which was also warm. They did not have cold one.

Good location but foods not as good as Fritou, Chicken on The Run or KFC.
Their drive through windows/screens do not work when it's cold outside for some reason. They must have had at least 15 ppl working in the kitchen and still had to wait 15 mins for a few pieces of chicken and some fries.

The food was delicious, but I waited over an hour for my order. I came in at opening time. They use an order number queue and were serving people who arrived well after I did before they called my number. For example, I was order 32 and they were calling order 50 at the same time they were calling mine. I'm willing to understand that larger orders take time but it was ridiculous. The kitchen management was the worst I've ever seen.

Food was great, sevice was ok, layout of the restaurant is terrible, nowhere to wait after you order.everyone crowded around till area. Worst layout I've seen, makes it very uncomfortable.

The food is awesome as of most of its other locations, but not an ideal place for dinning in, that is not the best area or best part of the city of Calgary.

No doubt, I love poyayes chicken but my last visit was disappointed. I ordered chicken nuggets to go, I was super hungry but when reached home I found its was 15-16 pieces of really small Nd hard pieses.may be she (a lady in green shirt) gave me leftover.it was really disappointing.

I was talking about this place to a friend this afternoon she has never been there. I find is fantastic chicken especially the spicy really recommended
