2 times now I've went there for lunch the open sign was on both times first time they wouldn't serve us second time we went in and they wouldn't make any food and there wasnt enough chicken for what we were ordering and I even left for lunch break early today.realized the drive through sign just says open 24hrs a day but either way terrible business practice and 2 days now without having a lunch hopefully the owner sorts this out

Popeyes is usually pretty good, unfortunately on my last visit, they had served me chicken that was a bit on the colder side, maybe it sitting on there warming tray for bit and it wasn't hot enough.

My experience with this restaurant was beyond frustrating. Not only did they close early, but when I called to inquire, they hung up on me. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service.

I ordered 12 pc chicken, when I came home it was just 10pcs.but overall everything is very good.

Great, kind-hearted servers and quick service. I've come here a few times and I haven't had to wait any more than 10 minutes for my meal. I appreciate being told to wait for new chicken or my side because it's always fresh and hot and makes feel a little special. 9/10 would reccommed this Popeyes location.

I was driving through Alberta and decided to stay in Edmonton for a night and then I came across this popeyes right beside my hotel. This is the first time I experienced Popeyes in Alberta. I was extremely amazed with the service even though it was just a manager (tall guy sorry don't mean to be rude but didn't catch his name) and a girl were helping each other constantly and I waited for my food for 10 minutes but I could definitely say "It was worth to wait". And I got a complimentary Pie as well. Nothing could be better than this humble service and their efforts. Hats off

I ordered online, and when i arrived, I had to wait 50 min minutes in total for my order to be ready because they didn't have chicken

Third time in a row that they've missed something in my order. This time is was BOTH biscuits that come with the chicken nuggets combo, last time it was the dipping sauces, time before that was the biscuits too.guess i have to thoroughly search my bag before leaving each time, every time i don't they miss something

This is my favorite Popeyes in the city. Always friendly and always accurate with your order.

I am so disappointed in this location. It used to be a great place for a good deal on good food. But the last few times I’ve been there the service is unorganized and our order is always missing something. This last time, we were missing an order of fries and the sauces we ordered for our chicken tenders. Also, many items are much smaller than they used to be. The chicken tenders were a half or even a third of the size and so we’re the popcorn shrimps. We likely won’t be eating here again. Very disappointed.

So disappointed in the service at this location. Told us there would be a wait for our preferred order so we changed what we wanted. We ended up waiting 15 mins anyway and then they forgot a portion of our order. No apologies and more waiting!

I really loved the food and the employees were nice the environment was also very great and friendly.

First time visitors, food was very tasty, price for family was very reasonable, and portions were very good. A bit greasy, but c'mon, this is fried chicken. Even the white meat was soft and juicy! Only downside is difficulty parking with an RV trailer, bet even that was just a short walk

I have been here a number of times and the food is always very good. The accuracy of the order never is. They have missed something on my order a couple times, but usually they didn't charge me for it, or it was a biscuit, so whatever. Recently we went through the drive through as usual and ordered $65 of food for the family. There were supposed to be 5 meals. At the window I checked with the lady the full order, she read it all back to me and then told me "it is all in the bag". So great. Then we get home and there is a missing 3 piece tenders. I called up, and they took my info and told me to come back another time. So on my return trip I chose to order more food for the kids. So I order that and then after some communication problems, they gave me the 3 pieces of chicken. This is not customer service, this is just the legality of giving me what I paid for. Nothing more, and I had to return in order to receive it. I worked fast food myself for 4 years and during that time I learned that when a customer returns to get the food we missed, customer service is doing something extra. Not just the bare minimum and handing them the food they paid for.

They are really great at doing their job even though it is a very busy restaurant from what I noticed. They are always honest on the wait times and ask if it’s okay with you. Thanks for the good service.

I love how attentive the customer service is at this location, foods always great! You can never go wrong with the delta minis!

I visited this location for lunch as I had coupons in the mail.
We grabbed the 2 can dine coupon for chicken sandwiches with a choice of sides and a drink.
I chose the regular crispy chicken sandwich, onion rings and ice tea. The chicken sandwich was great! BUT the onion rings was gross! You can tell it was old.it was not crispy, it was oily and all together not edible. What a disappointment. I was looking forward to crispy onion rings!
The service could have been more organized as I was asked several times by 3 different people what my order was at the window.
I may just go back for the Crispy chicken sandwich!

Ordered a 12 dollar sandwich combo and was given literally 14 small french fries as a side. I asked why all three orders of fries were as such, and just got a deadpan stare in response. The service is sub par.

Advise you to find a different location.

I come here often. This time was pretty bad though. Cashier repeated what I said to me, then still managed to enter it wrong, didn't get to find that out until 20 minutes later when I got my order. Paid $4.50 extra for Large fries, there was no more than the regular would have had in the box. So just stolen money there.

Poutine gravy was cold. The chicken was not cooked enough. Very disappointed. Our first visit to a Popeyes. Also our last.

Got there they weren't accepting to dine in apparently they are short staff so we had to drive thru because that nakes a difference apparently, then order through drive thru and they say they are out of fries! So what's the point of having the place open when dining in isn't available and what I want to eat isn't available! I'm extremely disappointed!

Missing a gravy in our order, I won't be writing a review if they just answer their phone. Even leaving a voicemail doesn't work.
