When i enter the restaurant the store are very clean the crew member are so friendly also the manager, i reccomend this restaurant to my friends 100% best chicken ive ever had.

Absolutely outstanding! Probably the best there is. The chicken sandwiches are massive and stuffed with tender chicken. Worth the extra cost!

The cashier who took our order was wonderful! She was very helpful, friendly and thorough with our food order. From beginning till the end she even double checked our order before calling my name to pick up my food. The price was very reasonable too especially when using their website offers. Great experience, and food quality was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend it.

They gave us like rotten rock hard shrimp popcorn. 3 of us all got sick after we ate, tried not to complain. I was so disgusted that I couldn't even make a complaint. That was a month ago. I'm finally able to talk about it.

Really good chicken and shrimp. The Cajun gravy is what you want. Skip the fries for biscuits and gravy instead. The beans and rice are bland and perfect with gravy! Their chicken strips are good too. Everything is signature - when you want spicier you go Popeyes.

Disgusting. I regretted it after I ate it it's gross. Look at all the 1 star reviews it sums the place up nasty.

The cajun poutine has the perfect amount of spice in the gravy.the fries are not too salty like McDonald's fries it feels like your eating a bowl of spicy gravy the fries are not that greatly seasoned and if cajun seasoning is suppose to be spicy I can't taste that on the fries.

I purchased a family meal of 16 pieces on November 7 at Popeyes 9934-137 Ave store 12321. When I opened a box of chicken, a piece of hair was attached to a piece of chicken. It was disappointing because we have experienced a loss of a family member and I was too tired to cook! I left a couple of messages and no one got back to me yet! I saved the hair sample just in case someone cared to return my phone call.

Staff is rude. They actually packed a combo other than what I had ordered (something we were allergic to) and didn’t take responsibility. Instead, manager insisted it was me who ordered the wrong thing.

This is the worst popeyes ever. Don't waste your time. You will always be waiting 40 minutes to get your food. Take yourself to the next closest popeyes in st albert. Only another 7 minute drive. They are quick, the food is always fresh and great customer service.

Chicken is amazing and crunchy, not greasy inside, biscuts mashed potatoes n gravy and corn on the cob all very delicious

The server needs to change the attitude of working and serving customers because some of the servers being very rude and less professionally.

The staff is friendly, and this location is very clean. Have tried almost everything off the menu, and the food has been spot on.

Waited 35 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken as the person behind the til took 10 order before going to prepare them all in a batch. Absolutely unacceptable service, would never return.

Always awesome! Crispiest, tastiest chicken you can get. And I love that the sides are so different from the usual offerings. Especially the red beans and rice - my personal favorite.

I love popeyes food but man this is the slowest most disorganized popeyes. You can go the claireview one and be 3 to 5 minutes end to end. This one your usually waiting 10 to 15 to order (as was the case tonight) and then another 5 to 15 for your food. As others have mentioned not sure why this location is soo slow. Better off going to clareview or downtown one.

This is the most poorly run place ever. They only ever have one person doing both taking orders and packaging chicken and there is always a wait time for mild chicken. This is just poor management and/or being too cheap to staff appropriately.

This place takes particularly long to have your food ready. Where other Popeyes its a couples minutes at this location expect to wait 10 + minutes

I just don't get it, overpriced for the amount of food you don't get. How is this place so busy yet so slow at the same time? Do many better choices that don't charge an arm and a leg for 6 fries in your combo haha.

There food is amazing and the employees are really kind and treat u with respect. I really recommend this restaurant as it has a taste of tradition.

The layout is poor for social distancing. They coral delivery drivers to the side, in front if the drink machine. Where customers have to go to fill their drinks. Then the customers have to double back across the front line, unable to social distance from other customers. There’s no drive-thru, so there’s no drink machine behind the front counter. It’s a constant effort in futility, and the staff are constantly barking at customers and driver’s alike.

There is a separate door that driver’s come in with the kitchen door facing it. Why not hand food out that way so people don’t have to crowd on top of each other at the soda machine? You’ve had twelve months, this isn’t rocket surgery.

They prioritize deliveries (skip and uber) over those who drove to pick up the food for themselves. I’ve been waiting for 30mins, the line is not moving. But skip and uber don’t wait more than 2 mins

Dined there once before, wasn't bad but quite slow. Decided to give them another shot today, Holy smokes. If you recall the DMV scene in zootopia you might remember Flash the super star behind the counter. I do believe he was faster. The employees were incredibly slow moving and did not seem to care about engaging customers at all. I waited no less than 15 minutes in front of the till for someone to even acknowledge us to take our order let alone wait for food.

I counted 4 parties in front of us waiting forever for their orders and five behind us. All waiting angrily in line for someone to bother to take an order or at the very least tell us they were behind for whatever reason.

Horrible experience and no care from staff members about engaging customers due to a wait. Ended up leaving after the 15 minute mark of waiting (timed it to be sure) without ordering anything as I was not confident the food would be out and ready before a half hour wait.

Usually a KFC kinda guy as I like a little spice in my coatings, however the regular chicken was delicious and fresh and crunchy. We tried the combo of regular and spicy chicken. The spicey chicken lacked the crunch and freshness of the regular chicken and didn't really enjoy whatever spice they use to obtain the heat. Found the breasts a little dry tbh. Fries were fresh and good. Mac and cheese is a hard pass as it's just macaroni with a liquid cheese added to it, if you like that you'll enjoy it. The buns were good.

Good food, very bad service. Came in at lunch on a week-day and had to wait 30 minutes for my food. For some reason they think handling the skip the dishes and uber eats orders are more important than helping the people standing in the store. They made a 90 year old man wait over 30 mins for his food while handling the delivery orders, no respect.

The manager shouldn't be scolding guests about social distancing unless you're actually going to enforce social distancing. I was called out in front of 15 other guests because I was in the wrong area of the restaurants.please take the time to train your managers proper customer service. I will not be coming back to this Popeyes ever again I know that probably doesn't mean anything to you. What an absolute joke to be called out for social distancing during a global pandemic when you have 15 customer bumper to bumper so close but a managers calls me out. If I could rate you zero I would.

Been here a few times. On our recent visit, the store wasnt that busy so when ate on site. The supervisor came over and asked about our experience, which surprised me because no other fast food restauramt does this!

The chicken sandwich I had wasn't done probably. First of all the was no sauce on my sandwich, chicken was little salty and the bun was saggy

I very much enjoyed going to that place even though it was take up the food was absolutely fantastic I would recommend it to anybody and I love the smiles that were on the employees faces even though they had a mask on

The best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The chicken is juicy and tender. And their biscuits are delicious.

Daaaam there chicken sandwich is good, love it with extra pickles on the spicy version, one thing I have to mention though is that this is the 4th time we ordered popcorn shrimp and the forgot to put cocktail sauce in the bag, not a biggie as the shrimp are good on their own but we do love them with cocktail sauce.
Everything was hot fresh and tasty like one expects from here and they have not failed to do so, keep up the good work.

They have really good food.there is always a really long wait around dinner time so if you want some good fried chicken and apple pies you need to come a lot earlier. This is a very good location

Chicken was cooked PERFECTLY! Nice and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside! THE BEST fried chicken I have ever had! This was the first time trying their food and I'm hooked!
I was there during a dinner rush and the staff did an amazing job working as fast as they could! I will definitely be back!

Excellent as always. Chicken is always good and crispy. And the chicken burgers are the best. Popeyes blows jolibee out of the water. Jolibee sucks and way to expensive

Poor customer service. Was told I would get thigh, leg, wing and breast piece. Picked up my food came home and it was just breast and thigh.

It's good food and all but waited 15 minutes to order, then another ten for food. Would have been good if it was warm but mediocre at best.

Very rude staff, no customer services at all. Poor communication.you need to teach your staff how to respect other people

Had to wait 10 min for pies and then watch the employees goof around in the mean time talking in some other language, once my pies were done they had a drink then touched their mask to re position it then picked up my food with said dirty hands and packaged it up like no one would notice this is why you have tongs, to avoid contact with people food, it pretty sad I had to ask for a refund, so called manager seemed not to care gave my money back without any remorse

A local option that hand-makes their whole menu, is just as long of a wait. I much rather go there.

The quality of popeyes at this location so so bad. I called and told the manager at the time that and he did not care. Such poor customer service and also their chicken is just not fresh. This is a bad popeyes.

I dont know why they dont take orders by phone the Email dose not work.they like to make it hard to order.
