The staff was very welcoming and immediately asked if they could help me find something. I was looking for creatine so right away the associate directed me to ones on sale, pointed out higher quality/cleaner products, how many uses I’d get and explained the best product for quality and my money. Wow! Sold!
The associate at the cash register asked how my day was while he was ringing up my sale. He then thanked me for coming in and said he hoped I had a great experience at Popeyes.
Before my visit to Popeyes I was at a different supplement store. I decided to walk out after being in there for 15 min without a single associate coming to help me. I decided to make the extra drive to Popeyes to get what I needed. What a difference in service! Thanks to the guys at Popeyes for making me feel like a valuable customer.

They had chalk and the dude working was extremely helpful and even gave me samples:) they don’t sell chalk bags though

Staff acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store. They were friendly and able to provide information regarding protein products that helped us find exactly what we were looking for!

This company has the right stuff for competing in todays market. If you can't get to a store and you need to shop online the company has all the means to do that easily and efficiently.
Spend your money locally and don't bother with "the company" that has put so many local stores and businesses out of business.
Not only is the ordering easy but I ordered a couple of things in the afternoon and I received them the next day. Even faster than that "other company".

This place is a good ol' supplement shop. I was able to find my normal protein powder and bars. Hopefully they have some more sales when I come back through and need protein.

I went in for plant based protein and the guy there was sooooo friendly and helpful. They had a good selection and he was quite knowledgeable about each one: flavour, protein and fiber content, etc. He made a few recommendations but then left me to make my own choices without hovering or being pushy.
He offered a free shaker cup and was just very pleasant and positive. Educated me on their rewards system and wished me a good day - just an overall great experience!

First time in a supplement store. Lucas was very helpful recommending a product, and even gave me a discount before the Black Friday sale because the product was going on sale the next week. He didn't have to do that, but that's exactly how you keep new customers. It's also dope to get a free shaker. I'm happy I skipped out on Amazon. Can you dig it?

Always friendly and helpful staff there. The store is well maintained, very clean. It also smells delicious in there, mildly sweet and fruity. I admit it usually makes me a bit hungry. I like the layout, easy to see everything. Wide range of products available. Regular priced items are very reasonable, while the sales they have are pretty amazing, and they always have some kind of sale going on. I've have been coming here for years.

Coming into the store, I was assisted and helped by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store was well stocked with a variety of products from many brands. There is a sample bar that is currently closed at this time, however, will be nice to try some of the products before purchasing.

I normally order through the website but I needed something on short notice so I decided to pop into the nearest location to me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered help to find what I was looking for. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I’ll likely be visiting in store more often as I would have ordered the 2nd option if I went online but it was fully explained why the option I left with was better.

To be honest, I forgot about Popeyes. I went in there looking for a product. Not only did I find it, they had it cheaper than other places! Amazing service and very knowledgeable! I am so glad I went in there again! I would recommend them any day!

Popeye's is hands down the best supplement chain out there! The staff are extremely knowledgeable. The location I frequent, Mackenzie Town, is always well stocked, very clean and if the product I'm looking for isnt available, the staff always know what product I can use to replace my regular supplement.

The two products i was looking for were available. And the guy who helped me (I assume is the owner) was very knowledgeable, he was able to answer my questions about the products i bought. This is the first time i visit this location, it's pretty big, clean and organized. Will definitely be my store to go for my future purchases.

Overpriced when it comes to protein. I usually buy 5lbs of diesel protein for $119 but found you can get 2lb on amazon for $22. Some quick math shows that I can get 1lb more for less than half the cost.

I was browsing for some fat burners, I've been using Magnum products but wanted to try something different. Colton showed me the top 3 fat burners and explained the difference of each one. I ended up buying the one that had the least amount of stimulants. Thanks Popeye's & Colton! The customer service was excellent. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd come back just because of her but the store is also very nice, neat and well stocked. One suggestion I have is to get another option for women's vitamins. The only one's I found for my gf were the progressive ones which she can't have. Thank you.

I really enjoyed coming to this store. I am 30 pounds overweight and my husband is very large. We have been trying very hard to live a healthy lifestyle and lose weight. Often when we go to other stores like this we are made to feel very uncomfortable because we clearly don't belong, however we did not experience this at this store. We really appreciate this and will be going back. Which will be the first time going back to a place like this after the first visit

They are always having great deals, coupons galore and you are sure to get a free shaker or two when you spend your money. Which is actually a pretty cool thing.

I have been shopping at Popeye's McKenzie Towne for awhile always found the store in order, the staff knows there stuff. I only buy one brand Magnum. I recently had a supprise, because i only buy one brand i was given a bag of samples from Magnum, so, thank-you so much. The Magnum brand works very well. And the store is nicely layed out.

I've been shopping at this Popeye's since it opened and won't shop anywhere else! The staff are incredibly friendly without hovering over you while you shop! If you do have questions, they are very knowledgable on all products and can offer different options depending on what you're looking for. I also find that they have the widest selection of products and at way better prices than other places I've checked out. I will always choose this popeye's for my supplement needs! Their customer appreciation days are beyond amazing too! Those goodie bags are better than Christmas!

Terrible! Purchased the recommended powder by the Popeye's staff and Doctor said it was incorrect and potential harmful. I took it back the next day "unopened" with receipt and they refused to provide a refund!? Not very cooperative and didnt take any accountability! Terrible process and policy.many won't like this policy. Also refused to provide my Good Life discount? Unbelievable!
