Popeye's Supplements Calgary South

Needed to use the washroom really bad and was denied without even an explanation. I've been a very long time (over a decade) customer averaging 300 dollars a month spent at this location. I go out of my way to shop here and have recommended others shop here as well. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service now and wouldn't recommend Popeye's. Gunna check out Supplement King from now on.

The staff are very friendly, professional and polite. I was interesting in a new electrolyte flavour and they were able to provide a sample before my purchase.

Came in for over $250 worth of product asked them to price match one item. They refused because if I bought it online it includes shipping.
Just lost out of my business forever poor customer service service. Lucas the store “manager” is an 18 year old kid that doesn’t have customer service skills at all. Popeyes has lost my business completely.

Always friendly and helpful and willing to help you find a good deal. Best place I know for supplements and I recommend them to everyone!

They carry good brands and a diverse inventory. I wish they had a better catalog for their sales item. The price is fair.

This was my first time shopping at Popeye's and I was very impressed! Prices were excellent, and customer service was top notch. Lots of selection and some hard to find brands - I will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff, he smiled and greeted me when I entered.
I was looking for a particular item, but it wasn’t fully in stock (only a partial box was available) the staff member suggested an alternative, which was a great idea.
He also advised me of an upcoming sale, which I appreciated.
Every time I go into the store I’ve found the customer service excellent, and the prices are very good as well.
It’s my “go to” store for a reason!

Love this place. They were having their anniversary sale which Is a great time to stock up. I called in for advice on maybe switching my protein isolate. I feel I got great advice (haven’t tried the new one yet but I trust the experience of the rep).
Placed my order and it arrived within 3 hours! This speed is way faster than usual, but still blew my mind. I’ve always been happy with the service, products and deals if you watch for sales.

The price/quality point is spot on and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very capable to recommend and speak into their products, without pushing anything on you.

Competitive pricing. Stores are neatly organized and not cluttered. Promotions are very obvious as soon as you walk in the door. Stores are all located in convenient locations. Stock is rotated enough so you don't have to worry about buying an expired item. Over all a great supplement store.

First time ever stepping into a Popeye's and I was very scared to walk in as I am not as fit as I'd like to be. Both gentlemen were very kind and gave my boyfriend and I space to look. Had what I was looking for and then some. Love the relaxed environment and selection. Will be back when I run out of products

I called this location with a general question and I spoke with a gentleman named Daren and I got more than I asked for he is very knowledgeable and was very patient with my questions. I will definitely go out of my way and visit this location for everything I need.
