Popeye's Supplements Edmonton North

On January 15th my husband and I purchased a couple items and asked for advice on them, the two guys that were working got into an altercation about protein intake and continued to argue in front of us where we left the store. Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable of what they were talking about.

I was looking for a non chalky protein powder that was low on lactose but wouldn't leave the same fould taste in my mouth as the vegan powders avaliable in grocery stores.

I honesty was very nervous about going to a supplement store as I'm not a gym buff. The staff were beyond welcoming and helpful listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to upset me on products. I love that you can taste before buying. I've reccomended all my female friends come here who are also shy about supplements.

As I use Popeyes regardless, this location is my favourite to go to. Since using the gym, I have been able to rely on Popeyes to give me forward answers to my questions and help me pick out the products that suites my diet and lifestyle. With every question I have they are always able to answer them and I have a lot of questions all the time! Haha.
Last but not least, the vibes are so much better than any supplement store I have been to. Supplement king made me feel insecure.

I am extremely disappointed to hear that Popeyes is removing “Keto” options from
Their inventory! There are only 4 places in Edmonton that sell specific keto items Popeyes was a fifth option for me when I found out that they have options!
It unfortunate that no one knew that Popeyes Carried clean keto options! Popeyes has never advertised it! It’s unfortunate that Popeyes never that they were the best prices of the products.
Popeyes is discontinuing one of its cleanest options for keto!
It’s unfortunate that Popeyes did not even realize that it had options for a specific market and had never explored it!
Bring back ANS ketomate and other keto options like ketones and keto coco for example! Bring back more variety of Jordons skinny syrups! Bring Ghughes!

I use to be regular customer at this location, but sadly I will be using another location from now on. I bought Blessed protein shake from here. Just before my flight on July 12th 2023, then I flew out 2 days later to NYC for a month. After I returned from my trip on Aug-12th 2023, I returned back to the gym so I decided to open up my sealed protine shake. Thats when I noticed there was no scooper. I literally dug in elbow deep and found nothing. So I tried to call this location and no answer. I called maybe 8 times phone kept on ringing and no answer so I drove there and asked the Arab guy (Who looked new there, never seen him there before. He is a big guy with many tattoos) told him what happened and he refused to help me. I asked him if he has a scooper I can buy. He wasn't helpful at all. He told me I should carry a scale on me to measure my protine.excuse me! I straight up said to him.you expect me to carry a scale with me to the gym? How inconvenient is that. I asked if he would exchange the shake for another one and he refused to do that aswell. I gave him my number and asked him to have his manager call me (That was on Aug-13th2023) and till date have not heard from them.
I could use Vitality Health or even GNC because of this guys nonsense, but before I lose all hope I decided to call the same location again and 3 attempts no one answer. Disappointed I called the manning town center location and explained to them what happened. No question asked, those girls were so helpful they gave me a free scooper. Castle down location is actually very close to home but I will definitely never go back there. That location doesn't deserve my money. I will travel 15 mins away to Manning location for all my supplements needs.

Great selection, Becca was very helpful and knowledgeable! Found exactly what I was looking for and even helped carry all my products to the vehicle! Highly recommend!

The lady working at the store was super informative and helped me choose the best products for my workout goals. She explained the difference between certain products and brands. Will be back as she definitely knew what she was talking about

Jsut visited this location for the first time, I had a amazing experience, the staff was amazing, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, great selection of products and good pricing, will definitely be my new supplement store from now on,

I went in for my some creatine and some eaa’s my saleswoman was Cynthia. Who was very knowledgeable courteous and helpful. In regards to any products I was enquiring about. And it’s a pleasure shopping at a store. Where the employees are excited as much about answering your enquiries as they are about hearing your questions.

I came into Popeyes looking for pre workout and Andrew was amazing with product knowledge and pointing me in the right direction for what I needed!

Been going lots over the years but very sporadically. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable without making me feel stupid for not staying up to date on what does what. Very helpful

The people at the castle downs location werre very friendly anf accomodating. I loved how they gave me advices and helped me get the most value out of my purchase. I also got a free lanyard and a discount on my first purchase. I will definitely be coming back there again.

Went in today to grab a snack before the gym. The staff member explained to me what I should and should be having for a pre workout snack.
