I had a shipping issue which resulted in a missing product and the owner/manager Neil travelled all the way to my home to fulfill the order! I am very happy with how they took care of me and their excellent customer service. I will be exclusively ordering/shopping at this location from now on.

Didn’t even go down to the store cause the guy on the phone wasn’t any help. Asked him if they had any CB-1 pills, and he says “what’s that? ”. I told him it’s a weight gain pill, and he says “never heard of it”. Now I’m already thinking how can a guy working in a supplement store not know what CB-1 is? I wanted to ask what he would recommend as an alternative but then I thought, if this guy doesn’t know what CB-1 is, then he’s obviously not someone who’s done his market research. Anyways though, I give a 3 star because he was at least respectful on the phone to me and upheld a sense of professionalism.

Unfriendly staff. Will follow you in every aisle looking at you thinking you are shoplifting. Will not go back there again.

The staff at Popeye's Supplements are fantastic! They helped me find what I was looking for, get it all together at the front, explained how the pre-workout supplement works, and since it was customer appreciation time I got some great free stuff! I've been a customer of theirs for years and I will continue to do so cause their service, products, and deals for their customers are great! I highly recommend going!

I was in the store today to get some unflavoured protein powder and to try a different protein powder. Sometimes it's good to change things up once in a while. Quinlyn was there to help me out. She answered all of my questions and I felt she understood what I was looking for, being a chocolate lover like me. I have always shopped at this store and always will. Popeye’s Edmonton South is the best place to buy all of your supplement needs. They always have what I need, both in store and when ordering online. Delivery is fast as well. They even deliver on Saturdays. I just got my order today

Store is suppose to be open at 10am on a Saturday. Waited for 30 minutes and left the parking lot as this store was still not open. 3 other vehicles were also waiting and left.

I had consulted my friend Nathan, manager of the Leduc location, for some help with supplements and he gave really great feedback. So I went to the Popeyes closest to me. The guy that helped me was super knowledgeable and friendly and helped me grab a product that fit my needs, and honestly I love the one I chose. I will be back, and Popeyes is now my supplement store of choice!

Don’t order from here online. Free shipping is not actually free shipping. I placed an order over $100 to qualify for free shipping and shortly received a call asking for additional payment because they only cover $10.99 worth of shipping. How could any order over $100 ever be shipped for $10.99. This is unrealistic and poor business practice. Go somewhere else.

I live in North Vancouver, BC, and wanted to try some of the Built Bars, but the Popeye's in BC don't seem to carry them. I placed my order on Monday, and it arrived today! I'm very excited to try everything out, and I'm super impressed at how fast it got here. I will definitely order from here again if I'm in need of more!

The staff is always friendly and kind. I order online and the staff will still call to confirm exactly what you want. If they do not have the flavour you want, they will call and ask if you’d like to substitute with another flavour, and if not they will bring one in from another store. Just amazing customer service and products

My husband enjoys coming here because of the great promotional prices and they honor discounts that are no longer advertised on the sales floor.i like how friendly everyone is and how informative they are when selling.i. E.telling me why a certain product works better than others, expanding that "Why" into the brand and brand beliefs in the quality of their product. I appreciate most the guidance away from certain supplements that aren't a fit for my lifestyle and advice towards items that are better suited for my age and activity level. 10/10

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful staff, and the store has a very wide variety of options. I really liked the store when I saw it online, and even more after my visit. I'm very satisfied with the prices and I loved the product display. Also, I found all the Popeye theme very amusing. Definitely going back when I am done with my supplements.

If you are going to enforce that people wear masks, please make sure people wear masks. Went in today and the couple ahead had no masks on but were let into the store. Fully having conversations across the aisles in such a small space. Why do you let them in? The signage at the door enforces masks but the store clerk wasn’t bothered. If I can walk upto to the door and walk back to my vehicle you can surely tell other people too. Or maybe because they were Caucasian they get a pass?

The young man that I dealt with had great knowledge of the product and was happy to assist. This is my first time going to a Popeye's location as I have always been a GNC customer. I was very impressed with the store in how neat and tidy everything was. I look forward to many purchases through Popeye's and hope to see many more BOGO 50% sales. Great Deal!

Great staff and location. A little nuts about the pandemic, pretty much got yelled at to stop at the door the last time I went. Its unfortunate that fear is such a powerful tool. H1N1 literally killed way more people but got less press. Unfortunately, you would have to research and educate yourself to know that, but that takes time and effort, while listening to whatever the TV tells you is easy and mindless. I will go there probably once more because they are so close to home, but if they try to enforce anything like a mask because of people like the review below (sad) it will be my last purchase there. To be fair, before all of this, I would only say that the staff and location are great. COVID has everyone kind of coo-coo so if they want to survive as a business maybe time for some compassion over fear? A course in business ethics and communications wouldn't hurt either. Really appreciate the response! You guys have always been a great store, but I must say you need to educate yourselves if health is so important to you. People with lung cancer cannot wear a mask. They are medically EXEMPT and every other of the 30 stores I frequent in my neighborhood seem to understand that just fine. Bylaws cannot supersede my CHARTER RIGHTS, sorry.

Ordered online and had items delivered, didn't realize that it would be a local shop to delivering directly as I could have just went to the shop myself but figured I'd take advantage of the free shipping. My order came with some extras which was very nice, they took into consideration that I was buying keto products and added keto-friendly samples as well, maybe not the protein bar as much but it's the thought that counts. Shipping was fast and they called ahead of time to arrange for me to be ready.
